In 1991, an event happened that would change warfare forever. It was given the official title of Silent Sound Spread Spectrum based on a patent by Oliver Lowry that was filed in 1989 and issued in 1992:
This technology was used in 1991 on the battlefield to control the minds of the Iraqi military during Operation Desert Storm.
It caused them to surrender by the thousands, often to only a handful of soldiers.
“Along with patriotic and religious music, PsyOps transmitted “vague, confusing and contradictory military orders and information.”
In addition, subliminally, a much more powerful technology was at work: a sophisticated electronic system to ‘speak’ directly to the mind of the listener, to alter and entrain his brainwaves, to manipulate his brain’s electroencephalographic (EEG) patterns and artificially implant negative emotional states — feelings of fear, anxiety, despair and hopelessness.
This subliminal system doesn’t just tell a person to feel an emotion, it makes them feel it; it implants that emotion in their minds.” The mind-altering mechanism is based on a subliminal carrier technology: the Silent Sound Spread Spectrum. (US Patent #5,159,702)”
As quickly as the technology had arrived on the battlefield, it was hushed up and went into secrecy. That was nearly twenty-five years ago, and though wars have come and gone, less is known today about mind weapons or as first termed in Russia “psychotronic” weapons than was known then, at least by the public.
“Until 2008 when the entry was abruptly deleted, the online U.S. Army Thesaurus reported of “voice to skull technology” that defined the term as a:
Nonlethal weapon which includes (1) a neuro-electromagnetic device which uses microwave transmission of sound into the skull of persons or animals by way of pulse-modulated microwave radiation; and (2) a silent sound device which can transmit sound into the skull of person or animals. NOTE: The sound modulation may be voice or audio subliminal messages. One application of V2K is use as an electronic scarecrow to frighten birds in the vicinity of airports.”
The question is: if this technology is no longer being used on the battlefield to win wars, what is it being used for? It seems a little like Tesla trying to give free energy technology to the people who were making the most from selling energy. From his historic speech in 1962 at Berkeley on Mind Control, Aldous Huxley eluded to the “controlling oligarchy” manipulating the masses with terrorism being used as a psychological stratagem:
“Today we are faced, I think, with the approach of what may be called the ultimate revolution, the final revolution, where man can act directly on the mind-body of his fellows. Well needless to say some kind of direct action on human mind-bodies has been going on since the beginning of time. But this has generally been of a violent nature. The Techniques of terrorism have been known from time immemorial and people have employed them with more or less ingenuity sometimes with the utmost cruelty, sometimes with a good deal of skill acquired by a process of trial and error finding out what the best ways of using torture, imprisonment, constraints of various kinds.
If you are going to control any population for any length of time, you must have some measure of consent, it’s exceedingly difficult to see how pure terrorism can function indefinitely. It can function for a fairly long time, but I think sooner or later you have to bring in an element of persuasion an element of getting people to consent to what is happening to them.
It seems to me that the nature of the ultimate revolution with which we are now faced is precisely this: That we are in process of developing a whole series of techniques which will enable the controlling oligarchy who have always existed and presumably will always exist to get people to love their servitude. This is the, it seems to me, the ultimate in malevolent revolutions shall we say, and this is a problem which has interested me many years and about which I wrote thirty years ago, a fable, Brave New World, which is an account of society making use of all the devices available and some of the devices which I imagined to be possible making use of them in order to, first of all, to standardize the population, to iron out inconvenient human differences, to create, to say, mass produced models of human beings arranged in some sort of scientific caste system. Since then, I have continued to be extremely interested in this problem and I have noticed with increasing dismay a number of the predictions which were purely fantastic when I made them thirty years ago have come true or seem in process of coming true.”
If this technology is no longer being used on the battlefield, where is it being used? Or, is it just being used in a different manner?
In the book “The Prince” by Niccolò Machiavelli 1513, he examines the benefits of a monarchy to “create” an enemy to get the public to unite behind him, a tactic that can only be used during war and is much more effective than peace. It would seem that the strategy has remained constant, only the technology seems to have changed.
The oversight of this technology is the domain of the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence:
