"This Is Watergate": Trump Accuses Obama Of Wiretapping The Trump Tower

DONALD Trump has claimed Barack Obama had his “wires tapped” in Trump Tower during the US election.

The US President claimed his predecessor had tapped his phones during the “very sacred election process”, slamming it as a “Nixon/Watergate” scandal.

In a series of Tweets, Donald Trump made the claim, slamming it as a “new low”. He then appeared to brand Obama a “bad (or sick) guy”.

The property tycoon turned politician wrote: “How low has President Obama gone to tapp my phones during the very sacred election process. This is Nixon/Watergate. Bad (or sick) guy!”

Watergate refers the early 1970s political scandal which forced the resignation of Republican President Richard Nixon when it emerged that the Democratic party’s headquarters had been broken into.

He also tweeted: “Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my “wires tapped” in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!”

McCarthyism is the practise of making accusations without proper evidence.

He later added: “Is it legal for a sitting President to be “wire tapping” a race for president prior to an election? Turned down by court earlier. A NEW LOW!”

I still insist....

...this miserable P.O.S. is orchestrating all the leaks and the Left's impeachment strategy.

The best way to deal with Obama... is too get the facts out regarding his citizenship issues and his direct ties to Islam... and then go after him for the many crimes he committed while in office.

Start with the 'murder/execution' of 4 US Citizens... who he personally signed death warrants on without any of the Constitutional Due Process required too do so... some have labeled these executions as an 'extra judicial' killing.  The facts speak for themselves it was unlawful and premeditated murder. There was no due process... the 4th, 5th, and 6th Amendment protections were not applied, before Pres. Obama signed their death warrants.

see:

http://www.politifact.com/texas/statements/2014/mar/19/kesha-rogers...

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/who-were-the-4-us-citizens-killed-in-dr...

It should be noted that these deaths did not result from  'combat'... they occurred in Yemen... a nation, that Congress had not authorized the use of military force... drone strikes.  Laws... all kinds of them...were violated in the execution of these US Citizens.

Those US Citizens executed may have been terrorist...we will never know, as no indictment or trail occurred, not even a public hearing of the evidence took place... before they were executed.  These US Citizens were denied their Constitutional right to due process: the right to be indicted by a grand jury, the right to a jury trial, the right to confront the witness against them and too present their defense... they were denied their rights and were summarily executed by Pres. Obama.

The execution of these US Citizens by Pres. Obama must not go unanswered... justice must be done.

Really sick of tweets when it should be arrest warrants with charges of sedition.

When I played tennis a lifetime ago, I had a pretty strong backhand. I have since then, always equated it with slamming someone with the truth. I want to see Trump's backhand, not a soft serve. Twitter is a soft serve and can never win the match.

AG Jeff Sessions has been in congress, both the house and the senate for 20+ years, and knows how Washington D. C. works, I agree it is time for some federal arrest warrants, but with so many within all branches of government, many outside of or sub-parts of the federal government's ABC soup-mix, states - their governing bodies against our President the only way for President Trump to get the word out, & the fastest way for him, with so many issues demanding his time and attention, is to Tweet.

House Intel Committee chair says US government collected surveillance on Trump transition team

BOMBSHELL: Trump team surveilled during Obama admin, says House Intel chair

It turns out that President Trump’s transition team may have been surveilled after all.

Politico reports, “Members of the Donald Trump transition team, possibly including Trump himself, were under surveillance during the Obama administration following November's election, House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes told reporters Wednesday.”

Rep. Nunes, R-Calif., said that "sources" informed him of possible surveillance that appears to have been legal and unrelated to the Trump-Russia collusion theories.

Politico’s Eric Geller provided more details from the Nunes press conference.

He does not deserve the benefits that come with resignation.

He should be arrested and tried for everything related to his cover-up, dereliction, aiding and abetting, ignoring congressional orders, etc.

Resignation does not preclude PROSECUTION... after he is out of office.  It may however mitigate or ameliorate the time in prison... we need him gone ASAP.

PROSECUTION? We haven't heard of any plans, nor witnessed anything that even resembles a single thought of indictment for the leftists scoundrels that have already committed crimes and those Democrat officials that brazenly state that they will defy the law in order to thwart Trump's agenda. So will we ever see a Grand Jury impaneled? It sure doesn't seem like that will ever happen.

Instead, we witness the firing of Mike Flynn, the recusal of DOJ Jeff Sessions, the daily whining by the devious DEMs for Devin Nunes to step down, two travel bans thwarted by the DEM's corrupt judicial appointees, and finally the complete failure to legislate a decent Healthcare Law. Really? They only had eight years to craft a near perfect bill.

So this is what it's like when WE have control of the House, the Senate and the Oval office? Anybody else frustrated and disappointed like ME?

I sure am disappointed with Trump, how many times does a creep like Paul Ryan have to stab him in the back before he recognizes an enemy... I mean Trump even considered Romney for Secretary of State?!

In my mind all Trumps needs to do as the representative of We the People is to charge all the liberals and RINOs (within last eight years) in congress, senate, media and especially hussein's administration with treason and let We The People be the judge, The People's Court, there's plenty of easily collected evidence, even most of us can provide it ...Trump has the uppermost hand and yet he is not using it.

Trump is not draining the swamp, just the opposite, he is adding to it ...I'm afraid our only recourse is for The Tea Party to attack Trump like we did hussein, otherwise the country will not be "great again", not now, not ever, but a cestpool soon like europe... I truly hope Trump is just showing his liberal side, not acting on it.

Horrible: Democrats Set The Constitution On Fire With Fraudulent Impeachment

House Democrats unveiled two articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump on Tuesday morning after an investigation that violated fundamental provisions of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

The investigation of the president began with the complaint of a so-called “whistleblower” who turned out to be a rogue Central Intelligence Agency employee, protected by a lawyer who had called for a “coup” against Trump in early 2017.

Democrats first demanded that the “whistleblower” be allowed to testify. But after House Intelligence Committee chair Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) was found to have lied about his committee’s contact with the “whistleblower,” and after details of the “whistleblower’s” bias began to leak, Democrats reversed course. In violation of the President Trump’s Sixth Amendment right to confront his accuser, Democrats refused to allow the “whistleblower” to testify. They argue the president’s procedural rights, even if they existed, would not apply until he was tried in the Senate — but they also invented a fraudulent “right to anonymity” that, they hope, might conceal the whistleblower even then.

Schiff began the “impeachment inquiry” in secret, behind the closed doors of the Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF) in the basement of the U.S. Capitol, even though none of the testimony was deemed classified. Few members of Congress were allowed access. Schiff allowed selective bits of testimony to leak to friendly media, while withholding transcripts of testimony.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), having allowed the secret process to unfold, legitimized it with a party-line vote authorizing the inquiry. The House resolution denied President Trump the procedural rights enjoyed by Presidents Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton, and denied the minority party the traditional right to object to witnesses called by the majority.

Rather than the House Judiciary Committee, which traditionally handles impeachment, Pelosi also deputized the House Intelligence Committee to conduct fact-finding; the Judiciary Committee was turned into a rubber stamp. Schiff held a few public hearings, but often failed to release transcripts containing exculpatory evidence until after they had passed.

In the course of the Intelligence Committee’s investigation, Schiff quietly spied on the telephone records of his Republican counterpart, Ranking Member Devin Nunes (R-CA). He also snooped on the phone records of a journalist, John Solomon; and on the phone records of former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, acting as President Trump’s personal lawyer.

Schiff’s eavesdropping violated both the First Amendment right to press freedom and the Sixth Amendment right to counsel. Yet he proceeded undeterred by constitutional rights, publishing the phone logs in his committee’s report without warning, confirmation, or explanation, alleging that Nunes and the others were part of a conspiracy to assist the president’s allegedly impeachable conduct. When Republicans on the Judiciary Committee asked the Intelligence Committee’s majority counsel, Daniel Goldman, to explain the phone logs, he refused to answer,

Ironically, Schiff had done exactly what Democrats accuse Trump of doing: abused his power to dig up dirt on political opponents, then obstructed a congressional investigation into his party’s and his committee’s misconduct.

Democrats’ articles of impeachment include one for the dubious charge of “abuse of power,” which is not mentioned in the Constitution; and one for “obstruction of Congress,” which in this case is an abuse of power in itself.

Alexander Hamilton, writing about impeachment in Federalist 65, warned that “there will always be the greatest danger that the decision will be regulated more by the comparative strength of parties, than by the real demonstrations of innocence or guilt.” Democrats have fulfilled Hamilton’s worst fears.

The Trump impeachment will soon replace the 1868 impeachment of President Andrew Johnson — which the House Judiciary Committee staff actually cited as a positive precedent — as the worst in American history.

In service of their “coup,” Democrats have trampled the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The Republic has never been in greater danger.

You don't get to interrupt me
