Subject: AMERICAN CONSTITUTIONAL MILITIA NETWORK-BLACK REGIMENT

ACMN · AMERICAN CONSTITUTIONAL MILITIA NETWORK

Description

Nearly all the bills passed, (Patriot Acts I & II) have nothing to do with TERRORISM, IT'S ABOUT POWER, AND CONTROL, OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE
IT HAS COME TIME, WHEN WE CITIZENS HAVE TO MAKE OUR CHOICES, USE OUR OWN MINDS, QUIT WORRYING IF THE FEDS ARE WATCHING US.IT'S ABOUT SURVIVAL.
CAST OFF THAT YOKE OF FEAR AND START WORRYING ABOUT FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
IT'S TIME FOR A FEW LIKE-MINDED MEN AND WOMEN TO COME TOGETHER AND LOOK TO THE FUTURE AND FORGET THE PAST, IT'S A DONE DEAL.
WE NEED TO HAVE CONTACT WITH EACH OTHER. WE NEED CONTACTS IN EVERY STATE AND IN EVERY COUNTY. WE NEED TO KNOW THE TYPES OF FOODS TO STORE, WE NEED TO KNOW THE BEST EQUIPMENT TO HAVE, WHAT TYPE OF ARMS TO GET. WE NEED TO KNOW HOW TO PRESERVE CLEAN WATER FOR DRINKING. WHAT TYPE MEDICINE TO STORE, AND HOW TO SAVE SOME OF YOUR PAIN PILLS AND MEDICATIONS FOR POSSIBLE MEDICAL USE. WHAT VITAMINS TO STORE. WE NEED PLANS ON COMMUNICATIONS, AND PLANTS THAT ARE USABLE.
THIS IS WHAT ACMN IS ABOUT, AND YES IT'S ABOUT THE MILITIA, THE CITIZENS ARMY.
WHAT IS NEEDED NOW IS ENOUGH BRAVE MEN AND WOMEN TO PUT IT TOGETHER!
This group is not about race, religion or color, it's about surviving as Americans! We are not separatist, we are not about Neo-Nazi groups or white power, we are simply for an America that was once and can be again. One that believes in the Bill of Rights and the Constitution.
Yes we know that there are other groups of men and women out there. We are not asking you to leave them and join our group; we are asking you to network with our group. We are not interested in commanding your group, only sharing with it, networking groups all across the country. If we don’t work while there is time to work, the night will come when we can’t! Join in and let’s make a difference.

Notice ,you are welcome to join ACMN, then join the ACMN State group where you reside, but that don't mean you can try to join all or part of the 50 States. That is a No gamer.

SHERIFF BRIGADES

ARMY OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST

Black Regiment

The “Black Regiment” was a group of patriot-preachers from virtually every protestant denomination located throughout Colonial America at the time of America’s fight for independence who courageously preached the Biblical principles of liberty and independence. The moniker stems from the tendency of these patriot-preachers to wear long, black robes in their pulpits.
The inspiration for this directory comes from the scores of people throughout America who have contacted me asking if I knew of “Black Regiment” pastors in their respective cities. This directory is an attempt to help the many hundreds and thousands of Christians across America who desire to fellowship and worship with a courageous pastor who knows what is going on and is not afraid to preach truth to power. Men who are not enamored with political correctness or political parties. Men who love America’s Christian history and heritage. Men who support and defend the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence. Men who preach the Bible and are not owned by committees. Men who do not grovel before the wealthy and affluent. These are the kinds of men who comprise the “Black Regiment.”
Each pastor on this list has read my initial appeal and has requested to be listed in this directory. If you are a pastor who wishes to be included in this list, please contact me. Plus, if you are a Christian who desires to find a “Black Regiment” pastor in your city, please let us know the city in which you live, and we will add it to our “looking” list.
Obviously, one will find various denominations and theological positions represented in this list. I am sure that I would not agree with some of the ministers on this list regarding various doctrines and methodology. I will leave it to each Christian to discern for himself the correctness, or lack thereof, of each ministry represented on this list. However, I rejoice over the efforts of any and all Christian ministers, regardless of denomination, who will courageously preach and promote the principles of liberty and independence. For the sake of this directory, we have added all those that requested to be included. As a disclaimer, I do not personally vouch for any of the ministries listed here.
Check your state’s link below to see if there are any of these courageous pastors in your area.
Plus, if you know of any “Black Regiment” pastors in your area that are not listed, please email us their contact information and we will ask their permission to list them here. Please be sure to provide accurate contact information.

Being we are the Unified Militia and if we were to become a bona fide militia in defense of our US Constitutional Republic the name really doesn’t click, but if we were to take the title of our National Director for the Tea Party Nation, the Regulator, whereas the Regulators as an official militia name would add an addittional boost of real character, yes/no!?

Well the Regulators were first established back during the days leading up to the American Revolution so I don’t know if we could officially use the name!? So, maybe we could consider the Constitutional Regulators, as in protecting the US Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic, yes/no!?

The origins of the war of regulation stem from a drastic population increase within North Carolina during the 1760s, followed by immigration from the large eastern cities to the rural west. While the inland section of the colony had once been predominately composed of planters with an agriculture based economy, merchants and lawyers from the coastal area began to move west, upsetting the current social and political structure. At the same time, the local agricultural community was suffering from a deep economic depression, due to severe droughts throughout the past decade. The loss of crops caused farmers to lose not only their direct food source, but primary means of income, which led many to rely on the goods being brought in by newly arrived merchants. Since income was cut off, the local planters often fell into debt, which could not be paid off immediately. In turn the merchants would rely on lawyers and the court to settle the debate. Debts were not uncommon at the time, but from 1755 to 1765 the number of cases brought to the docket increased 15 fold, from 7 annually to 111 in Orange County alone. Court cases could often lead to planters losing their homes and property, who naturally grew to resent the presence of the new merchants and the lawyers. The shift in population and politics eventually led to an imbalance within the colony's courthouses, where the newly arrived and well educated lawyers used their superior knowledge of the law to their sometimes unjust advantage. A small clique of wealthy officials formed, and became an exclusive inner circle in charge of the legal affairs of the area. The group was seen as a 'courthouse ring', or a small bunch of officials who obtained most of the political power for themselves.

In 1764, several thousand people from North Carolina, mainly from Orange, Anson, and Granville counties in the western region, were extremely dissatisfied with the wealthy North Carolina officials, whom they considered cruel, arbitrary, tyrannical and corrupt. Taxes were collected by local sheriffs supported by the courts; the sheriffs and courts had sole control over their local regions. Many of the officers were deemed to be very greedy and often would band together with other local officials for their own personal gain. The entire system depended on the integrity of local officials, many of whom engaged in extortion; taxes collected often enriched the tax collectors directly. At times, sheriffs would intentionally remove records of their tax collection in order to further tax citizens. The system was endorsed by the colonial governor, who feared losing the support of the various county officials.

The effort to eliminate this system of government became known as the Regulator uprising, War of the Regulation, or the Regulator War. The most heavily affected areas were said to be that of Rowan, Anson, Orange, Granville, and Cumberland counties. It was a struggle between mostly lower class citizens, who made up the majority of the population of North Carolina, and the wealthy ruling class, who comprised about 5% of the population, yet maintained almost total control of the government.

The primary aim of the Regulators was to form an honest government and reduce taxation. The wealthy businessmen/politicians that ruled North Carolina at this point, saw this as a grave threat to their power. Ultimately they brought in militia to crush the rebellion, and then hanged their leaders. It is estimated that out of the 8,000 people living in Orange County at the time, some six or seven thousand of them were in support of the Regulators.

Although the "War of the Regulators" is considered by some to be one of the first acts of the American Revolutionary War, it was waged against corrupt local officials and not against the king or crown. In reality, many anti-Regulators went on to become Patriots during the American Revolution, such as William Hooper, James Robertson, and Francis Nash; while many Regulators became Loyalists.

Does all that you read seem rather fimiliar to us today right down to the group dividing into the Patriots and the Traitors!?

I feel a rather close connection to this story as I was born in the Foot Hills... Rockingham County, NC to a large family of tobacco growers and cotten mill workers. I also had family ancestry who fought in the American Revolution, War 1812, and American Civil War.

My Mother's Grandmother’s father was John Anthony Hampton II

John Hampton Jr. was my 6th Great Grandfather his son

Anthony had four sons in the military.

Major John Hampton – American Revolution

Col. Edward Hampton – American Revolution

Maj. Gen. Wade Hampton – Col during the American Revolution and Gen. during War 1812

Col. Henry Hampton – American Revolution

Maj. Gen. Wade Hampton’s had a son in the military

Lt. Wade Hampton II – Dragoons War 1812 serving under and aide to Gen. Andrew Jackson at New Orleans in 1815

Lt. Wade Hampton II had two sons in the military

Lt. Gen. Wade Hampton III – American Civil War (Hampton’s Brigade) Confereracy

Col. Frank Hampton – American Civil War Confederacy

Lt. Gen. Wade Hampton III had two sons in the military

Maj. Wade Hampton IV- aid de camp to Gen.  J.E. Johnston – American Civil War Confederacy

Lt. Thomas Preston Hampton – American Civil War Confederacy

My Father's side of the family were from the North and there were 456 of his ancestry that served in the Americal Civil War for the Union and 51 served for the Confederacy. I have yet to research his family who served the American Revolution and War 1812.

I'm a born and bred Patriot!!! My Father did not serve WWII as he had ulsers but worked three different arms mfg, my Brother Army served as a Communications Advisor in Saigon 1962, I volunteered as Army for Vietnam but was medically rejected 1970. I have two Nephews who have served, one Army Iraq, one Marine, also one Nephew presently serving Army Iraq two tours, and a Great Nephew presently serving Marine Afghanistan..... God Bless America and to Hell with Tyrants

Just a reminder about a meet and greet in spring texas

I would like to really encourage and ask everyone that can at all possibly come to the meet.( Info Below ) This is an important step for all of us to come together and talk about issues that concern all of us and the first step for the State of Texas to actually come toge...ther and start trying to bring all groups together and be on the same page. We hope to have ongoing... meets in different are...as of ......the State, which plans will be laid out at this meet as to what and where we all would like to see the State as a whole go.

If you happen to be a survivalist and don't think you fit into a Militia, then you are wrong, we need your knowledge and we can work together as a team, that is what it is going to take when it hits the fan, we need to know where all the friendlies are and how to identify the different groups, because as independent groups, it will be extremely hard alone, that is why we all need to agree to work as a united team, so help and relief will be there when you need it.

If you are with any group, I urge you to come if you can, we all would like to discuss any ideas or concerns that any one may have, that is what the meet is about, to find out what you as an individual have concerns about and just what type of training you want to learn. So if you can comedown come just to listen come with your ideas and suggestions, that is what this great country was built on, we do encourage every ones input, together we CAN build a better mousetrap.

There are plans to reach out to as many individual groups and meet with them or their leaders and see if we can get them all to work with us there can be no I, Me, mine in the movement as a whole it has to be we us and our for that is the only we can be effective.

The Atty's involved at the hearing filed their briefs 2-1, don't remember exactly how the judge worded it but he wanted things in writing and is supposed to render decision 2-4.

ALERT ALERT

OMG!!! Ruth Bader Ginsburg Voted Best Real-Life Hero At MTV Awards

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Monday was crowned the best real-life hero at the MTV Movie & TV Awards.

The 86-year old judge — whose 2015 biopic The Notorious RBG help cement her as a cultural icon among Liberals — beat out tennis star Serena Williams, WWE wrestler Roman Reigns, and comedian Hannah Gadsby to take him the award.

Though it wasn’t a clean sweep for Ginsburg last night.

The RGB documentary lost the “Best Fight” category for “Ruth Bader Ginsburg vs. Inequality” to “Captain Marvel vs. Minn-Erva.”

The justice was absent from the ceremony in Santa Monica, California.

Last December, Ginsburg had surgery to remove cancerous growths on her left lung. She was released from the hospital in New York four days later and recuperated at home.

Earlier this year, Ginsburg missed three days of arguments, the first time that’s happened since she joined the court in 1993. Still, she was allowed to participate using court briefs and transcripts.

Ginsburg has had two previous bouts with cancer, in 1999 and 10 years later.

Flashback: Ruth Bader Ginsburg: A Pregnant Woman Is Not A ‘Mother’

Celebrated liberal U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg argued in an opinion released Tuesday that a pregnant woman is not a “mother.”

“[A] woman who exercises her constitutionally protected right to terminate a pregnancy is not a ‘mother’,” Ginsburg wrote in a footnote, which in turn responded to another footnote in the 20-page concurring opinion by Justice Clarence Thomas in the Box v. Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky Inc. case.

As Breitbart News’ legal editor Ken Klukowski reported, the case concerned a law signed by then-Governor (now Vice President) Mike Pence of Indiana in 2016, which required that the remains of an aborted fetus (or baby) be disposed of by cremation or burial. The law also prohibited abortion on the basis of sex, race, or disability alone.

The Court upheld the first part of the law, but declined to consider the selective-abortion ban until more appellate courts had ruled on it.

In his lengthy opinion — which delighted pro-life advocates, and distressed pro-choice activists — Thomas wrote that “this law and other laws like it promote a State’s compelling interest in preventing abortion from becoming a tool of modern-day eugenics.” He traced the racist and eugenicist beliefs of Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger, and warned that the Court would one day need to wrestle with abortion as form of racial discrimination.

In a footnote, Thomas attacked Ginsberg’s dissenting opinion, which argued the Court should not have deferred to the legal standard used by the litigants in the lower courts, but should have subjected the Indiana law to a more difficult standard instead, since it impacted “the right of [a] woman” to an abortion.

Ginsburg cited no legal authority for her claim that a pregnant woman is not a “mother.” The claim that a fetus is not a child is central to pro-choice arguments.
