Uranium One Scandal Bring Down The White House- The Stink In My Back Yard

In 2008 George Walker Bush is an American politician who served as the 43rd President of the United States from 2001 to 2009. He was also the 46th Governor of Texas from 1995 to 2000.

Notably, the deal highlighted in the article—which took place in three separate transactions between 2009 and 2013—gave the Russians ownership of 20 percent of the uranium reserves located under US soil. The New York Times article was premised on the suggestion that the Uranium One sale might pose a strategic threat to the US and other countries that rely on nuclear power for electricity production, if Russia were to use its control of the market to increase prices or restrict production or export of uranium for political purposes. The Times article contends that "the deal made Rosatom one of the world’s largest uranium producers and brought [Russian President Vladimir] Putin closer to his goal of controlling much of the global uranium supply chain" and calls Putin "a man known to use energy resources to project power around the world."

Russia Invested and owns 20% Of All USA Uranium One

Times report and an upcoming book from the Hoover Institute’s Peter Schweizer have refocused attention on a 2008 blockbuster uranium deal involving Russia, the United States, and a Canadian company Uranium One. Pushing connections and presidential candidacies aside – the Clintons’ complicity is still very much speculation at this point – lets return to the deal and take a look at the US nuclear industry and, globally, the rise of Rosatom.

The saga begins in 2009 when, after roughly a year of negotiations, Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom, acting though its subsidiary and Mining Division platform ARMZ, purchased a nearly 20 percent stake in Toronto-based Uranium One. The following year, ARMZ increased its stake to more than 51 percent – a deal that required Kazakh and Canadian regulatory approvals in addition to clearance by the US Committee on Foreign Investment. In 2013, ARMZ paid roughly $2.8 billion for the remaining 48 percent and full control of Uranium One. Finally, in that same year, Rosatom assumed direct ownership of the company, reorganizing it under Uranium One Holding (U1H) and delisting it from the Toronto stock exchange. Among U1H’s assets are a handful of US projects and exploration tracts. The most advanced among them are Jab and Antelope, Moore Ranch, and Willow Creek – all of which are in Wyoming, developed under the auspices of Uranium One USA and Uranium One Americas. The Willow Creek project is their only currently active operation.

So, to further answer the lead question: Russia, via Rosatom and U1H, owns roughly 20 percent of US uranium production capacity. The share of US reserves is much less clear as economic constraints significantly muddy the picture. Looking at actual production, U1H, via Willow Creek, produced an estimated 210 tons of uranium, or 11 percent of the 1887.5 tons extracted in the US in 2014.

Still, it’s somewhat disingenuous to say this uranium is now Russia’s, to do with what it pleases, or to suggest that any amount of the uranium will end up in Iran. The current licenses – held by the US-based subsidiaries and approved by the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission – do not allow exports from any U1H US facility. The truth is, the US uranium industry as its currently built isn’t all that American. In fact, it’s mostly Canadian. Qualms over perceived threats to national security are misplaced, though not entirely dismissible. The deal further illustrates an already pronounced trend of the decline of US nuclear capabilities and influence at all stages of the nuclear fuel cycle.

Post-Fukushima – and post-shale gas revolution – US nuclear employment has fallen more than 34 percent and exploration and development drilling is down over 80 percent. Relatively low-grade uranium and low global prices stunt the value of US mines in the short- to medium-term. Further out, stricter regulation and a heavier reliance on the private sector, limit the industry’s potential abroad relative to its competitors. Perhaps more importantly, the deal speaks to Rosatom’s aggressive new growth. Already the world’s most comprehensive nuclear services vendor, Rosatom is now one of the top three producers of uranium by volume worldwide. For the most part, the prize was Kazakhstan and not the United States, which is a symbolic victory at best. U1H’s Kazakh production now accounts for approximately 56 percent of Rosatom’s total production, both domestic and abroad. At 4,269 tons it’s also more than 20 percent of Kazakhstan’s total uranium production.

Rosatom’s downstream movements are just as well-defined. The company’s overseas order portfolio was up 9 percent to $73 billion in 2013, after 23 percent growth in 2012. Long a fixture in developing markets, Rosatom is turning its capable sights to the western world.

Owners and operators of U.S. commercial nuclear power reactors purchased nearly 47 million pounds of uranium from U.S. and foreign suppliers during 2010; 92% of this total was of foreign origin.

Historically, U.S. owners and operators have purchased the majority of their uranium from foreign sources. Russia, Canada, Australia, Kazakhstan, and Namibia represent the top five countries of origin for U.S. uranium, and together account for 85% of total U.S. uranium purchases in 2010. Owners and operators of U.S. commercial nuclear power plants purchased uranium from a total of 14 different countries in 2010.

Preparing uranium for use as fuel in nuclear reactors involves a complex process of mining, refinement, and enrichment. EIA's 2010 Uranium Marketing Annual Report presents data on purchases and sales of uranium contracts and market requirements, enrichment services, and other information pertaining to feed, loaded uranium, and inventories.

This report provides an estimate of how soon Iran could have fueled a nuclear weapon before the implementation of the new nuclear agreement reached in 2015.  It is phrased in the present tense from the standpoint of a reader looking forward from the autumn of 2015, shortly after the agreement was reached.   The data below, which are based on reports from the International Atomic Energy Agency, describe Iran’s uranium stockpile, its centrifuges, and the rate at which its nuclear capacity had grown.

  • By using the approximately 9,000 first generation centrifuges operating at its Natanz Fuel Enrichment Plant as of October 2015, Iran could theoretically produce enough weapon-grade uranium to fuel a single nuclear warhead in less than 2 months. This timetable is longer if Iran operates fewer centrifuges, or feeds the machines with natural uranium rather than low-enriched uranium.
  • During a visit to Natanz on October 28, 2015, the IAEA observed that Iran had stopped feeding natural uranium into centrifuge cascades in order to perform an annual physical inventory at the plant.
    • Iran's stockpile of low-enriched uranium is currently sufficient, after further enrichment, to fuel approximately seven nuclear warheads.
    • The restrictions on Iran’s centrifuges and its enriched uranium stockpile required by the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action for ten years would extend the time it would take Iran to "breakout" and make fuel for one nuclear weapon to one year; the breakout time would decline after ten years, when restrictions on advanced centrifuge operations are eased.  Iran has begun implementing centrifuge restrictions, dismantling 4,112 IR-1 centrifuges and 160 IR-2m centrifuges from Natanz and 258 IR-1 centrifuges from Fordow as of November 15, 2015.
    • Because Russia has a ten-year contract to fuel Iran’s only power reactor at Bushehr, Iran has no present need for enriched uranium to generate civilian nuclear energy.
    • Iran could fuel approximately 25 first generation implosion bombs if it had the ability to enrich the uranium needed to supply the Bushehr reactor annually.

Bomb potential of Iran's low-enriched uranium

    • Total amount of uranium hexafluoride (UF6) enriched to approximately 3.5 percent U-235 produced as of November 2015:
      16,142 kg
    • Amount of this material ready for further enrichment (i.e., stored in gaseous form) as of November 2015:
      8,306 kg
    • Amount theoretically needed to produce a bomb's worth of weapon-grade uranium metal:
      1,053 kg
    • Number of first generation implosion bombs this 8,306 kilograms could fuel, if further enriched:
    • Time needed to convert this  uranium to one bomb's worth of finished uranium metal enriched to 90 percent U-235:
      3 - 12 months
    • Date by which Iran's  uranium stockpile probably was sufficient to fuel one first generation implosion bomb, if further enriched:
      February 2009
    • Approximate number of first generation IR-1 centrifuges being fed with UF6 at the Natanz Fuel Enrichment Plant, as of October 2015:
      9,000
    • Number of months theoretically needed for these 9,000 centrifuges operating at their estimated capacity to produce enough enriched uranium  for one bomb:
      1.6

I will come back and read all of this.

The Obama Administration’s Uranium One Scandal

The Justice Department should be investigating the Clinton Foundation, and its exploitation of Hillary Clinton’s influence as secretary of state, as a potential racketeering case.

In March 2010, to push the Obama “reset” agenda, Secretary Clinton traveled to Russia, where she met with Putin and Dimitri Medvedev, who was then keeping the president’s chair warm for Putin. Soon after, it emerged that Renaissance Capital, a regime-tied Russian bank, had offered Bill Clinton $500,000 to make a single speech — far more than the former president’s usual haul in what would become one of his biggest paydays ever. Renaissance was an aggressive promoter of Rosatom. The Clinton speech took place in Moscow in June. The exorbitant speech fee, it is worth noting, is a pittance compared with the $145 million Newsweek reports was donated to the Clinton Foundation by sources linked to the Uranium One deal.

I noticed everyone calls you Frank,

This is here to reflect on, why, what is about to take place once indictments are filed against Hillary Clinton. If I know such things, what is she willing to do to keep out of prison?

Tom; Why is it all about to unfold?

Because there are a growing number of DEMs that no longer want the Clintons around. They are both considered a very toxic element to the party. Hillary Clinton now has way too much baggage, which makes her a total liability. A factual two time loser with millions wasted or stolen. Between Hillary and Obama, (the wrecking ball tag team), the devious DEMs have been totally devastated. There's a tremendous amount of illegality that is coming to the surface. The media cannot remain silent forever. The courts will end up doing all the necessary speaking. Their party may not withstand much of it and will definitely damage them for decades. Their black Messiah and Queen 'B' have been rendered powerless. This is occurring in large part because of (1) the leaks, (2) other party members are sick of them and (3) Republicans emboldened by Donald Trump's agenda, which is to continue draining the swamp. It's really being done, one creature at a time.

My prediction? - Sad to say it but - Hillary will absolutely avoid prison. She won't avoid a lengthy sentence simply because the Trump team will drop the ball. Nope! Congress would more than likely be the culprit in that scenario. However, Hillary and Obama have lost so much of their clout, despite the efforts of the deep state. They're toast and they know it. The support group with clout is also waning and they are no longer willing to circle the wagons around these two radioactive individuals.

To avoid prison?: Don't be surprised if we all learn that Hillary and/or Obama flee the country to parts unknown or to a country with no extradition agreements.

Hillary ( Killary ) Clinton started Uranium One and she is Anti-Christian and Jewish People / Anti-Israel-Yisrael / Antisemitism / Anti-USA Capitalism and Constitution!!

United We STAND with Israel / Judeo-Christian Nation United States of America, and our Christian Earth, Divided We FALL!! I am Pro-Israel / Pro-USA / Pro-Life!!

Please Pray for Israel / Judeo-Christian Nation United States of America, and our Christian Earth Everyday “Pray Without Ceasing.” ( 1 Thessalonians 5:17 KJV )!!

The Clintons as a criminal foundation, did not start the sell of U1, the idea for these back door policies originated in 1965.

The Federal Government of Israel locked a man for life for exposing how they got their U1 and the idea of building the bomb to use against Islam. Islam has the U1, and can create the bomb.

The Unites States is a Christian Nation, but the USA is not a Christian religion based on or from Israel. Israel still practices Oral Suction Circumcision, by Jewish Rabbis, the practice circumcision agaisnt female children is unexceptionable by Christian Americans.

U1 the buying and selling from and to other countries took place long ago, the Clinton's did not arrange this  (not by them self)  the U1 of 20% this sell of American U1, to Russia, the Clinton's the Bush Foundation and others did make money from this sell.

How is America's Economy Doing, and fat rich politicians-  the stink of this is still in my back yard.

".......Clinton's the Bush Foundation and others did make money from this sell."

Therein lies the criminal aspects of this deal. Lock all of them up and throw the key away.

The Holy Land of Israel-Yisrael is the only Democracy in the middle east!! Israel-Yisrael has been around for thousands of years ago!!

Love Always' should be respect to Christ, Respect God and his choice.

Your enemy is with you, not Christians.

Look to the Empire Of Treaties, I say, they have even betrayed your faith in God.

Israel was set free by a woman, a goy, a christian, a gentle, there is no Jewish Word for Democracy, there is no Christian word for Democracy. This word is not found in the Talmud or in the Christian Bible.

Who gave the Jews a Democracy?

Who set the Jews free with word written for Freedom, a Gentle Woman.

Why do you approach me now. It is because I am a Christian. I am no longer bound by the Old Order.

A Gentle Woman gave your people freedom, what does the people of Israel say now in respect to that Christian Woman, that the old order wish to deceive.

Peace, is to except God, and Christ.

Kristi Ann look at that female goy, she is not your enemy.

Da** man, thats strong, I need time to think, I..... da**, I really do not know how to reply to this.

ALERT ALERT

Kavanaugh Accuser Donated   To Hillary Clinton  10 Times,  60+ Liberal Groups

Reportedly attempted to conceal political activity by scrubbing social media accounts

Over the weekend, a name and face were added to the previously anonymous sexual assault allegation against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, which is now threatening to derail his nomination. Those looking to obstruct Kavanaugh’s confirmation certainly saved their best for last, as the prior attempts included pathetic stunts such as:

– Claiming to file perjury charges against Kavanaugh, which only Jeff Sessions would have the ability to file.

– Packing the hearings with hysterical protesters, resulting in hundreds of arrests.

– Threatening female Republicans with extortion.

– Cory Booker comparing himself to Spartacus, the escaped slave who led a revolt against the Romans.

The identity of the accuser was revealed as Christine Blasey Ford, who has agreed testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Ford reportedly made the allegations back in July in a letter to Senator Dianne Feinstein, and Feinstein waited until it was close to the vote to confirm Kavanaugh before making the accusations public.

There’s a record of Ford making the accusation in a 2012 therapy session, though Kavanaugh isn’t named in the session notes that Ford gave to the press. Ford alleges that in the early 1980s, Kavanaugh entered a room drunk, pinned her to a bed, and groped her over her clothing. Kavanaugh “categorically denied” the allegations.View image on Twitter

Fin Gomez @finnygo   NEW: Statement from Judge Brett Kavanaugh:

There is a slight discrepancy in the account Ford provided in her letter to Feinstein and in her therapist’s notes, but that could simply be due to an error on her therapists part.

There are however some other questions that need to be answered which call into question Ford’s motives.

As Grabien reported, they include:

1. Why Ford deleted her public social media accounts before revealing herself.

Ford deleted all of her public social media before she came forward, making it difficult to see the advocacy and partisanship she was engaged in the time leading up to her making her allegation public. Of course, Ford may simply value her privacy, but the act of deleting her public postings will inevitably make some wonder what she didn’t want seen.

2. That Ford may have an unrelated grudge against Kavanaugh, as his mother, once a circuit court judge, ruled against Ford’s parents.

In August 1996, Christine Blasey Ford’s parents, Paula and Ralph Blasey, were foreclosed upon. Kavanaugh’s mom, Martha, was then serving as a judge on the Montgomery Country Circuit Court, and she ruled against Christine Ford’s parents.

3. That Ford is a Democrat who donates to left-wing causes, attended the anti-Trump March for Science, and previously signed an open letter challenging Trump’s border policy.

Ford is a political activist who has made dozens of donations to left-wing causes. According to OpenSecrets, she has made more than 60 donations to liberal causes, with almost four dozen to the pro-abortion group, Emily’s List, alone. Ford also donated to the DNC, Hillary Clinton (more than 10 times), Bernie Sanders, and the progressive organizing group ActBlue.

Ford likewise attended the anti-Trump March for Science, where she wore a hat knitted like a human brain, but inspired by the feminist “pussy hats” worn at the Women’s Marches. Ford also added her name to an open letter from health professionals who argued the U.S. border policy resulting in temporary separation of some families was harmful to children’s development.

There’s no statute of limitations on sexual assault in Maryland, where she claims that the assault happened. Rather than go to the police, Ford went to Dianne Feinstein. If her accusations are true, she should immediately file a police report against Kavanaugh and take him to trial. If she doesn’t, perhaps that’s because she knows the consequences of filing a false police report.
