 Chattanooga: Heroic Actions
The Leftmedia is still searching for a motive in the attack on military personnel here in Chattanooga last week — an Islamist assault we covered in "Obama: Happy Ramadan." First clue: Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez murdered four Marines and one Sailor on the last day of Ramadan. Second clue: The assailant blogged and texted about jihad.
Thursday morning's daily White House email — the day of the attack — was a message honoring Ramadan. Equally notable, Friday morning's email made no mention of Thursday's attack — it was a solicitation for DNC funds.
The attacks have generated a lot of national ranting about Muslims, but we caution that we should not marginalize all Muslims as suspect Islamists. That is precisely what nObama and his Leftists did after the recent murders in Charleston — marginalized all white Southerners interested in our heritage as racist and endeavored to remove any vestige of that heritage from public places, including National Military Parks -The Patriot Post

nObama Acts to Head Off Crime Spree of ... the Elderly?
If there's a singular purpose for Barack nObama and his cadres its limiting access to guns in as many ways as possible. The latest attempt is a push to prohibit Social Security recipients from owning firearms if they are judged mentally incompetent. First let's stipulate that nobody wants people who are mentally incompetent owning or using guns without at least some restrictions. But the question is the standard used. The Social Security Administration has never before participated in the National Instant Criminal Background Check System, but, if the SSA begins using the same standards as the Department of Veterans Affairs, at least four million beneficiaries could see their gun rights eliminated by a bureaucrat. We don't want the government defining or deciding mental competence with standards that have nothing to do with crime. And especially not this administration. Indeed, given the nObama administration's track record of disdain for American veterans — both through the bureaucratic shenanigans at the VA and in targeting veterans in DHS reports about extremism — it won't be long before veterans are barred from owning firearms, or, conversely, their benefits are restricted if they're gun owners. Indeed, many veterans have already been judged "incompetent" when that's clearly not the case. Now prohibitions could extend to the average Social Security recipient. We're forced to ask what problem nObama thinks he's trying to solve. Our nation has not been under assault by senior citizens or veterans. It has been under attack from Islamic jihadists, and that's the one thing nObama seems most reticent to address.  -The Patriot Post

Trump on McCain: A Barb Too Far
At the 2015 Family Leadership Summit Friday, reality TV star and billionaire extraordinaire Donald Trump continued to attempt to rend the Republican Party by launching an attack against Sen. John McCain. "He's not a war hero. He's a war hero because he was captured," Trump bloviated. "I like people that weren't captured." Trump is standing behind his comments, despite nearly the whole GOP field criticizing him for them. On Sunday, Trump doubled down, tweeting, "The Veterans Administration is in shambles and our veterans are suffering greatly. John McCain has done nothing to help them but talk." Two different issues. McCain endured an ordeal that would break weaker men like Trump. What he did or did not do afterwards does not strip McCain from the title of "hero."
Besides, while McCain was asking for more missions in Vietnam, Trump was weaseling out of the draft. While McCain was experiencing debilitating torture as a prisoner of war, Trump caroused as a Manhattan playboy. When McCain returned, broken from the war, Trump was being hit with Fair Housing Act discrimination suit.
McCain responded brilliantly: "I think he may owe an apology to the families of those who have sacrificed in conflict and those who have undergone the prison experience in serving our country. … In the case of many of our veterans, when Mr. Trump said that he prefers to be with people who are not captured, well, the great honor of my life was to serve in the company of heroes. I'm not a hero. But those who were my senior ranking officers … those that have inspired us to do things that we otherwise wouldn't have been capable of doing, those are the people that I think he owes an apology to."

 nObama 'Recovery' Slows Debt Reduction
The White House has released a little-noticed but concerning bit of information on the economy and our nation's debt. Known as the "Mid-Session Review," the report "contains revised estimates of receipts, outlays, budget authority, and the budget deficit for fiscal years 2015 through 2025." Barack nObama has long made a habit of boasting about reducing the deficit. (When reducing something, it helps to have quadrupled it first.) But The Wall Street Journal notes that the good times might not keep rolling: "First, the good news: Short-term deficits are falling. The nObama administration now forecasts the annual deficit will reach $455 billion this year, down 22% from its forecast at the start of the year and around 6% below last year's level. The level represents around 2.6% of the country's total economic output, down from a forecast of 3.2% earlier this year. Moreover, the administration sees the deficit falling another 6% next year to $429 billion, or around 2.3% of gross domestic product. The bad news? Economic growth has continued to under perform expectations. And because the administration's economists don't see growth rebounding later to play catch up, the revenue that's lost to lower growth isn't going to be recouped in future periods."
Whereas previous estimates were for 3% and higher economic growth, the new ones are in the 2% range. That's the rub, isn't it? nObama's "stimulus," regulations and tax hikes were supposed to lead us to the economic promised land. Instead, we got perpetual stagnation, and, compared to past recoveries, this one has no right to be called one.   -The Patriot Post

Netanyahu: Those Praising Iran Deal Already Proven Wrong
{Bradford Thomas} ~ Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had some hard words for those celebrating the nuclear deal with Iran... Speaking to his cabinet ministers Sunday, Netanyahu pointed to the recent speech given by Iran's Supreme Leader as proof that the "extraordinary concessions" given to Iran would not lead to changes in their destructive policies. In a speech broadcast live on Iranian television Saturday, Iran's Ayatollah Ali Khamenei asked Allah to accept the prayers of Iranians for the destruction of America and Israel. "You heard 'Death to Israel,' 'Death to the U.S.' You could hear it. The whole nation was shaken by these slogans," said Khamenei. "So we ask Almighty God to accept these prayers by the people of Iran,” assuring citizens that the regime's opposition to the "arrogant" U.S. "won't change at all."

Reasons Lawmakers Should Ignore the UN Vote and Reject Iran Deal
{Michaela Dodge} ~ The United Nations Security Council unanimously voted Monday morning to support the Iran nuclear deal known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action... President nObama did so despite strong opposition from Sen. Bob Corker, R-Tenn., and Sen. Ben Cardin, D-Md., chairman and ranking member, respectively, of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Rep. Ed Royce, R-Calif., chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, and many other prominent members of Congress who argued that such a move violated the intent of the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015, which nObama signed into law, and argued that Congress should vote on the deal before the U.N. Last week, several reports indicated that the administration would seek to use the Security Council resolution to pressure individual members of Congress to support the Iran deal because, as Secretary hanoi John Kerry stated, “If Congress were to veto the deal, Congress—the United States of America—would be in noncompliance with this agreement and contrary to all of the other countries in the world.” Congress should dismiss this pressure for several important reasons:        http://dailysignal.com/2015/07/20/5-reasons-lawmakers-should-ignore...

Momentum Gaining In Fighting EPA's Oppressive Job Killing Plan
{Jeff Dunetz} ~ A new EPA rule due to be made final next month called the Clean Power Plan, demands that the states sets state targets for reducing carbon dioxide emissions from power plants or else they will do it themselves...  It is the centerpiece of nObama's Climate Action Plan announced in June 2013, and compiles with his more recent pledge to the U.N. that the U.S. will cut its carbon emissions by as much as 28 percent from 2005 levels by 2025. The plan is a disaster on so many levels, the most important of which is that it will kill jobs especially in the coal industry. With the U.S. labor participation rate at disastrous low levels, the economy will find it hard recover.  On top of that the EPA rule is looking to replace cheap energy with more expensive alternate energy. Over all it will raise the price of energy and place an heavy burden on middle and lower economic class families.       http://yidwithlid.blogspot.com/2015/07/momentum-gaining-in-fighting...

hanoi Kerry: Iran's Vows to Defy US are 'Very Disturbing'
{Tova Dvorin} ~ US Secretary of State hanoi John Kerry has acknowledged that Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei's continued vows to defy the US are "very disturbing."... "I don't know how to interpret it at this point in time, except to take it at face value, that that's his policy," hanoi Kerry told Saudi-owned television station Al-Arabiya Tuesday. "But I do know that often comments are made publicly and things can evolve that are different. If it is the policy, it's very disturbing, it's very troubling." "We are not kidding when we talk about the importance of pushing back against extremism, against support for terrorism and proxies who are destabilizing other countries," he added. "It’s unacceptable.” Then why on earth did you and your boss agree on the deal?

US Gave Away Better Options on Iran
{Alan M. Dershowitz} ~ The most compelling argument the nObama administration is offering to boost what it acknowledges is a compromise nuclear deal with Iran is this: it's better than the alternatives... That sort of pragmatic point is appealing to members of Congress, particularly skeptical Democrats who are searching for ways to support their president and who are accustomed to voting for the lesser of evils in a realpolitik world where the options are often bad, worse, even worse, and worst of all. But the question remains: How did we get ourselves into the situation where there are no good options? We did so by beginning the negotiations with three important concessions. First, we took the military option off the table by publicly declaring that we were not militarily capable of permanently ending Iran's nuclear weapons program. Second, we took the current tough sanctions regimen off the table by acknowledging that if we did not accept a deal, many of our most important partners would begin to reduce or even eliminate sanctions. Third, and most important, we took off the table the option of rejecting the deal by publicly acknowledging that if we do so, we will be worse off than if we accept even a questionable deal. Yes, the president said he would not accept a "bad" deal, but by repeatedly watering down the definition of a bad deal, and by repeatedly stating that the alternative to a deal would be disastrous, he led the Iranians to conclude we needed the deal more than they did.        http://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/6177/iran-bad-deal

Education Bills Solidify Federal Control of Schools, Children
{Alex Newman} ~ In brazen defiance of the enumerated powers listed in the U.S. Constitution that all lawmakers swore an oath to uphold, both houses of Congress passed massive “education” bills packed with attacks on real education, local control of schools, student and family privacy, and the rights of parents... Despite false campaign promises by Republicans to rein in the nObama administration, the legislation passed by the GOP majority purports to reauthorize a dizzying array of unconstitutional federal “education” schemes — including draconian tools nObama has lawlessly used to nationalize education through the hugely unpopular Common Core standards. The White House has already indicated that it supports the legislation and will sign it, but critics are up in arms. Perhaps the most important element of the legislation is that it reauthorizes the anti-constitutional Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 — the primary mechanism used by Washington, D.C., to usurp control over education from parents and communities. In essence, the measure opened the floodgates of federal funding for government schools, and with those funds, which come with “strings” attached, D.C. politicians and bureaucrats formally launched their plan to federalize public schools. The ESEA scheme was amended and made even more draconian by the almost universally reviled “No Child Left Behind” Act, implemented by a coalition including Ted Kennedy and George W. Bush. That program was crucial in forcing states to impose a radical testing regime that was ultimately used to federalize what is taught in schools.        http://www.thenewamerican.com/culture/education/item/21293-educatio...

Senator Sessions Blames nObama Regime For Deaths Of Americans
{rickwells.us} ~ Senator Jeff Sessions is clearly fed up with the lies and treachery coming out of the nObama White House and Department of “Homeland Security” and their attacks on the citizens of the United States... On Tuesday the Senate Judiciary Committee held hearings titled Oversight of the Administration’s Misdirected Immigration Enforcement Policies: Examining the Impact on Public Safety and Honoring the Victims. In those hearings, Senator Sessions made his views on the criminality and criminal negligence of the nObama regime abundantly clear, when he said, “Look, what the American people know and what the family of victims of violent crime know, is that this administration has consistently and steadfastly placed the goal of amnesty above the goal of public safety. Time and time and time again that’s been the fact.”

No Consequences For Sanctuary Cities Unless Congress...
{rickwells.us} ~ Senator David Vitter (R-LA) grills nObama’s pro-amnesty, anti-enforcement ICE Director, Sarah Saldana, as to the consequences under their new “Pep” program of supposed immigration enforcement... He attempts several times to get a commitment from the duplicitous Democrat that she will do her job and enforce immigration law against sanctuary city violators. Vitter asks, “If this is a brand new day, brought on by these horrific incidents, what’s going to happen to these local jurisdictions?” She won’t admit that anything is going to happen to them, but “wants to work towards that,” the program is new. Vitter, like the rest of us has heard these stall tactics before. Saldana says she “wants to talk to more jurisdictions to understand exactly what the problems are to them cooperating with us.” Senator Vitter replies to her empty response saying, “And after you say ‘pretty please’ three times and they don’t comply is there going to be any negative consequence?”        http://rickwells.us/pro-amnesty-ice-director-refuses-to-take-any-ac...

Iran promises never to seek, develop or acquire any nuclear weapons
{sharylattkisson.com}
“Iran reaffirms that under no circumstances will Iran ever seek, develop or acquire any nuclear weapons.”
Read the proposed US-Iran nuclear deal yourself. 159 pages.
PREFACE
The E3/EU+3 (China, France, Germany, the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom and the United States, with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy) and the Islamic Republic of Iran welcome this historic Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), which will ensure that Iran’s nuclear programme will be exclusively peaceful, and mark a fundamental shift in their approach to this issue. They anticipate that full implementation of this JCPOA will positively contribute to regional and international peace and security. Iran reaffirms that under no circumstances will Iran ever seek, develop or acquire any nuclear weapons. Iran envisions that this JCPOA will allow it to move forward with an exclusively peaceful, indigenous nuclear programme, in line with scientific and economic considerations, in accordance with the JCPOA, and with a view to building confidence and encouraging international cooperation. Like we are going to fall for that, hopefully not.

hanoi Kerry 'is an order of fries short of a Happy Meal'
{Joe Kovacs} ~ U.S. Secretary of State hanoi John Kerry is being flayed as a “delusional” dunce who is full of “self-love” and is intellectually “an order of fries short of a Happy Meal.”... The scathing description came Tuesday from talk-radio host Rush Limbaugh who ripped hanoi Kerry’s apparent reaction of surprise to Iranian comments hostile to America despite the nuclear deal Kerry personally brokered with Tehran. “I don’t have any doubt that what I’m telling you is true,” Limbaugh said on his national broadcast. “I really do believe that hanoi John Kerry is an order of fries short of a Happy Meal. I don’t think the elevator goes to the penthouse level. I think there is something missing intellectually. “And what’s missing in hanoi John Kerry is replaced by an arrogance and hubris that has led him and people like him to literally live inside fantasies they have concocted.”

About Benghazi…

{theconservativetreehouse.com} ~ As you are all aware The Benghazi Brief details all the aspects around the Benghazi attack: who, what, where, and when; except one, “why”?  The actual motive for attacking Chris Stevens. We have continually said the Egyptian Intelligence and/or The U.S. Intelligence community would have that specific answer.
.
However, an interesting point is noted by a researcher.
.
.
We know the CIA Annex had three essential functions.
.
♦ #1) It was a housing station for security personnel on the ground in Benghazi, who were aiding State Dept. operations on weapon retrieval. ♦ #2) It was a storage site for many of the weapons retrieved. And the lesser known… ♦ #3) It was a black-ops rendition site holding detainees for questioning.
.
We know about the detention/rendition aspect from Petraeus through Paula Broadwell leak. (October 26th 2012 – before anyone publicly knew they were in a relationship)
.
Paula Broadwell Leaks Info on Benghazi Annex
.
POINT – We now know the attack on the CIA Annex began at the exact moment Ambassador Chris Stevens was confirmed to be dead in the Benghazi hospital. 1:00am to 1:30am. Was the timing of the attack on the Annex specifically tied to the loss of any value held by Ambassador Stevens ?

Pay-Back !!! Pedophile Who Assaulted Nearly 200 Kids Stabbed To Death In Prison

A convicted pedophile who abused almost 200 children was stabbed to death in North Yorkshire, England, on Sunday.

Richard Huckle, 33, from Ashford, Kent, was given 22 life sentences in 2016 after he admitted to sexually abusing 71 kids whose ages ranged from six months to 12 years between 2006 and 2014, according to the BBC.

The report said Huckle was attacked with a makeshift knife while inside his cell at the Full Sutton Prison.

At the pedophile’s trial in 2016, investigators said they found over 20,000 indecent photos and videos of his assaults, which were shared with other pedophiles via a site on the dark web called The Love Zone.

Reports said that prior to his arrest, Huckle posed as an English teacher and Christian volunteer worker in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where he groomed impoverished children.

In one of his online posts, Huckle reportedly wrote “Impoverished kids are definitely much easier to seduce than middle-class Western kids.”

Reports said he attempted to make money from his crimes by crowdfunding the release of the photos.

“Huckle also created a 60-page ‘how-to’ guide for other pedophiles seeking to evade being caught, and kept a scorecard and points system regarding the children who were abused — leading investigators to speculate he may have as many as 200 victims,” a Fox News report stated.

At his sentencing in 2016, Judge Peter Rook condemned Huckle for his heinous crimes he said had become routine for the pedophile.

Rook commented:

Your offending behavior became entrenched in your everyday life. Your life revolved around your sexual activities with young children. Your distorted beliefs in respect of children are deep-seated. Your self-delusion knows no bounds. It is also clear that, had you not been arrested, you planned to continue the same lifestyle using the expertise that you were keen to show off to and share with other abusers so as to continue your sexual exploitation of the children of such communities.

Reports said prior to his death, Huckle refused to cooperate with authorities when they tried to unlock a cache of encrypted files he had access to that may contain the names of victims and other pedophiles, according to Fox News.
