A call for Nullification under the 10th and 4th Amendments by the Commonwealth of Kentucky

As a citizen of a Commonwealth the citizens of the Commonwealth of Kentucky do herein decree that sovereignty lies with each of its citizens by right not by grant of the Federal Government. It is therefore herein decreed that the Commonwealth of Kentucky as well as the remaining 49 States has the right under the 10th and 4th Amendments of the Constitution of the United States of America to nullify any unconstitutional act by the Federal Government in Washington D.C.

The Federal Government has no Constitutional authority to act in behalf of the citizens of the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the following:

- Authorization of the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) to operate with full diplomatic immunity within the boarders of our nation
- own banks or other financial institutions,
- demand American citizens buy health insurance,
- establish government run health insurance programs,
- own or buy stock in the American Automotive Industry,
- provide money to the corrupt and criminal Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN),
- the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) does not have the authority to enact laws,
- the Federal Government, to include the President of the United States, does not have the authority to make or commit to international agreements without Congressional approval,
- the Federal Government, to include the President of the United States, has no Constitutional authority to fire or set salary limits for any CEO or employee of any business, company, corporation, etc.
- the President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, refuses to produce a vault copy of his Birth Certificate proving he is an American Citizen,
- this Congress cannot restrict or limit any future Congress in representation for the American people under our Constitution.

If you are a Kentuckian, call Governor Steve Beshear’s office and request a “Special Session” for January 2010 of the Kentucky State Congress to declare “Nullification under the 10th and 4th Amendment” all illegal acts by the federal Congress and, or the President of the United States. Then call your state Senator and Representative (Not your U.S. Senators and Representatives) and tell them you support the "Special Session" call.

If you are not a Kentuckian, call your Governor and request the same action. Now there are 25 states who are seeking “Special Session” to declare the unconstitutional acts of Congress and the President of the United States “Null and Void”, under the 10th Amendment, which gives them authority to do so as “Sovereign States of the Union of the United States of America”.

Please repost this message to all your friends in your state to contact your Governor’s Office. It is imperative that every state has a “Special Session” in January 2010 to act in unity to nullify the illegal actions of the Federal Government and the President of the United States..

If Patriots do not show strong support to their Governor for the “Special Session”, it will not take place. We now find ourselves late in the 11th hour. It is time for “We The People” to take and stand and return the control of our nation to its rightful ownership… “US”.

Health Care Reform

Numerous people have questioned why the health care reform bill is so important. There are many reasons, but is the overwhelming feeling that lawmakers are using the fear of illness and death to push some hidden agenda. Suspension of our own government is at an all time high, and justifiably so.

It is indisputable that there are many issues in health care that are in drastic need of reform, but this situation is nothing new. Not to seem dismissive of anyone’s immediate needs, but the system as a whole does not need to be fixed on such an emergency schedule as is being suggested by our government. We have all seen with other government programs, entitlements in particular, that once they are implemented they will likely never disappear, regardless of cost. It is imperative that we take the time to ensure that any reform bill that passes is practical, workable, affordable and acceptable to a majority of We the People, and that it does not result in more cost and less quality within our health care system.

The Affordable Health Care for America Act (AHCAA) is loaded with new government agencies and oversight programs --118 to be exact. Most of us have dealt with the IRS or the Social Security Administration and would find it difficult to imagine that the creation of 118 new agencies is a good idea. As a mater of fact while a vast majority or the Americans would like to see reduction in the size as well as the scope of Federal government they are trying to grow themselves at an unprecedented rate becoming ever more intrusive in our lives.

United Nations Using Climate Control To Conceal One World Government Ulterior Agenda


Our nation’s freedoms and liberties are being assaulted on so many fronts at the same time it is difficult to characterize any one as being a more dangerous threat than another. But a U.N. (United Nations) meeting scheduled for Dec. 7 – 18 may hold more lasting ramifications to U.S. sovereignty than anything that our Nation has ever faced in its history.

During this meeting the first overt attempts at establishing the framework of a One World Government will be formulated.

The United Nations Climate Change Conference is currently drafting a treaty that, if signed by President Barack Obama and then ratified by the U.S. Senate, would place our Nation under the governance of an unelected, undemocratic world body that will have the authority to impose taxes and place limits on our industry, transportation, mining and energy production under the guise of limiting carbon emissions.

Global warming zealots from around the world are scheduled to meet in Copenhagen, Denmark to try and suck billions of dollars from the U.S. economy and the economies of other industrialized nations and spread that wealth around to developing countries, all in the name of saving the planet.
These programs and treaties are being drafted in total disregard to scientific evidence that clearly demonstrate that the limitation of carbon emissions will have little, if any, effect whatsoever on alleged global warming. The opposition, global warming zealots have no concrete evidence that carbon emissions are solely responsible for the global warming trend nor that such a program as is being proposed would mitigate the trend.

As was editorialized in The Washington Times on Oct. 27:

“The treaty’s text is not yet finalized but its principles are aimed at regulating all economic activity in the name of climate security, with a side effect that billions of dollars would be transferred from productive countries to the unproductive.”

“The control lever is the regulation of carbon emissions, which some purport are causing global warming. The treaty would establish a carbon market Regulatory Agency and “global carbon budget for each country.”

“In effect, this would allow the treaty’s governing bodies to limit manufacturing, transportation, travel, agriculture, mining, energy production and anything else that emits carbon—like breathing.”
What this treaty states is this that a new world government is going to be created. The word ‘government’ actually appears as the first of three proposed purposes of the new entity. The second purpose is the transfer of wealth from the other countries of the West to third world countries, in satisfaction of what they refer to as ‘climate debt’ because industrialized nations have been burning CO2 and they, the third world nations have not. Consequently, we have been detrimental to the climate and they have not. Of course no acknowledgement, legal or otherwise, has been given to the fact that we, the industrialized nations, have been feeding and supplying goods and services to the inhabitants of these third world nations. Nor has any credence been given to the fact that had it not been for our industrialization trillions of dollars in foreign aid and disaster relief would have not been possible. The third purpose and final stated purpose of this new entity, this government, is “enforcement”.
The treaty is still in draft stages even though the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change had planned to have it finalized before the opening of the conference. I feel certain that a finalized version will not be available prior to the opening of the conference as to avoid any outpouring of public opinion. This new tactic seems to be a popular ploy of our current administration. Since the United States is the true cash cow of this organization they will take no chance of publicly releasing this treaty due to expected public outrage.

Further, may I ask each of you a simple question? What exactly has the United Nations done for our country other the providing half baked support to any and all initiatives that we have undertaken? The lack of support, financial or otherwise by most of our Allied nations has been historically abysmal to say the least.

Obama clearly stated that he wouldn’t attend the conference unless the treaty was finalized. But he began backing down from that statement last week, saying if his presence could push the deal through that he would attend.

Without a clear indication from legislation of how much the U.S. is willing to contribute, the treaty probably will not be finalized in time for the conference. Some other industrialized nations are also questioning the cost and regulations provided for in the treaty, prompting the United Nations to state that they do not think a legally binding agreement could be passed during the upcoming conference, but that one could be reached within a year.

Please take note of their use of the term “legally binding”. This is what the United Nations is really after, because once this treaty is signed by the president and ratified by the senate, any hope of America extricating itself from the agreement is practically nonexistent.

A nation cannot resign from the treaty without the agreement of all the other signatory parties, because the United States would be the single largest financial contributor to the treaty, there is no possibility that we would ever get the consent of the other involved nations to leave.
Leave no doubt in your mind; Obama will sign an agreement if it can be finalized. He has already indicated that he is in full support of this treaty. Obama and fellow Democrats only need to persuade or coerce six Republicans to join them to ratify the treaty.

We have homeless and starving persons residing within our own boarders and we have all but ignored the issue for decades. We have provided foreign aid to third world countries for decades… Now our administration wants us to provide a mandated social welfare program to these people who the generosity of our industrial nation has fed, clothed and housed for the same decades? Is this some kind of joke? If so… We the People should not be laughing.

Signing such a treaty and ratifying it into law would be an unconstitutional ceding of United States sovereignty to another entity. But after all, what is one more unconstitutional act in Washington?

Mark - As a Naval Supply Officer I'm familiar with OPM. I thank you for providing a breakdown to connect the dots. You are absolutely correct and it is apparent there is no limitation to what this administration will do. Thank you for your patriotism in exposing additional violations of the Constitution.

Obama Newest Ploy in His Implementation of Socialism

Why are White House and Democrats' planning to expand the Office of Personnel Management and why this should scare all Americans?

The Obama administration is seeking to empower a very powerful government agency that most of you have probably never heard of with new and expanded powers that will have a direct impact on every American if they are successful in their efforts to implement national health care reform plan.
The White House who is also drunk with power and is seeking to expand the powers of government agencies to oversee all Americans in ways that this country has never seen in our history.

What does the Office of Personnel and Management do and why should you care?

The Office of Personnel Management, (OPM), is supposedly an independent government agency that manages the civil service system of the federal government. If you are a federal employee then civil service laws, rules and regulations that are managed by OPM govern you. One of the main responsibilities of OPM is to administer and oversee the federal health care plans provided to all federal employees.

The Director of OPM is appointed directly by the president and confirmed by the Senate. The current director of OPM is John Berry who, before becoming OPM director this past year, was director of the Smithsonian’s National Zoo.

Under the Democrats' national health care plan not only would OPM be charged with overseeing and administering federal employee’s health care but they will have the added responsibility of administering civilian federal health care programs as well. What does this really mean? Basically stated it means that all Americans will be treated as civil servants. Are you starting to see the issue with this plan?

It has become so blatantly obvious that government seeks to control our lives that they are no longer even attempting to veil their efforts. This big brother mentality that government knows best and that it is their stated mission to provide cradle to grave care for all of its citizens will condemn America as we know it today. Under this proposed system the individual becomes but another number, an employee and the Federal Government becomes the sole entity upon which we are all forced to rely.
Recently the OPM made the news when the Obama administration sought to use it as a centralized agency in which to consolidate power.

Under new orders from the White House, it has being reported that OPM is ruthlessly ridding the executive branch bureaucracy of Bush-era personnel who are no longer political appointees and who have lawfully become civil servants.

It is a fairly common practice for some presidential political appointees to have the opportunity to become civil servants within the federal bureaucracy if they meet all the criteria for employment within federal civil service. Usually, a political appointee serves at the pleasure of the president, who appointed that person to a particular position. When the president’s term ends their job ends as well. But, when a political appointee becomes a civil service employee they are considered full- time government employees and are subject to the same rules and regulations governing all other federal employees. Civil service jobs are seen as non-political jobs and are not based on appointment. They are based on merit. Their employment continues until they retire, quit, or are removed from their position for cause. It should never be permissible to remove a civil servant based solely on their political affiliations.

The Obama administration has now ordered the removal of Republicans from all federal government civil service positions.

The Office of Federal Personnel Management, (OPM), has been tasked with this responsibility by the Obama administration. Following White House orders OPM has issued new directives, which are retroactive for a 5 year time period, wherein every employee hired, who previously held a position as a a political appointee, will be terminated regardless of cause or performance.

It is clear what the intent of the Obama administration is clarified in a statement made by John Berry the Director of OPM:
Beginning January 1, 2010, agencies must seek prior approval from OPM before they can appoint a current or recent political appointee to a competitive or non-political excepted service position at any level under the provisions of title 5, United States Code. OPM will review these proposed appointments to ensure they comply with merit system principles and applicable civil service laws. I have delegated decision-making authority over these matters to career Senior Executives at OPM to avoid any hint of political influence.

The memorandum specifically applies this regulation to all political appointees hired within the past 5 years and effectively works to remove them their current positions or make their conditions of employment unbearable by denying them promotions, that they will quit before they are fired.
It is simply outrageous that the Obama administration would politicize what is supposed to be a independent government agency and would force them to become so vindictive and cold in their exercise of raw political power that they would take steps to eliminate people from their legitimate government employment, based solely on their political allegiances and not their job performance or qualifications to hold a given position.

There is nothing worse than abuse of governmental power. It erodes the very fabric of our laws, respect for government institutions as well as discriminating against our citizens for their political views.
For an incoming administration to make such a vindictive and discriminatory policy one of its top priorities and to attempt to terminate civil servants strictly based on their political affiliations and views is something you might have expected in the dictatorships. It's not something we expected to see in the United States..

The expanded responsibilities of OPM should deeply concern all Americans. This agency will make the IRS look like our best friends if the Obama administration is successful in expanding their duties, powers and responsibilities as is obviously being currently mandated.
