When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for we Spiritual Americans to dissolve the political bands which have connected us with outright evil powers; we shall never take for granted the powers of the living Earth nor the separate and equal position to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God apply to each and every American citizen, in heart and in deed.
We, the Spiritual People of America, have a decent respect to the opinions of mankind and that respect, regardless of evil, requires that We the People should declare the causes which impel us to the separation from Obama's Communist form of government.
We, the God-fearing people of America hold these truths to be self-evident, that all of us regardless of male or female, are spiritually created equal, that we are endowed by our Spiritual Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life of the body and of the soul. Spiritual freedom of the Spirit, Soul and body. And the pursuit of private property through fair exchange.
That to secure these rights, the American Government was instituted among moral men and women by our blood-giving Forefathers.
The American government derives its just powers from the blessing and consent of We the governed. We the Spiritual People of America acknowledge to God that Obama's form of Government has become destructive of these ends.
Obama has shown continual disrespect of the Spiritual American people and it is our right, in the eyes of God, to abolish, by the power of the Holy Spirit Obama's communistic form of governing and to once again breathe real spiritual life into our Constitutional Government. Our foundation is on secure and proven principles so we can and will organize the Federal Government's powers in such form, that shall seem most likely to effect our safety and security in our Property.
We are in no way, shape or form changing our long established American Constitutional Government. We are doing nothing more than asking the Holy Spirit of God to remove the Spiritual American people's enemies from within our American institutions. This is not a light and transient mission because all experience has shown that the godlessness of mankind causes them to be more disposed to suffer. Evils are sufferable when self-inflicted and self-deserved.
Obama and the Communist Democrat party know it is most difficult for an individual to right themselves by abolishing their outside control mechanisms to which they are accustomed. As is the very case for those poor lost souls who depend upon Obama's communist government and not the American people for their very survival.
I ask in the name of the Holy Spirit that all you enemies of the free market system and the Constitution of the United States of America, who are sucking on the American tax payer’s tit, to know; The Spiritual people of America and especially those filled with the Holy Spirit will prevail and God’s justice against America’s enemies will be resolved in America and throughout the world.
The Holy Spirit filled people of America know this very battle has already been won by Jesus, God’s first exposed Son on this planet, a long time ago. The evil presently on this planet is just a residual of that long ago spiritual battle in its final stages of being mopped up and discarded with the rest of Earth’s trash.

From this moment forward the Supreme Court’s only Constitutional mandate is to take back power away form the Federal Government and return it to the States and to the States people anything else will be considered an outright sin against the American people. The Justices of the Supreme Court’s only responsibility and mandate is to protect the American people from the Federal government having unconstitutional power over the people. Anything outside of the 10th Amendment of the Constitution will be considered a sin against God and the American people.

Obama and the Communist Democrat Party have refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people on tax payer welfare, unless those poor people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them only because they're uninformed. Their mission will be to whip the American tax payer into submission. Obama's army's first goal will be to go door to door to collect legally owned guns. Obama knows 25 million or more people will die as a result of the gun collection.
If Obama's unconstitutional laws say only criminals can have guns and you're an American citizen who legally owns any type of gun, you'll be treated as a criminal by the Obama regime. You will likely be shot and killed just trying to protect yourself or your family or if not killed, certainly sent to a FEMA prison camp for a long long time.

Let it now be known, any Soul in America, or throughout the entire world, who receive one penny of the American Tax payer's money and you secretly work to destroy the Spiritual America with the help you receive, you are low-life street-level garbage and will be forever cursed. Fraught with continual sickness and debilitating diseases will be your lot in life unless you repent, seek forgiveness, surrender wickedness and swear to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America or by death you will depart to face God.

In every stage of these oppressions, Mr. Obama, We the Spiritual People of America have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. Your Union thugs beating our people or destroying our property. Be it known throughout the Universe, Obama, whose character in Earth’s history will be forever marked by every act which may define a Tyrant. His face will be shown as a face that was on the side of Evil and against God and the Spiritual American People. It will be shown that he was completely unfit to be the political guide of the spiritually free American people.
We Americans have not been lacking in our appeal to our true Muslim brethren to stand with us and become American citizens in heart and in deed. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their Muslim legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here in America. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have appealed to them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which will inevitably interrupt all our connections and correspondence with them. They too have been deaf to the voice of factual American Spiritual justice and of the united we stand and departed we fall concept of survival. God gives us the power to be free and independent people. We have full Spiritual rights to dissolve the political bands which have connected us with evil powers and to do all other acts and things which independent people and States may of right do according to the Constitution. The Federal Government is forever bound by the original intent of the 10th amendment of the United States Constitution any act outside of the 10th amendment will be considered a sin against the American people.
And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence and upon the Holy Spirit, We the spiritually free People of America, mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.
