Unholy Purification

First they came for gays, throwing them from high buildings, burning them alive and filling America with brutal executions, but government media blamed guns.

Next they came for Christians, burning their churches, executing families with suffering slow death, but government media blamed intolerance toward Muslims.

Then they came for young girls, mutilating their genitals, selling them into cruel marriage filling their young lives with savage rape and sodomy, when the young girls refused their faces were burned off with acid, but government media blamed conservatives for provoking the Prophets of Islam.

Finally, they came for our flag but who was left to resist?

Col., I filed charges of Treason against Barry Soetoro, aka BH Obama, a number of years ago, but how does one files charges of Treason against half or more of the members of congress?  To my knowledge it is unprecedented.

How do we start Citizen's state Grand Juries and would that work to impeach treasonous congress people?

And whatever happened to Sheriff Mack? He was on board for this from what I remember?

We need two things... depending on the State statutes where they are convened. 1)  A judge to support their findings and in some cases to call the Grand Jury. 2) A plebiscite/election by local authorities or a judge to appoint the jury... depending on the underlying statutes.  Grand Jury's are supposed to be run by the jury foreman... the prosecutor or US Attorny (federal jurys) are there for technical help and assistance not to ram thru their indictment requests.  Jurys can and should intertain complaints form the public especially those involving political or judicial corruption.

A Federal Grand Jury's are appointed by Federal Judges... usually at the behest of a US Attorney.  However, the people may petition a Judge to call a Grand Jury based on their claims.  Grand Juries are being subverted by US Attorneys and Prosecutors who often bully the Foreman and Jury into mimicking their desires... this is not how a Grand Jury is supposed to work.  The Foreman is to run the jury and too lead it in its deliberation the US Attorney or Prosecutor are their only to advise... not direct.  Judges are not supposed to have the power to disband a Grand Jury once set... albeit, again the judiciary have corrupted the system.

A properly functioning Grand Jury and Trial Jury System would go a very long way to reinstating equal justice before the BAR.. the Court system.  Jury's are supposed to be the final arbiters of the law .. not judges or lawyers. The People retain their liberty and power thru the JURY SYSTEM... having the power to nullify corrupt law and judicial review/oversight... as the final arbiter for the PEOPLE... making the government, and the laws of the government, the servants of the people... not the other way around.

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia... below is an over view of the Grand Jury

A grand jury investigating the fire that destroyed the Arcadia Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts in November 1913.

The United States is one of only two common law jurisdictions in the world, along with Liberia, that continues to use the grand jury to screen criminal indictments.[1][2] Generally speaking, a grand jury may issue an indictment for a crime, also known as a "true bill," only if it finds, based upon the evidence that has been presented to it, that there is probable cause to believe that a crime has been committed by a criminal suspect. Unlike a petit jury, which resolves a particular civil or criminal case, a grand jury (typically having twelve to twenty-three members) serves as a group for a sustained period of time in all or many of the cases that come up in the jurisdiction, generally under the supervision of a federal U.S. attorney, a county district attorney, or a state attorney-general and hears evidence ex parte (i.e. without suspect or person of interest involvement in the proceedings).

While all states in the U.S. currently have provisions for grand juries,[3] only half of the states actually employ them[4] and twenty-two require their use, to varying extents.[5] The modern trend is to use an adversarial preliminary hearing before a trial court judge, rather than grand jury, in the screening role of determining whether there is evidence establishing probable cause that a defendant committed a serious felony before that defendant is required to go to trial and risk a conviction on those charges.

California, Florida,[6] and some other states,[7][8][9] also use 'civil grand juries', 'investigating grand juries', or the equivalent, to oversee and investigate the conduct of government institutions, in addition to dealing with criminal indictments.

In the past... ALL STATES had civil grand juries... or the people's grand juries to investigate the conduct of government institutions, in addition to criminal acts by citizens.  It is time that we reinstate the People's Grand Jury.

Mr. Nelson, We do need two things, understanding who is guilty of the issues.

Do you think attempting to organize locally with each elected sheriff would get this going?

The key to making this happen is to find a Sheriff, prosecutor and at least one judge in a county... willing to convene and support the findings of a People's Grand Jury.  Without the support of the existing authorities those attempting to call a People's Grand Jury are being isolated and arrested... in the name of justice... or should I say in the name of Establishment oppression.

I can't speak for other states but here in Florida we tried to create a Grand Jury so real decisions would be made and the members who were forming it were all hauled off and arrested.  Told they were against law doing that and that only the authorities could appoint a Grand Jury.

That is what happened here.

The bad thing about "authorities" making a grand Jury is that only the prosecutor can present anything - there are no words allowed for the defence.  That is why they say Grand Juries can indict a ham sandwich - it is a very lop-sided system.  Very unjust.

I agree... I am familiar  with the struggle to reinstate People's Grand Juries...as the corrupt oligarchy running our legal system and political houses don't want the people to have the power to arrest, indict and forward for trial evidence of criminal conduct by the Establishment political class.

The judges and lawyers have hijacked our justice system and the politicians have hijacked our elections... the people have been put out of their own house and are now looking for ways to remove the New Age Aristocracy from the seats of power... This is what happens when the people are neglectful of their duty to oversee the government and its various institutions... including the Justice System... they ALL HAVE BEEN TOTALLY CORRUPTED.

I could not have put it better !

Then how does the grand jury obtain evidence, such as Lynch on the tarmac with Clinton, as an example? Just go by what was broadcast in the msm?

How would evidence be obtained over Clinton? That is not possible, is it?

Grand Juries the way it is set up is a joke - they even tease with the saying they can indict a ham sandwich.  Why ?

Because only one side is allowed to even approach the Grand  Jury.

first of all those selected to be on a Grand Jury is done by the Elites in power and only they get to present anything in the way of "evidence" to them.  The defence is not allowed to say or produce anything. It is a completely one sided set up that makes the whole thing a joke !  Not at all what the Founders established.

Grand Juries are supposed to operate as an independent body of citizens who have the power to question, subpeana and otherwise investigate all matters before them...

The problem is that the legal system has hijacked the Grand Jury ... voiding its original powers to act as an independent body.  The Jury foreman no longer runs the jury... the prosecutor no longer simply advises the Jury... they basically DIRECT THE JURY's deliberation and conclusions.  That is not how it is supposed to work.

The Prosecutor and his staff are now running the jury... and yes they can indict a HAM SANDWICH as the present day Grand Jury is more akin to a Kangaroo Court than a fair and impartial judicial body.

California Democrat Predicts
‘Widespread Civil Unrest’
If Trump Fires Mueller

California Democrat Rep. Ted Lieu predicted Monday there will be “widespread civil unrest” if President Donald Trump fires special counsel Robert Mueller.

“If the president does go ahead and fire Robert Mueller, we would have people take to the streets,” Lieu told MSNBC’s Chris Hayes.

“I believe there would be widespread civil unrest because Americans believe the rule of law is paramount.”

“You think there would be widespread civil unrest?” Hayes asked.

“I do. I think you’re going have protests and marches and rallies and sit-ins. I believe Americans would not stand for the firing of Robert Mueller,” Lieu replied.

Trump’s tweets last week have fueled speculation he plans to get rid of Mueller, who was appointed May 2017 to investigate Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential campaign.

Trump called the Mueller probe a “witch hunt,” which “should never have been started.”

The Fake News is beside themselves that McCabe was caught, called out and fired. How many hundreds of thousands of dollars was given to wife’s campaign by Crooked H friend, Terry M, who was also under investigation? How many lies? How many leaks? Comey knew it all, and much more!

Trump lawyer John Dowd believes the Mueller investigation should come to an end, he said over St. Patrick’s Day weekend, which added fuel to the fire.

White House special counsel Ty Cobb issued a statement on Sunday, denying Trump plans to fire Mueller.

Trump would either have to replace Attorney General Jeff Sessions or fire Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein in order to shut down the Mueller investigation.

Rosenstein serves as acting attorney general for the Russia investigation because Sessions recused himself from the matter due to his involvement with the Trump campaign.

Sessions’ and/or Rosenstein’s replacements could shut down the Mueller investigation if the two were forced out of their positions.
