Attorney General Secretly Granted Gov. Ability to Develop and Store Dossiers on Innocent Americans

In a secret government agreement granted without approval or debate from lawmakers, the U.S. attorney general recently gave the National Counterterrorism Center sweeping new powers to store dossiers on U.S. citizens, even if they are not suspected of a crime, according to a news report.

Earlier this year, Attorney General Eric Holder granted the center the ability to copy entire government databases holding information on flight records, casino-employee lists, the names of Americans hosting foreign-exchange students and other data, and to store it for up to five years, even without suspicion that someone in the database has committed a crime, according to the Wall Street Journal, which broke the story.

Whereas previously the law prohibited the center from storing data compilations on U.S. citizens unless they were suspected of terrorist activity or were relevant to an ongoing terrorism investigation, the new powers give the center the ability to not only collect and store vast databases of information but also to trawl through and analyze it for suspicious patterns of behavior in order to uncover activity that could launch an investigation.

The changes granted by Holder would also allow databases containing information about U.S. citizens to be shared with foreign governments for their own analysis.

A former senior White House official told the Journal that the new changes were “breathtaking in scope.”

This is one of the "big" reasons this criminal "regime" needs to be removed and ALL those dossiers destroyed.

BTW, once you get the receiver, about $30 it's free.

I stopped watching television about a year ago. Now, I watch only ROKU feeds over internet. Great way to get The Blaze. Everyone, get rid of the dish and go to ROKU. Don't finance the networks.

Frances..... go to --   --  I have been screaming with posters at tea party events about just what YOU SUGGESTED ... GOING DIRECTLY TO N.Y. CITY, AND PROTESTING ... ABC, CBS, MSNBC, NBC, AND MEDIA MATTERS.  But?  I never got any traction, or interest, even of other tea party members. I believe those very networks should be boicotted, and suffer losses right from their pockets!

Francis Drake - EXACTLY !  Are we all so old that we don't remember the rebellion and Civil Disobedience of our youth? Let's put it in THEIR FACES like they put their Godless Immoral Agenda in OUR FACES !

If we're going to be hung, we might as well be hung for a sheep as for a lamb. I see that everyone is asking what we can do to make the LameStreamMedia pay attention. We have meetings, and no reporters show, much less report.  How about have meetings on the steps of TV Stations? The only requisite is to prepare ahead of time. Be ready to answer questions intelligently.

David, I agree with most of what you say but they lie.  The truth put forth in the right way is just as persuasive as their lies.  Calm and civil discourse will do the trick.  We must be smart abut it.  We can show the benefits of our values without lies or threats.  We have better benefits to offer than the Marxists of this administration and their Democrat lemmings.  I have studied Saul Alinsky and know those tactics.  We can use some of them.  Find a way to show how the Marxists are hurting the people.  Not by calling them names but by showing the damages that their way is hurting all people.  Make it personal to the people you are speaking with.  Show how detrimental it is to those in their economic status.

Vlad - Saul Alinsky's "Rule for Radicals" is the Bible by which the left lives and breathes; in it shows how to convert through emotion, through irrationality, through a mob mentality. Like it or not, the general intelligence of the Human Race in America has declined to the point that those tactics are the most efficient for 51% of the population.

Where appropriate, we MUST be able to play their game as good as, if not better, than them. We MUST bring back the 'rebel against authority' spirit of the 70's against those who promise freedom but deliver new laws, organizations and nannies to over see us. We must break them using their own tactics. We must make black and Hispanic parents feel their rights have been taken away by an Administration that teaches their children that Pot and homosexuality is OK. We must accentuate the freedoms lost and never mention the freebies gained. When the momentum gets going, the majority they currently have will have erroded so that we will have more on our side.

Fight Fire with Fire.

Breaking: Jury Sides With Sheriff Joe
Smacks Down Establishment GOP’s Lawsuit

A jury has sided in favor of conservative icon, former Sheriff Joe Arpaio, against the lawsuit filed by Austin Flake, the son of GOP establishment Senator Jeff Flake, and Austin’s ex-wife, Logan Brown.

Flake and Brown had filed a lawsuit against the Arizona sheriff for “malicious prosecution” after over a dozen dogs died on their watch at a Gilbert dog kennel.

The jury decided Flake and Brown had failed to provide sufficient evidence to back up their accusations of malicious prosecution by Arpaio, The Associated Press reported via

Flake and Brown ran the kennel while Brown’s parents were out of town in 2014, the AP reported.

The two were still in college.

Initially, Flake and Brown were charged in the incident, but the charges were dropped at the prosecution’s request. Later, Flake’s in-laws pleaded guilty to animal cruelty charges after an expert determined that the facility air conditioner failed because it was not properly maintained.

Thus, the owners of the kennel were responsible for the death of the 21 dogs, and they answered for their crimes.

Nonetheless, Flake and Brown reportedly alleged that Arpaio had charged them to gain publicity and deal damage to Senator Flake — an establishment fixture within the GOP.

The two “contended the charges caused them emotional distress, contributed to the demise of their marriage and led the senator’s son to being suspended from college for an honor-code violation,” according to The Associated Press.

Despite the jury’s decision, the U.S. District Judge Neil V. Wake will not issue a final verdict until the defense explains why it didn’t turn over documents that may have benefited the plaintiffs, according to a statement from the plaintiffs’ attorney to The Associated Press.

“The struggle to hold government officials accountable has always required a steep, perilous climb,” the plaintiffs’ attorney said in a Friday statement according to KNPX.

“Although we disagree with the jury’s verdict, we are grateful we had the opportunity to force former Sheriff Arpaio and his subordinates at Maricopa County to account for their indisputably reckless conduct. Near the end of the trial, we discovered that the County failed to turn over documents that might have helped us prove our case,” he continued.

“The Court has ordered the County to explain its failure and indicated that it will not enter a final judgment in the case until a satisfactory explanation is provided. We will access our future options in this fight when the County complies with the Court’s Order.”

Charges that didn’t pan out are an annoyance to those affected — there’s no question of that.

But to claim that those charges — which were dropped — were the reason behind a failed marriage, and that Arpaio needs to pay is completely ridiculous.
