However, one wonders just how much he understood the threat a timeline has now emerged via an Operation Dragnet Whistleblower that details how the National Security Agency was conducting illegal electronic surveillance on then-Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Arizona judges involved in the immigration case at the time while then-Attorney General Eric Holder and the Department of Justice was prosecuting Arpaio between 2008 and 2010.
