Often, I sit in silence, as my mind drifts to days long lost … too, nights where horrors many did brightly light the skies… where men’s cries, shall never end. There, I ponder the weight of it all… What sorrow did gain and what tears many feed? ‘Tis but the mournful memories of patriots long dead… Whose, hearts doth shout… give me liberty or give me death… that resounds in my soul.

Did freedom so loosely lay itself in deaths way… That men presently, would trample upon their grave… Upon, the memory of those… whose lives did bleed… That they may live. Where comes this arrogant nature in men… Too, take lightly the pain of others, who suffered in death? Where is their true memorial?

Does it lie… in the mouth of those, who so glibly label their pain of death… tyranny. By what horrible exercise… of imperial power… did they die? And too what land do they now lay claim? For in their pain, they suffered for nothing more… than, man should live free… Free from the tyrants rage, and the ignorance of lesser men.

Where then comes this cry… from the high places in our land… Too, slander the brave and heroic… Our forefathers, and their progeny… Whose house they built, that we may live in freedom… How doth these men speak and live… What manner of people, hold them in high esteem… These who rob the graves… of the righteous; who steal the sacrifice of liberties… guarantors.

Woe… to this perverse and wicked generation… Whose, unthankful and derelict nature, doth tare at the wounds of those who feed the Tree of liberty… that they may be free.

Time to wake up, sitting in silence has a bad habit.

Reflecting on history and one's past are constructive ways to muster future plans... not to mention relieving stress.  Beats going off half-cocked, burning banks and inciting a riot.

She does have a very interesting news paper, other then this blog, do you have a plan?

Yes, I do have a plan... at least an outline of a plan ... a draft.  I have estimates of the funds it will take to initiate it and keep it running.  I would not care to post on the draft on any website for various reasons... one being it is a very large text...

I assure you it doesn't involve burning down banks or chasing down fabricated Khazars... It is phased and involves several strategies and tactical approaches to engage Constitutional reform.

You have a plan, that you do not wish to share.

I have plans, and they could cost as little a $15 dollars per month.

As for the Khazar, there is no evidence they were assimilated. If it holds True, from the biblical text, they are the demon seed, and this is according to God.

You got a plan, but who are ya going to submit it to? This Government?

The old saying is, "If you do not have a plan you will become someone else's plan"....:)

 So, Ronald got a plan...:)

We Are All Saved...:)

My plan is one that has been delivering for all that have attempted to use it. Private Laws since 2015 staring with the guidance of Ron Paul and now his son. It has delivered remedy for many. One of the current groups is listed on Hudok.info

I challenge you to list those cases...

First, it is very, very expensive to use the courts for anything... the Law is for those with deep pockets and most individuals don't have deep pockets.

Next, any judgment in favor of a petitioner against a State or Federal Agency is doubtful, and if taken only enforceable for that case... and the remedy may not be sufficient to incentivize or advance further cases.  There is no personal liability for the bureaucrats responsible for the offense or offensive program(s) There is no personal accountability for the agents of harm... thus little to no incentive for the government to reform their programs... instead the public must sue every time to obtain relief.

Finally, the State and Federal Courts are rife with corruption and injustices...  the Judiciary and respondents' attorneys are part of the problem, not the solution. One only needs to review the history of law and its judgments to know that NO PERMANENT OR EFFECTIVE RELIEF has resulted... in fact, courts continue to remove individual rights ... too, expand government power.... not individual or private rights and power.

Wake up... the law no longer rests in the hands of juries or the citizens of the United States... jury nullification no longer exists... In fact, judges routinely dismiss jurors or declare mistrials when they believe a jury may reverse the law, claiming they have the authority to remove jurors and whole juries by judicial fiat.  We are being ruled under the COLOR OF LAW... thru Judiicical fiat.

Any suggestion that our remedy lies in the courts and the law... ignores history, and the current condition of the justice system... it is totally corrupted.  There is no justice for those without power... We have a two-tier system... one for powerful individuals with money and one for the poor and powerless.  So, don't expect to have the judicial system work for the powerless... or informed and neither matter where the courts are rigged.

Sorry we have never used the courts. Again, you have no understanding how the government you think you have and how it works.

What is it you don't understand about the word Private as in Private Law.

These laws are not for the benefit of those like you.

Arbitration and private law... is not constitutional.  These administrative courts are the construct of arbitrary law... made up of whole cloth... there is no authority for them in the Constitution and they are the product of extra-constitutional legislation.  State judiciary may or may not permit such courts depending on their state constitutions.

The US Constitution provides for Article 3 Federal Courts and outlines a Jury system to settle disputes at law (criminal and civil).  However, the Jury system has been basically stripped of its powers as intended by our founders ... too, be the ultimate judge of the law and its constitutional application by right of adjudication by a jury of one's peers..  A whole host of Administrative Courts have been established by a legislative act, which denies one's constitutional right to a trial by jury and the normal due process afforded under the US Constitution..

Again you are clueless how your government works and do not know what is legal and lawful or is Public Law or Private Law. One more time we do not cross the BAR to play in their courts.

Haven't you yet realized the Constitution is a dormant doc at best. Are not you watching the hearings for impeachment. They can lie, distort present a partial or half truth for deception and it is not considered a breach deserving of a penalty?

It’s OK to lie to Congress
18 U.S. Code § 1001. Statements or entries generally
Subsection (b)

Arbitration and Private Law are time tested and never have failed the people.

Congress doesn't have the power to create administrative courts... the only Courts they may create are found in Article 3 of the US Constitution.  They are called article 3 courts.

Article 1 Courts are extra-Constitutional Courts as there are no provisions in Article 1 to establish courts of any kind... period.  Show me the place in Article 1 of the US Constitution that gives Congress the power to create Article 1 Courts... administrative courts, tax courts, or tribunals?

Obama Lies Again: – Ignores That The Year After Signing The Stimulus More Than (4) Million Jobs Were Lost

Former President Obama, the only President in US history who had his FBI and other Intel agencies spy on the opposition party candidate, claims that he created the great economy that Americans are enjoying today. The only thing Obama created was debt and massive job losses with his horrible economic recovery.

Yesterday the former President tweeted an effort to take credit for President Trump’s successful economy:

Joe Hoft@joehoft

Of course another @BarackObama lie. He can’t open his mouth without lying. 11 years ago the US lost (4.3) million jobs over the next 12 months. Horrible liar. https://twitter.com/barackobama/status/1229432034650722304

Barack Obama  @BarackObama

Eleven years ago today, near the bottom of the worst recession in generations, I signed the Recovery Act, paving the way for more than a decade of economic growth and the longest streak of job creation in American history.

President Obama’s policies were a disgrace and a failure. He doubled the national debt in spite of zero interest rates from the Fed. His recovery was the worst in US history.

Also, Obama’s assertion is just plain false. The ‘Stimulus’ was passed in February 2009 right after Obama took over the Presidency. He promised to not pass any bills for at least a week to allow for the bills to be read by the people but lied as soon as he was sworn in. The Stimulus was hundreds and hundreds of pages of government handouts to Democrat districts and it was close to $1 million. This was not what America needed and it led to the Tea Party.

Far-left Wikipedia has this to say about the Stimulus:

Note that in his infinite wisdom, NYT economist Paul Krugman is credited with arguing that “the stimulus was far smaller than the economic crisis warranted”. (He also said the markets would crash and burn if President Trump was elected President.)

The data shows that the 12 months after Obama’s stimulus, the US lost 4.3 million jobs:

In Obama’s first three years he netted a loss of 1.5 million jobs compared to President Trump who has added more than 6.7 million jobs.

When it comes to the economy, the billionaire schools the community organizer every time.
