"This Is Watergate": Trump Accuses Obama Of Wiretapping The Trump Tower

DONALD Trump has claimed Barack Obama had his “wires tapped” in Trump Tower during the US election.

The US President claimed his predecessor had tapped his phones during the “very sacred election process”, slamming it as a “Nixon/Watergate” scandal.

In a series of Tweets, Donald Trump made the claim, slamming it as a “new low”. He then appeared to brand Obama a “bad (or sick) guy”.

The property tycoon turned politician wrote: “How low has President Obama gone to tapp my phones during the very sacred election process. This is Nixon/Watergate. Bad (or sick) guy!”

Watergate refers the early 1970s political scandal which forced the resignation of Republican President Richard Nixon when it emerged that the Democratic party’s headquarters had been broken into.

He also tweeted: “Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my “wires tapped” in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!”

McCarthyism is the practise of making accusations without proper evidence.

He later added: “Is it legal for a sitting President to be “wire tapping” a race for president prior to an election? Turned down by court earlier. A NEW LOW!”

So far I have seen several sites making a joke of this.  I do not see that it is funny and according to this video it was proven.  Check it out.

Obama using Gestapo-like tactics. Why am I not surprised?

Since he was a past Commander in Chief--arrest him for Treason and Sedition and send him through a military court under the UCMJ--preferably at Camp Pendleton--and put him in Ft. Leavenworth prison where he belongs. Find all his accomplices and co-conspirators as well.

I so agree. He broke every law he didn't like, then never enforced any as well.

John, it's a nice idea but not allowed by US laws. But Obama, et. al, can be arrested and tried in a federal court for both sedition and treason and should be. So should both Clintons. But it'll never happen.

And don't forget his forged birth certificate.

Well..then unseal his records and find out for real that he is not even an American but still an Indonesia citizen.....then he can go to GITMO and hang on a rope

Bingo! That is precisely what should happen.

DEMOCRATS ARE NAZIS--PERIOD.

Believe it or not the Nazis were the German National SOCIALIST Party. The Communists were International SOCIALISTS. That's one difference.

Another difference is that the Communists wanted to institute socialism/communism immediately. The Nazis on the other hand wanted to use fascism as the path to socialism.

Here's a good definition I found on the Internet of fascism. "Fascism is an economic model in which the state dictates the utilization of privately held assets to achieve public policy goals." Hasn't this been the goal of liberals since about Pres. Wilson's administration by forcing individuals, companies, and private organizations to support socialistic policies through regulations and taxes?

Democrats do not follow any of our laws. They seem to think they don't have to. The dnc thinks they can do anything they want to.

So far they appear to be accurate in their conclusion that they are above the law.  IF Trump is serious about draining the swamp, he MUST enforce the law against ALL criminals, especially those in government up to and including the fraudulent potus Barry Soetoro.

Breaking: Jury Sides With Sheriff Joe
Smacks Down Establishment GOP’s Lawsuit

A jury has sided in favor of conservative icon, former Sheriff Joe Arpaio, against the lawsuit filed by Austin Flake, the son of GOP establishment Senator Jeff Flake, and Austin’s ex-wife, Logan Brown.

Flake and Brown had filed a lawsuit against the Arizona sheriff for “malicious prosecution” after over a dozen dogs died on their watch at a Gilbert dog kennel.

The jury decided Flake and Brown had failed to provide sufficient evidence to back up their accusations of malicious prosecution by Arpaio, The Associated Press reported via Tucson.com.

Flake and Brown ran the kennel while Brown’s parents were out of town in 2014, the AP reported.

The two were still in college.

Initially, Flake and Brown were charged in the incident, but the charges were dropped at the prosecution’s request. Later, Flake’s in-laws pleaded guilty to animal cruelty charges after an expert determined that the facility air conditioner failed because it was not properly maintained.

Thus, the owners of the kennel were responsible for the death of the 21 dogs, and they answered for their crimes.

Nonetheless, Flake and Brown reportedly alleged that Arpaio had charged them to gain publicity and deal damage to Senator Flake — an establishment fixture within the GOP.

The two “contended the charges caused them emotional distress, contributed to the demise of their marriage and led the senator’s son to being suspended from college for an honor-code violation,” according to The Associated Press.

Despite the jury’s decision, the U.S. District Judge Neil V. Wake will not issue a final verdict until the defense explains why it didn’t turn over documents that may have benefited the plaintiffs, according to a statement from the plaintiffs’ attorney to The Associated Press.

“The struggle to hold government officials accountable has always required a steep, perilous climb,” the plaintiffs’ attorney said in a Friday statement according to KNPX.

“Although we disagree with the jury’s verdict, we are grateful we had the opportunity to force former Sheriff Arpaio and his subordinates at Maricopa County to account for their indisputably reckless conduct. Near the end of the trial, we discovered that the County failed to turn over documents that might have helped us prove our case,” he continued.

“The Court has ordered the County to explain its failure and indicated that it will not enter a final judgment in the case until a satisfactory explanation is provided. We will access our future options in this fight when the County complies with the Court’s Order.”

Charges that didn’t pan out are an annoyance to those affected — there’s no question of that.

But to claim that those charges — which were dropped — were the reason behind a failed marriage, and that Arpaio needs to pay is completely ridiculous.
