DiGenova, Fitton, Jarrett On Exploding Exposure
Of liar-nObama and His Corrupt DOJ, FBI
{ rickwells.us } ~ In an liar-nObama regime-Democratic Party corruption information feast... Sean Hannity welcomes former US Attorney Joe diGenova, Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton and attorney Gregg Jarrett for a discussion.  DiGenova starts things off by saying, “This is now piling on in a very big way…McCabe is gone because Wray knows what’s in the other emails and the other texts. McCabe was sent packing as a result of Christopher Wray being briefed by a number of people who have access to the investigation that’s underway, which is going to lead to criminal charges against a number of people.” DiGenova says, “What you are seeing coming out now in the text messages is just the minimum of what is available now to DOJ officials. He says that several high FBI officials will be charged criminally as well as possibly some DOJ people as well...  https://rickwells.us/digenova-fitton-jarrett-obama/

Watch Jim Jordan Debunk 5 Myths About
The Republican Memo In 6 Minutes
by Rachel Stoltzfoos
{ thefederalist.com } ~ Republican Rep. Jim Jordan debunked a bunch of Democratic talking points about the House Intelligence Committee memo... from Republicans in a heated exchange with CNN’s Chris Cuomo on Wednesday. Cuomo grilled Jordan on the declassified memo asserting the FBI and Department of Justice mishandled the FISA court system to obtain a warrant to spy on Trump campaign associate Carter Page, as well as the process for releasing a counter-memo from Democrats on the committee. Jordan responded to a number of Democrat criticisms of the memo Cuomo served up. Democrats are characterizing it as a misleading, dangerous, and partisan attempt from Republicans to discredit the federal Russia probe...   http://thefederalist.com/2018/02/07/watch-jim-jordan-debunk-5-myths...

Uranium One Informant’s Explosive
Testimony Against The liar-Clintons
by Jeff Dunetz
{ lidblog.com } ~ The Hill got a copy of the written testimony of the Uranium One informant Douglas Campbell... who told three different congressional committees about the Russian attempts to influence the liar-Hillary Clinton who was then the Secretary of State for Barack liar-nObama. Campbell testified that  the Russians sent millions of dollars to the US to be used for the Bubba-led liar-Clinton Family Foundation, at the same time liar- Hillary Clinton was leading the “reset” of  US-Russian relations. Campbell said he was told by “Russian nuclear executives that Moscow had hired the American lobbying firm APCO Worldwide specifically because it was in position to influence the liar-nObama administration, and more specifically liar-Hillary Clinton.” Campbell said Russian nuclear officials “told me at various times that they expected APCO to apply a portion of the $3 million annual lobbying fee it was receiving from the Russians to provide in-kind support for the liar-Clinton’s Global Initiative,” he added in the testimony...  https://lidblog.com/uranium-one-informant-clintons/

Sid Blumenthal Is The liar-Clinton’s
Designated Inventor Of Cover-up Lies
by Jeff Dunetz
{ lidblog.com } ~ Tuesday’s revelation that Sidney Blumenthal was the team liar-Clinton source... feeding information to anti-Trump dossier creator Christopher Steele is not surprising. Sid Blumenthal former journalist, close adviser to liar-Hillary Clinton and the man whose email account led hacker Guccifer into liar-Hillary’s private email server, has spent much of the past 37 years acting as a political hit man, and designated lie inventor for liar-Bubba and liar-Hillary Clinton. Even when he was banned from working at the State Department by President liar-nObama, Blumenthal did his best to advise liar-Hillary about Libya where he had financial interests and to send the former Secretary of State the latest musings about Israel from his anti-Semitic son Max. Sid Blumenthal is not a newcomer to the creation of political fantasies. Along with being Steele’s contact he was the man behind the anti/ liar-nObama birtherism and there is some evidence that he may have been the person behind the Benghazi YouTube video lie... https://lidblog.com/sid-blumenthal-lie-maker/

California Will Block Oil And Coal
Shipments, Risks Constitutional Battle
by CHRIS WHITE
{ dailycaller.com } ~ California officials plan on preventing the federal government from transporting oil and gas using existing pipelines in the state... according to a report Wednesday from The San Francisco Chronicle. Officials on the California Coastal Commission are urging the federal Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) to rescind plans allowing companies to drill for oil off the coast. They are still hoping for an exemption from the oil drilling plan, that Florida has received. “Given how unpopular oil development in coastal waters is in California, it is certain that the state would not approve new pipelines or allow use of existing pipelines to transport oil from new leases onshore,” coastal commissioners Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom, State Controller Betty Yee, and state Department of Finance Director Michael Cohen wrote in a letter Wednesday to the BOEM...  http://dailycaller.com/2018/02/07/california-will-block-oil-coal-sh...

The Senate is Gunning
for Podesta and liar-Clinton
by libertyplanet.com
{ libertyplanet.com } ~ Legislators in Congress have written a series of letters to persons and groups believed to have been involved in the creation, distribution, and funding of the phony “Trump-Russia dossier” that has been used as the totality of the “evidence” against the President.

This is what we’ve been waiting for.

These congressional investigators believe that the liar-nObama Administration directed the FBI and the DOJ to use inappropriate action in order to undermine Donald Trump both as a candidate in 2016 and as President.

Senators RINO-Lindsey Graham (R-SCS) and Chuck Grassley (R-IA) penned six letters requesting information from Donna Brazille, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, John Podesta, Robbie Mook, the DNC, and the liar-Hillary For America lead campaign Strategist Joel Benenson.

The allegations are as follows:

1. liar-Hillary’s PAC paid for fraudulent opposition research to be created by Fusion GPS which manifested in the extremely dubious “peepeegate dossier.”

2. Fusion GPS then paid the former British MI6 spy Chris Steel to create the dossier, which is made up of a series of internal memos that rely on Russian government insiders to levy charges against Trump and ranking members of his campaign staff.

3. Court filings indicate that Fusion GPS also allied itself with the disgraced DOJ official Bruce Ohr, and hired his wife- who had CIA connections- to help in the efforts to sully Trump’s name. Ohr was demoted from a senior position in the DOJ after it was discovered that he had met with Chris Steel and the co-founder of Fusion GPS Glenn Simpson and then attempted to cover it up.

4. John Podesta, liar-Hillary Clinton’s 2016 election campaign chairman, lied under oath when he denied that he knew anything about the source of the funding for the dossier when Brian Fallon- liar-Clinton’s former spokesperson- commented that liar-Hillary probably didn’t know who paid for it either.

5. Past and present DNC leaders, including the provably corrupt Debbie Wasserman Schultz, also lied when she denied having any knowledge of the source of the document’s funding.

6. Finally, that John Podesta met with Glenn Simpson just one day after the dossier was published by the disreputable online tabloid, Buzzfeed.

The letters read in part as follows:

In October 2017, the Washington Post reported that liar-Hillary for America and the Democratic National Committee had funded, via Fusion GPS, Christopher Steele’s creation of a series of memos relying largely on Russian government sources to make allegations against Donald Trump and his associates. A letter from the law firm Perkins Coie acknowledged that, ” to assist in its representation of the DNC and liar-Hillary for America, Perkins Coie engaged Fusion GPS in April of2016″ and that “the engagement concluded prior to the November 2016 Presidential election the Committee has been investigating the FBI’ s relationship with Christopher Steele during this time his work was funded by liar-Hillary for America and the DNC. The scope of our review includes the extent to which the FBI may have relied on information relayed by Mr. Steele in seeking judicial authorization for surveillance of individuals associated with Mr. Trump. It also includes whether any applications that may have been made for permission for such surveillance fully and accurately disclosed:

(1) the source of Fusion GPS’s and Mr. Steele’s funding;

(2) the degree to which his claims were or were not verified;

(3) the motivations of Mr. Steele, his clients, and his sources; and

(4) representations about their contacts with the press.

The letter then lists twelve questions, with the last question requesting that all communications between the 40 people alleged to have been connected to the creation of the peepeegate dossier be released for examination.

It is likely that the answers to these 12 questions and the contents of the communications between those who conspired to create the dossier will have much in common with the memo that is about to be released concerning the “secret society” that the Struck/Page communications indicate were behind the whole Russian conspiracy claim.

Now, Democrats like Nancy Pulosi are in a panic. She appeared on CNN to be interviewed by a Chris Cuomo, who was in rare form when he echoed the concerns of the GOP over the memo. He, quite convincingly, said that if the memo contains what it is alleged to contain then if he were a Republican he would not be able to trust the Democrats.

Pulosi, visibly stunned and fuming told him, “You don’t have any idea what you’re talking about.”

Newt Says What The Rest Of Us Are Thinking:
It’s Time To Throw Peter Strzok In Jail

Disgraced FBI special agent Peter Strzok, a senior member of the bureau who gained notoriety in recent months over his anti-Trump text messages to a colleague, was grilled for nearly 10 hours during a joint congressional committee hearing on Thursday.

At issue was Strzok’s anti-Trump texts to former FBI lawyer and lover Lisa Page that coincided with his leading of the investigations into both former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email server scandal and the alleged Trump/Russia 2016 election collusion, as well as his involvement in the subsequent Robert Mueller special counsel probe.

The hearing proved to be a heated battle, as Strzok displayed an arrogant smugness in defiance of pointed questions from Republicans that he largely danced around, while Democrats sought to upend and undermine the entire hearing with a plethora of interruptions, parliamentary maneuvers and outright praise for the man who helped let Clinton off the hook while ferociously targeting Trump.

Former House speaker and presidential candidate Newt Gingrich was less than impressed with Strzok’s performance and cooperation in the hearing and suggested during an appearance on Fox Business that the FBI agent should be held in contempt of Congress.

“I think they have to move to hold him in contempt and throw him in jail,” Gingrich said of Congress and Strzok.

“This is a person who is willfully standing up and refusing to appear as a congressional witness and he was a government employee at the time,” he continued.

“He has every obligation to inform the legislative branch, and I don’t think they have any choice except to move a motion of contempt because he is fundamentally — and so is his girlfriend (Page) — they’re both fundamentally in violation of the entire constitutional process,” he added.

Page had been subpoenaed to appear before Congress on Wednesday but refused to appear, saying she’d been unable to review relevant documents prior to the scheduled hearing, a closed-door hearing that has since been rescheduled for Friday.

Gingrich was not the only one who thought Strzok deserved to be held in contempt of Congress, as House Judiciary Committee chairman Bob Goodlatte informed Strzok that he remained at risk of such during the hearing, according to The Daily Caller.

That warning from Goodlatte came after Strzok had refused to answer a straightforward question posed by House Oversight Committee chairman Trey Gowdy, regarding how many people Strzok had personally interviewed between a specific set of dates in relation to the Clinton email investigation.

“Mr. Strzok, please be advised that you can either comply with the committee’s direction to answer the question or refuse to do so,” Goodlatte stated. “The latter of which will place you in risk of a contempt citation and potential criminal liability. Do you understand that? The question is directed to the witness.”

Strzok still refused to answer, citing instructions received from his counsel and the FBI to not answer certain questions on certain topics.

Goodlatte replied, “Mr. Strzok, in a moment we will continue with the hearing, but based on your refusal to answer the question, at the conclusion of the day we will be recessing the hearing and you will be subject to recall to allow the committee to consider proceeding with a contempt citation.”

It is unclear if Goodlatte and the committee ultimately did consider a contempt citation for Strzok following the contentious hearing, nor is it clear if Page will be held in contempt for blowing off her subpoenaed appearance on Wednesday.

Hopefully Congress will follow through on the threats of contempt followed by actual jail time against Strzok and Page in response to their uncooperative behavior and failure to appear when subpoenaed, if only to ensure that future witnesses called before Congress for sensitive or contentious hearings don’t think they can get away with the same sort of behavior.

Cops Sent To Seize Veteran’s Guns Without A Warrant, He Refused To Turn Them Over

“No one from the state was going to take my firearms without due process,” says Leonard Cottrell, after successfully staving off law enforcement and the courts from confiscating his firearms. Cottrell, an Iraq War veteran, was at work when he received a phone call from his wife. The cops were there, busting in to take his guns away. It all started after a casual conversation his son had at school.

Ammoland reports:

Police said their visit was sparked by a conversation that Leonard Cottrell Jr.’s 13-year-old son had had with another student at the school. Cottrell said he was told his son and the other student were discussing security being lax and what they would have to do to escape a school shooting at Millstone Middle School.

The conversation was overheard by another student, who went home and told his parents, and his mother panicked. The mom then contacted the school, which contacted the State Police, according to Cottrell.

The visit from the troopers came around 10 p.m. on June 14, 2018, Cottrell said, a day after Gov. Phil Murphy signed several gun enforcement bills into law.

After several hours, Cottrell said police agreed not to take the guns but to allow him to move them to another location while the investigation continued.

“They had admitted several times that my son made no threat to himself or other students or the school or anything like that,” he said.

Cottrell said he made it very clear to the police that he was “not going to willingly give up my constitutional rights where there’s no justifiable cause, no warrants, no nothing.”

The troopers searched his son’s room and found nothing, Cottrell said.

“To appease everybody, I had my firearms stored someplace else,” he said. “That way, during the course of the investigation, my son doesn’t have access to them and it’s on neutral ground and everything and everybody’s happy.”

“In the Garden State, the usual approach is to confiscate first and ask questions later, and victims of this approach often don’t know their rights. ‎In this case, the victim pushed back and confiscation was avoided — but the circumstances surrounding the incident are outrageous. A student expressing concern over lack of security is not a reason to send police to the student’s home — but it might be a reason to send police to the school to keep students and teachers safe” said Scott L. Bach, executive director of the Association of New Jersey Rifle & Pistol Clubs and a member of the NRA board of directors.

NJ.com adds:

Cottrell, a disabled U.S. Army veteran who served three tours during “Operation Iraqi Freedom,” owns a shotgun and a pistol. He has all the correct permits to own the firearms, he said, and predominately uses the shotgun to hunt.

He said his wife allowed the officers to enter the home, and with her permission, they searched his son’s room — but they did not find any weapons, he said. The officers, he said, didn’t have a warrant but still wanted to take his guns. Cottrell wouldn’t let them.

“No one from the state was going to take my firearms without due process,” he said Thursday.

He said the attempted seizure resulted because of a new law Gov. Phil Murphy signed into law that makes it easier for police to confiscate guns when someone in the state poses a threat to themselves or others. The law is part of a broader statewide effort to make New Jersey’s gun laws even tougher amid the national outcry for more gun control in the wake of the school shooting in Parkland, Florida.

Cottrell said the officers “danced around the issue” when he confronted them about the new law.

A New Jersey State Police spokesman declined to answer questions about whether this incident had anything to do with the new gun laws.

In an email, Sgt. First Class Jeff Flynn said, “Troopers responded to Mr. Cottrell’s residence in reference to the report of a possible school threat. Based on their investigation, it was determined that Mr. Cottrell’s weapons did not need to be seized.”

David Codrea, writing for Ammoland, further added:

To appease everybody, I had my firearms stored someplace else,” New Jersey gun owner and Army veteran Leonard Cottrell Jr. told New Jersey 101.5 after a June 14 visit from State Police,. “That way, during the course of the investigation, my son doesn’t have access to them and it’s on neutral ground and everything and everybody’s happy.”

Cottrell was recalling state troopers showing up at his door to confiscate firearms after his 13-year-old son was overheard discussing lax school safety with a friend.

Indoctrinated by a pervasive snitch culture — one that never seems to deter the blatantly obvious demonic nutjobs — the eavesdropping student told his parents, who told school administrators, who in turn called the cops. (Note “If you see something, say something” carries risks of its own – if you report the wrong person, you could end up smeared as a “hater.”)

“Cottrell said he made it very clear to the police that he was ‘not going to willingly give up my constitutional rights where there’s no justifiable cause, no warrants, no nothing,’” the report continued. Despite that, his home is now a “gun free zone” and that has been publicized by the media. He has, in fact, willingly ceded those rights, and by his own words in order to make authorities “happy.”

Before judging him for that, consider the environment that is New Jersey. Then consider the overwhelming force the state can bring to bear, and its predisposition to using it, especially if it’s to enforce citizen disarmament. It’s easy to anonymously declare “Molon Labe” on the internet. In meatspace, resistance is more effective when the aggressor doesn’t get to dictate the time and place, especially if that place is your home and you have family inside.

Appeasing gun-grabbers, generally couched as “compromise,” is impossible. It’s like throwing a scrap of flesh to a circling pack of jackals and expecting them to be sated and leave you alone — instead of sensing opportunity and fear, and moving in closer.
