To all those who wold be interested in becoming more pro active, those interested in protecting your Second Amendment rights, and to those who took an oath to protect the Constitution from all enemies, foriegn and domestic.

Chief Mark Kessler of Gilberton, PA started an organization known as the Constitutional Security Force, to insure the rights of citizens guaranteed under the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States. This organization now has chapter's in over forty states in the Union. We are developing such a Chapter here in Massachusetts for a number of reasons. Currently this State has pending legislation that would put draconian regulations in place, such as those recently enacted by the State of New York. While the Gun Owners Action League is fighting these proposals, to believe they could not be implemented is foolish on anyone's part. To prove this to yourself, simply check the Massachusetts Division of Public Safety's web site for their approved firearms list. Pick a firearm from the list and call several retailers and ask to purchase what you have chosen. You will find there is a "list" from the Attorney General's Office, which is not published, prohibiting perhaps fifty per cent of the approved list.

Today we have intrusions not only to the Second Amendment as written by the Founding Father's of our Country in the Constitution and Bill of Rights, but also our God given rights under the First, Fourth, and Fifth, and Tenth Amendments are also under attack, with such things as the Patriot Act and NDAA. Those wishing to restore our once great nation are urged to stand up and be counted on to defend our Republic.

Politicians, Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement, as well as the Military, currently active and veterans, swear an oath to uphold our Constitution and defend this Document "against all enemies foreign or domestic". This is an oath that NEVER expires.

Benjamin Franklin once said, ” “Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.”

What we are not We are NOT a militia but support the concept of constitutional militias!
We are NOT advocating or promoting the overthrow of any government whether, local, state or Federal
We are NOT advocating violence towards any organization's, groups or persons
We are not advocating or promoting any constitutional changes EVER! nor we will support such acts Nor are we asking for any amendment to said constitution
We are NOT advocating or promoting any act or acts of aggression against any organization or person for any reason including but not limited to ; Race, Religion, National Origin, Political Affiliation, Gender or Sexual Orientation
WE ARE AND WILL DO
Promoting the Constitutional Republic which the Constitution and Declaration of Independence is defined and instituted
TO BE CALLED UPON TO DEFEND OUR CONSTITUTION OUR COUNTRY FROM TYRANNY ONLY IF NEEDED
TO ASSIST/AID OUR MILITARY OR PEACE OFFICERS TO UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION AND ALL OUR RIGHTS.

Currently we are located in Southeastern Massachusetts, and hope to have additional Chapters in all parts of our state within the near future.  Please contact me or Ed Ducy at ECDucy at comcast.net

All Tea Party members listen up. Next year Senetor Scott Brown will take on Harvard elitist Elizabeth Warren. Warren will try and fail to make the case that she is part of the middle class, and that she should take back Ted Kennedys seat. Warren is though no more part of the middle class than warren buffett. She will give us the very same thing Ted Kennedy gave us for so long a big government progressive who could care less about We the People and instead care about the most enlightened of them all. Now I know that Scott Brown hasn't been perfect, but I can assure you that he is not even close to the failure that warren and her progressive views lead too. Keep Scott Browns Feat to the fire and keep Elizabeth Warren out of office, let her go back to Harvard or the Center for progressive Progress with the rest of the extreme leftist

Let's face it, there is never going to be a top down solution in this state when 50% of our voters don't have the brains to sweep the dirt out.  It is up to us as individuals to refuse to participate in their game at every opportunity.  I'm so tired of us gun owners being treated like second hand citizens, I stopped buying all of my sporting goods equipment, guns and ammo here last year.  I give my business and money to New Hampshire and Maine, and buy my hunting and fishing licenses there too.  Cut off the funding.  Hit them in the wallet.  Let the liberals pay for their biased legislation.  Refuse to be a victim.

Horrible: Democrats Set The Constitution On Fire With Fraudulent Impeachment

House Democrats unveiled two articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump on Tuesday morning after an investigation that violated fundamental provisions of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

The investigation of the president began with the complaint of a so-called “whistleblower” who turned out to be a rogue Central Intelligence Agency employee, protected by a lawyer who had called for a “coup” against Trump in early 2017.

Democrats first demanded that the “whistleblower” be allowed to testify. But after House Intelligence Committee chair Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) was found to have lied about his committee’s contact with the “whistleblower,” and after details of the “whistleblower’s” bias began to leak, Democrats reversed course. In violation of the President Trump’s Sixth Amendment right to confront his accuser, Democrats refused to allow the “whistleblower” to testify. They argue the president’s procedural rights, even if they existed, would not apply until he was tried in the Senate — but they also invented a fraudulent “right to anonymity” that, they hope, might conceal the whistleblower even then.

Schiff began the “impeachment inquiry” in secret, behind the closed doors of the Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF) in the basement of the U.S. Capitol, even though none of the testimony was deemed classified. Few members of Congress were allowed access. Schiff allowed selective bits of testimony to leak to friendly media, while withholding transcripts of testimony.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), having allowed the secret process to unfold, legitimized it with a party-line vote authorizing the inquiry. The House resolution denied President Trump the procedural rights enjoyed by Presidents Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton, and denied the minority party the traditional right to object to witnesses called by the majority.

Rather than the House Judiciary Committee, which traditionally handles impeachment, Pelosi also deputized the House Intelligence Committee to conduct fact-finding; the Judiciary Committee was turned into a rubber stamp. Schiff held a few public hearings, but often failed to release transcripts containing exculpatory evidence until after they had passed.

In the course of the Intelligence Committee’s investigation, Schiff quietly spied on the telephone records of his Republican counterpart, Ranking Member Devin Nunes (R-CA). He also snooped on the phone records of a journalist, John Solomon; and on the phone records of former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, acting as President Trump’s personal lawyer.

Schiff’s eavesdropping violated both the First Amendment right to press freedom and the Sixth Amendment right to counsel. Yet he proceeded undeterred by constitutional rights, publishing the phone logs in his committee’s report without warning, confirmation, or explanation, alleging that Nunes and the others were part of a conspiracy to assist the president’s allegedly impeachable conduct. When Republicans on the Judiciary Committee asked the Intelligence Committee’s majority counsel, Daniel Goldman, to explain the phone logs, he refused to answer,

Ironically, Schiff had done exactly what Democrats accuse Trump of doing: abused his power to dig up dirt on political opponents, then obstructed a congressional investigation into his party’s and his committee’s misconduct.

Democrats’ articles of impeachment include one for the dubious charge of “abuse of power,” which is not mentioned in the Constitution; and one for “obstruction of Congress,” which in this case is an abuse of power in itself.

Alexander Hamilton, writing about impeachment in Federalist 65, warned that “there will always be the greatest danger that the decision will be regulated more by the comparative strength of parties, than by the real demonstrations of innocence or guilt.” Democrats have fulfilled Hamilton’s worst fears.

The Trump impeachment will soon replace the 1868 impeachment of President Andrew Johnson — which the House Judiciary Committee staff actually cited as a positive precedent — as the worst in American history.

In service of their “coup,” Democrats have trampled the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The Republic has never been in greater danger.

You don't get to interrupt me
