nObama Lied About Iranian Nuclear Breakout Times

Nothing rankles the Democratic base like free trade, and there is a whole lot of rankling going on as President nObama looks to push past deepening Democratic objections to a trade deal. The left is irate, and the party’s presumptive nominee has even voiced concerns about provisions. But can Hilly Clinton remain cryptic on the issue that helped blow up her previous presidential bid. nObama, who pummeled Clinton for her past support of a North American trade pact detested by liberals, is now in need of her support to avoid an embarrassing lame duck episode. The Senate Finance Committee is scheduled to vote today on “fast track” legislation that would renew presidential authority to present trade deals that Congress can endorse or reject, but not amend. But many Democrats are bucking the president and could band together to block the bill. As Senate Minority Leader dinky Harry Reid recently told reporters: “I’m not only no, I’m hell no.”

Elizabeth Warren, was “wrong on this.” “I would not be doing this trade deal if I did not think it was good for the middle class,” nObama said in an NBC interview. “And when you hear folks make a lot of suggestions about how bad this trade deal is, when you dig into the facts, they are wrong.” Gulp. But what will the party’s queen bee say? This is the first visible test of the uneasy alliance between Clinton and nObama since she publicly affirmed her quest for the presidency. She has much more to say these days on Democratic policy than the president. Leaders are taking their cues from her. Will she help the president pass legislation the likes of which he once shamed her for supporting or will she let him dangle while she plumps up her standing with the base? Get some popcorn.

The Bulletin of Atomic Scientists might want to move the minute hand of the Doomsday Clock a few minutes closer to midnight because of Barack nObama's lies over how close Iran is to nuclear breakout. For months, the official talking point of the administration has been that Iran is a year away from placing fissile material in a warhead. But the assessment of U.S. Intelligence and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has always been that Iran is months away from becoming a state sponsor of terrorism armed with nukes. Now, Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz admitted to Bloomberg News that Iran is spinning nearly 10,000 centrifuges and could reach nuclear breakout in two to three months. Yet even with this knowledge, nObama discouraged Israel from acting militarily and continued to send Hanoi John Kerry to craft a lousy deal with the Iranians.
The U.S. has repositioned ships in the waters off Yemen, partially because Iran is sending a flotilla to supposedly arm Yemeni rebels. Meanwhile, Iranian aircraft are buzzing U.S. naval ships. And all the while, nObama keeps insisting climate change is the gravest threat we face. More...

Green Times for Energy Efficiency, No Thanks to Government
Are you feeling green this Earth Day? You should. The White House would have you believe our days are numbered because we've failed to enter another ice age (take a moment to shiver in the irony), but statistics suggest we're in unprecedented times — in terms of energy efficiency. But here's the kicker: Neither Earth Day nor government intervention have anything to do with our greener ways. Based on data from the Energy Information Administration, American Enterprise Institute's Mark Perry writes, "In 2014, it required only 6,110 BTUs of energy (petroleum, natural gas, coal, nuclear and renewables) to produce each real dollar of GDP, which was the least amount of energy required to produce a dollar of real GDP in US history." That's even more extraordinary when you consider how much the economy has expanded. "[T]he US economy was 28% larger last year than 14 years ago, even though slightly less total energy was required in 2014 than in 2000 (98.324 vs. 98.819 quadrillion BTUs) to produce $3.5 trillion more real output," says Perry. "That would be like adding an economy about the size of Germany's to the US, but without requiring any additional energy to produce 28% more output!" And consider this even crazier statistic: It cost a whopping 15,930 BTUs in 1949 to squeeze out just $2 trillion in GDP. So next time you hear demagogues claiming we're dirtying up our planet, tell them we're living in remarkably efficient times relative to yesteryear using the same old fossil fuels. Democrats Drop Abortion Fight for Lynch Confirmation Vote
After stalling a bill to fight human trafficking because Republicans wanted to strengthen its provisions forbidding federal funds for abortions, Democrats finally relented so the Senate could get around to its confirmation vote on Loretta Lynch as the next attorney general. To stall a bill that would help society's most vulnerable women is one thing. To stop that opposition just to get a fellow leftist into an appointed seat is another. It's surely part of the Democrats' strategy to advance in incremental steps.
"I'm glad we can say there is a bipartisan proposal that will allow us to complete action on this legislation so we can provide help to the victims who desperately need it," Majority Leader Mitch McCon-nell said from the floor of the Senate. "As soon as we finish the trafficking bill, as I've indicated for some time now, we'll move to the president's nominee for attorney general." Clinton Foundation: Russia To Buy Control Of US Uranium (Jeff Dunetz) - It's like a game of whac-a-mole every time the Clinton team beats down one scandal, another pops up from a different hole...The latest revelation comes from the NY Times and involves a deal which enabled Russia to own about 20% of the uranium production capacity of the United States for a $2.35 million donation to the Clinton Family Foundation. According to the report a Canadian based company Uranium One, owned the uranium assets was being purchased by Russian state atomic energy agency Rosatom a deal which had to be approved by various U.S. agencies including the State Department. As the State Department was mulling of the deal, the Chairman of Uranium One donated the $2.35 million from his family foundation to the Clintons. It gets worse, not only was there much more heading into the Clinton foundation that the $2.35 but a significant portion wasn't reported. Boy, and you liberals want her as president. (burtprelutsky.com) - If the North Korean media is to be believed, Kim Jung-un learned to drive when he was still a toddler, won a yacht race when he was nine and, as an adult, once had 11 holes-in-one during a single round of golf. And that’s the yardstick by which North Korean school kids are supposed to measure themselves.
It’s easy enough for us to laugh at such nonsense. As folk lore, it takes its place among such tall tales as lumberjack Paul Bunyan, who could clear a forest single-handed; Superman, who could stop a bullet with his teeth; and Barack nObama, who, legend has it, was a constitutional scholar.
In nObama’s latest attempts to legitimatize the illegitimate, he has pledged solidarity with Cuban despot Raul Castro and spent well over a year trying to make nice with the Ayatollah Khamenei. And let us not forget that prior to the 2012 election, nObama got word to Vladimir Putin that he intended to give new meaning to “flexibility” -- or was it “sucking up”? -- once he dusted off Mitt Romney.
The fact that he has a soft spot for the vilest men on the face of the earth shouldn’t surprise anyone. After all, before even coming to Washington, his closest friends and advisors were pedophile/pornographer Frank Davis Marshall; the American-born terrorist William Ayres; the rabidly racist Rev. Jeremiah Wright; and the preeminent anti-Semite, Louis Farrakhan.
To get an even clearer view of this psychopath, consider those he despises. He began by having the bust of Winston Churchill removed from his sight. Then he took an immediate dislike to Benjamin Netanyahu and has spent most of his six years in office praising Islam, while treating Israel like a leper colony.
The only Muslim he has treated with contempt is Egypt’s President el-Sisi, who, to his credit, removed the Muslim Brotherhood from power and demanded that Egypt’s mullahs speak out against the jihadists who have, in el-Sisi’s own words, hijacked Islam.
Finally, when it comes to nObama’s enemy list, one shouldn’t overlook Christians, whom he hasn’t yet forgiven for the Crusades, the Spanish Inquisition and, of course, insisting he abide by the limitations imposed by our Constitution.
Recently, nObama and the Ayatollah openly disagreed about the details of the nuclear deal. It figures that Iranians, the victims of a government-controlled media, believed the Ayatollah’s version. It also figures that after listening to nObama’s endless lies for the past six years, most Americans also believed the Ayatollah’s version.
Speaking of nObama’s lies, he promised to personally see to it that the V.A. would finally be treating wounded and aging veterans with the respect they deserved. However, a recent study reported that medical delays of 60-90 days are at the same level as they were when the scandal initially broke. Worse yet, the number of delays exceeding 90 days have doubled in the past year!
Once again, the facts bear out Reagan’s observation that government is not the solution; government is the problem.
♦ I recently read about a pre-WWII community in New York, where the German-American Bund intended to promote Nazism as a way of life. I take it they intended to make Yaphank, NY, a model for the rest of the country. They even had streets named Hitler, Goering and Goebbels. Before you write it off as too shocking to believe, keep in mind that at some point we’re going to see any number of streets and schools re-named in honor of Barack Hussein nObama.
♦ As you have no doubt been reading, California is suffering through one of our worst droughts in history. We don’t deserve your sympathy. For one thing, most of the country has spent the past several months dealing with cyclones, snowstorms and freezing temperatures.
But mainly we don’t deserve your sympathy because we keep electing Gov. Jerry Brown. The goofball still intends to waste billions on a train between L.A. and San Francisco. It’s a train that nobody will ever ride on because it only takes about six or seven hours to make the drive and because once you reach either city, you still need to rent a car. In the meantime, however, he hasn’t considered building even a single desalinization plant.
Everyone knows it costs a lot to remove the salt from water, but we have a state that is half desert, boasts a 700 mile coastline and suffers droughts on a recurring basis. The idea that we have billions of dollars to blow on Gov. Moonbeam’s train set and providing food and shelter for an endless parade of illegal aliens, but not a red cent to prevent the Golden State from going brown, is proof that California remains a state of mind closely resembling full-blown dementia.
How goofy is California? Let me count the ways. Over 60% of the registered voters are Democrats. nObama received 84% of the votes in San Francisco and the surrounding counties. In 2012, the techies who work in the Silicon Valley donated $720,000 to nObama’s campaign, $25,000 to Mitt Romney’s.
Finally, because even the liberal legislators in Sacramento weren’t raising our state taxes quickly enough to suit him, Brown put higher taxes on the ballot and got the thumb-sucking voters to pass the measure.
