In a gaffe that will be damn near impossible to blame on George Bush, President Barack Obama stuck his right hand over the face of Mongolian President Tsakhia Elbegdorj's just as a camera was taking a group photo at the United Nations.
Thus was born the Obama Wave, not be confused with the Obama Waive which is used to exempt campaign donors, political buddies,and extortionists from the ravages of ObamaCare and No Child Left Behind.
Pundits have scratched their heads week, trying to determine why Obama raised his hand.
As it turns out, the photographer had just asked the group a question as shown below:
All who think President Obama is the smartest person in the world and who absolutely adore him, please raise your right hand!
