A call for Nullification under the 10th and 4th Amendments by the Commonwealth of Kentucky

As a citizen of a Commonwealth the citizens of the Commonwealth of Kentucky do herein decree that sovereignty lies with each of its citizens by right not by grant of the Federal Government. It is therefore herein decreed that the Commonwealth of Kentucky as well as the remaining 49 States has the right under the 10th and 4th Amendments of the Constitution of the United States of America to nullify any unconstitutional act by the Federal Government in Washington D.C.

The Federal Government has no Constitutional authority to act in behalf of the citizens of the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the following:

- Authorization of the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) to operate with full diplomatic immunity within the boarders of our nation
- own banks or other financial institutions,
- demand American citizens buy health insurance,
- establish government run health insurance programs,
- own or buy stock in the American Automotive Industry,
- provide money to the corrupt and criminal Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN),
- the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) does not have the authority to enact laws,
- the Federal Government, to include the President of the United States, does not have the authority to make or commit to international agreements without Congressional approval,
- the Federal Government, to include the President of the United States, has no Constitutional authority to fire or set salary limits for any CEO or employee of any business, company, corporation, etc.
- the President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, refuses to produce a vault copy of his Birth Certificate proving he is an American Citizen,
- this Congress cannot restrict or limit any future Congress in representation for the American people under our Constitution.

If you are a Kentuckian, call Governor Steve Beshear’s office and request a “Special Session” for January 2010 of the Kentucky State Congress to declare “Nullification under the 10th and 4th Amendment” all illegal acts by the federal Congress and, or the President of the United States. Then call your state Senator and Representative (Not your U.S. Senators and Representatives) and tell them you support the "Special Session" call.

If you are not a Kentuckian, call your Governor and request the same action. Now there are 25 states who are seeking “Special Session” to declare the unconstitutional acts of Congress and the President of the United States “Null and Void”, under the 10th Amendment, which gives them authority to do so as “Sovereign States of the Union of the United States of America”.

Please repost this message to all your friends in your state to contact your Governor’s Office. It is imperative that every state has a “Special Session” in January 2010 to act in unity to nullify the illegal actions of the Federal Government and the President of the United States..

If Patriots do not show strong support to their Governor for the “Special Session”, it will not take place. We now find ourselves late in the 11th hour. It is time for “We The People” to take and stand and return the control of our nation to its rightful ownership… “US”.

Predictions of Doom and Gloom… Corporate Greed, Corruption, and the Coming Collapse

The U.S. government, which was founded on a system that would serve the interests of the people, has now evolved into a system of plutocracy where large corporations control both the government and the people. Virtually every government regulatory department is now run by the corporations it is supposed to be regulating. Don’t believe me? Take a look at the FDA, USDA, FTC, FCC, NRC and most other government regulatory bodies and you will find a room full of politicians and bureaucrats who not only seem to utterly disregard the needs and wants of the people, but seem to hold them in total disdain, all the while prioritizing the financial needs of corporations.

Our governmental policies on agricultural, health, finances, national defense and even education are increasingly tailored towards enriching these corporations, always at the expense of we the people. To make matters even worse, the people have come to fear our own government, and any time a government acquires so much power that the people fear it, the stage is set for police state atrocities against its citizens. In a healthy society the government fears the people, and it is the fear of being replaced or removed from office that keeps government bureaucrats in check. But here in America, that has now been lost, it has been replaced by a system of government that treats people with disregard and total disdain, like common criminals. Think that I am over reacting? Just try to board an airplane without being detained and searched against your will. Try walking into a federal, state or local facility without being searched, scanned and questioned and you will see how much "freedom" we still have left in America today. Think about it… It is really a disgrace when our government officials feel such a strong need to be protected from the very people that they are supposedly serving.

How is it that corporations gained so much power over our government and our people? The answer is as obvious as it is simple: Campaign finances. The corporations hire leagues of lobbyists who rattle chains and swords in our governmental offices in Washington, leaving behind cash and corruption. Most of our lawmakers hardly ever meet with the actual people they supposedly represent. Instead, their time is devoted to meetings with corporate lobbyist who operate on the most simple of principles: greed. This is who and what controls our Congress today.

To keep the people in check, public protests have been severely limited if not outright made unlawful in many areas, where new free speech zones have been designated to force protestors to voice their opposition out of the mainstream, out of sight, out of mind. If free speech is limited to a zone then it isn't free speech at all. At each and every juncture, our government has sought to marginalize the power of the people and attempts to maximize its own reach, power and control, usually at the behest of the wealthy corporations who are in reality running the show from backstage.

So, where is all of this leading us? Unfortunately it leads us to a path of despair. Following prosperity comes greed, then corruption, then police state oppression, and finally collapse. Following the collapse there is a period of realignment, reconstruction and a new cycle of prosperity until the whole cycle replicates itself over and over again. Historical records bear testimony to this same analogy being repeated over several dozen civilizations that have existed. The American civilization will be no different: It will drown in its own greed and corruption, collapsing into a state of moral and financial bankruptcy, and then will likely be realigned as a series of smaller nation states. We are actually seeing this separation of states from the federal government through declarations of sovereignty... though this movement is in its infancy and lacks total separation or declaration of independence at this time.

During the course of these events, there will be a great deal of civil unrest, poverty, personal bankruptcy, small business bankruptcy, police state arrests and perhaps even the widespread use of detection camps to indefinitely hold those who dare to protest or speak out against government corruption. This is what I predict is coming in the not too distant future for America. I quite frankly do not understand why this is not obvious to a majority of the American people. Yet the potential is real and it is there looming over each of us, and it is as obvious to me as the economic crash of earlier this year.

I predicted the economic crash of 2009 early in the spring of the same year, and urged friends and family to divest their stock holdings and to refrain from purchases of real estate. My advice was viewed as being that of a naysayer, consequently nobody listened, many even argued the validity of my prediction. Virtually everyone was caught up in the delusion that they would all get rich by selling each other stock for ever-increasing dollar values. Everyone was enamored by this get rich quick philosophy, believing that the laws of economics had changed forever. I can remember predictions that the Dow would reach 36,000 and beyond. I always wondered, being the devil’s advocate that I am, about one little problem… Inflation.

While I was urging everyone to sell their stocks, I must have been viewed as totally insane as corporate American and even our own government was touting security and was telling people to keep buying. Even the stockbrokers, bankers and investment fund managers, who it turns out, knew the truth, continued to perpetrate the myth of investment security. When the bubble finally burst, many people I knew lost huge portions of their life savings, some lost all.

What is headed at the American public like a runaway freight train is going to be far, far worse than the economic crash of 2009. Imagine the financial market totally breaking down, the U.S. government defaulting on its debt, the dollar going through uncontrolled inflation, wiping out the value of the life savings and other holdings of virtually all Americans. Don’t think it can happen? I predict that it will happen, and the massive corruption in our government is making it more possible and plausible all the time. Whatever dollars you have in the bank will, in a few years, become virtually worthless. Hyperinflation is inevitable.

When large corporations run a nation, that nation has no real future, because corporations only think in terms of immediate or short term profitability, rarely if ever in terms of long term future investment. Corporations will naturally do whatever they can to maximize their immediate profitability, including sacrificing the financial future of the nation for short-term gain, destroying the environment, ignoring the health care needs of the people, inciting war so they can sell more profitable weapons to warring countries around the world. Corporations will sell out the future for increases in immediate profitability, and that's exactly what they are currently doing in America.

America has no real future. I predict that the nation, on its current path, will last anywhere from 5 to 25 years before it will self destruct under a mountain of debt, disease and corruption. Each of us can express our gratitude to corporations and corrupt politicians for this ultimate failure. They have effectively destroyed the dream of a nation that was once great and can actually be great again, if not for the greatest of all evils… Greed.

This is all several years away, after all. And until then, most people will happily continue the pursuit of even more debt and ill health, oblivious to the future that awaits them.

It did not take a Nostradamus to make these predictions... Just a lot of thought and consideration of the plight in which we currently find ourselves. I am a pessimistic optimist... you think that is a contradiction of terms? It is also known as a realist.

There are only two messages that I leave each of you with; Life is going to be a whole lot harder than it is today. Prepare yourself for the worst, it has yet to come. And finally, I can only say that I wish that it could have been different.
