Responding to Dennis, about, "Treaties do not supersede the Constitution."

Dick Morris has a daily email he calls his "Lunch Alert."

Last year he did a number of alerts on this very issue of international treaties verses the Constitution.

I couldn't find all of them, but, the link below, to one of them, touches on the highlights.

Yes we need to educate the younger generation.

College students need to see the bill they are going to have to pay gratis the white house occupant who tricked them to think otherwise.

Information. There are colleges that we can go to. Set up shop there get  students that are will help us. Each year marxist keep corrupting our youth.

16 year old student will be of voting age in two years.

The prolife have done a good job at the colleges changing minds.

The right is not united. We attack each other. Shame on every one.

Think this as war. There is the army, generals and leadership. You have to keep the army from attaching you. But you need to go after the generals and leadership to.

We need to inform people about what is going on. TRUTH. But the people have and are been subvert by the marxist. This is like a woman being beaten by her man. You go to warn warn her thet this is not good and that he is going to kill her. All she says is but he loves me.

This is what we have.

We have to find people that understand how this has turned a nation to this. How to deprogram people.

Now the second thing we have is buying power. If we to move together in one direction. We could take down the marxist leadership in a company.

Or maybe take down the comapny.

Bring the money to a freedom based company. Then the money and power of the company will go to our side.

Reading the postings here about the Second Amendment and the Militia with interest.

The law has become "clarified" over the last decade by the Supreme Court and, surprise, surprise! The nay-sayers were wrong!

There is an individual right to keep and bear arms that is protected by the Second Amendment!

The Amendment protects the fundamental human right to self-defense.

It guarantees the Constitutional Order. In a most meaningful way, the Second Amendment guarantees the First Amendment! It is the final expression of our individual sovereignty.

The cases are:

District of Columbia v. Heller554 U.S. 570 (2008), was a landmark case in which the Supreme Court of the United States held that the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution protects an individual's right to possess a firearm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home and within federal enclaves. The decision did not address the question of whether the Second Amendment extends beyond federal enclaves to the states,[1] which was addressed later by McDonald v. Chicago (2010). It was the first Supreme Court case in United States history to decide whether the Second Amendment protects an individual right to keep and bear arms for self-defense.[2]

We all know the underlying reason for the Second Amendment; it's not about the Militia coming to the aid of the US Govt. It's about the whole body of the armed people securing a Free State against any tyrannical power, local, federal or international.

Gohmert: Dems Will Drag Out Impeachment — Try To Get ‘Best Socialist’ Nominated For President

During an appearance on Huntsville, AL radio’s WVNN on Thursday, Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) offered his best assessment of what House Democrats were trying to accomplish with their impeachment efforts.

Gohmert told WVNN’s “The Jeff Poor Show” impeachment could tie up the Democratic Party’s presidential campaign efforts but predicted Democrats would use the occasion to nominate “the best socialist” they can.

“They would lose in the Senate,” Gohmert said on impeachment. “And besides that, the entire time it was on trial in the Senate, the Democrats who are running for president wouldn’t be allowed to campaign. That’s in the Constitution. They wouldn’t be able to campaign. I just can’t imagine them wanting to do that because if they send it to the Senate, they have now perfectly set up the scenario of 1996, where they will reassure Donald Trump is reelected as president. They don’t want to do that. They’re probably going to drag this thing out as long as they possibly can … through Iowa, through primaries — try to get the best socialist they can to be nominated.”

“Then just end up and say, ‘Now we’re close enough to the general election. We’ve thrown mud at the president through the House,’” he continued. “What they’re really doing — they’re using taxpayer funds to campaign against Trump. That’s all this is — a campaign fund that taxpayers are paying for in order to try to throw mud at the president. I’ll be surprised if they have that vote, but I can’t imagine they want to set up this president for reelection by having a trial in the Senate where they lose.”
