I don't support the authenticity of this document one way or another... it is immiterial and has no weight on todays problems.  I would add, as stated before, there were several petitions sent to King George before the Declration of Independence was signed and sent.  All of the eardlier petitions became null and void... non-operative with the introduction of the Declartion of Independence.

Mr. Nelson,

No one asked if you support the authenticity of this document, but its authenticity has been confirmed.

What troubles me, that the King had to approve, the Constitution, so go ahead blog on. You have been wrong on several issues.

Say Hank ... you truly are a Space Cadet...

If the King of England approved the  US Constitution, where is his signature and seal... All official documents appdroved by King George would have his signature and seal.

You are incorrigible.. so I will end this discussion as it will go no where.

Clearly , the Constitution was a Treaty, at the end of that war, and England and all their Kings know where they can go.

Operative Treaties require signatures and legal ratification by all governments concerned... the Declaration of Indpendence is not the document ending the Revolutionary War or Establishing Peace with England and King George.

The Peace Treaty of  Paris...  is the document that  officially surrendered Englands soverignty over the colonies and ended the Revolutionary War.   You are an aliterate when it comes to American History... try engaging in a systematic study of American History before commenting on it.  Your haphazard and piecemeal system of research and study simply don't recommend your scholarship for any serious debagte. See Below:

Treaty of Paris
"The Definitive Treaty of Peace Between the Kingdom of Great Britain and the United States of America
Drafted November 30, 1782
Signed September 3, 1783
Location Paris, France
Effective May 12, 1784
Condition Ratification by Great Britain and the United States
Depositary United States government[1]
Language English
Treaty of Paris (1783) at Wikisource

The Treaty of Paris, signed in Paris by representatives of King George III of Great Britain and representatives of the United States of Americaon September 3, 1783, ended the American Revolutionary War. The treaty set the boundaries between the British Empire in North Americaand the United States, on lines "exceedingly generous"[2] to the latter. Details included fishing rights and restoration of property and prisoners of war.."

The only Space Cadets here are those fawning over the worthless document called the "Sussex Declaration."

The Peace Treaty of Paris, was not needed for the US Constitution, there should never been a Treaty with England.

And my dad said, why John Trumbull, was not in the Painting was because he may wanted to stay home and have sex. To funny...:)

"And my dad said, why John Trumbull, was not in the Painting was because he may wanted to stay home and have sex."  As opposed to what... sex at the convention?  LOL

Yes I did state that Mr. Nelson,

I would take the word of Patriots over Democrats and most Republicans, The Democrats are concerned over the negative feed back over this Preamble, everything the Founding Fathers wrote is important.

If you take the word of Democrats over ours, that will be a choice you have to stand by. This Document belongs to America, Americans, not England, this Document is not their property.

This Document is disputed as to its authenticity and authorship... it was never ratified by the Colonial legisllatures and therefore had no OFFICIAL STANDING... it is an old piece of parchment... and that is all it is.

This has nothing to do with one's word ... and I hardly take anything said by Democrats as gospel without first verifying it... nor do I hold such high regard for  the scholarship of Hank and Company that I blindly accept their reports... as gospel.

So is your judgement in this issue, it is disrupted, and hey man, you missed the memo, it was Democrats that posted the info...:) did the investigation. And it is the leftist media we are bashing and I guess  you  also man...:)

So, Tif is now a Democrat... She posted this waste of time and claims to have done a great job of research to uncover something that was never hidden.

Yikes !!! Ocasio-Cortez: We Need A ‘Multigendered, Multigeographic’ United States

The United States of America needs to be “multigendered” and “multigeographic,” according to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), who endorsed fellow socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) at the “Bernie’s Back Rally” in New York on Saturday.

The freshman lawmaker and “Squad” member officially endorsed Sanders during a rally in Queensbridge Park in Long Island City, New York, on Saturday and called for more diversity in the U.S., arguing that it should not only be “multiracial” and “multigenerational” but “multigeographic” and “multigendered.”

“We need a United States that really, truly, and authentically is operated, owned, and decided by working – and all – people in the United States of America,” Ocasio-Cortez said to applause.

“That is what it – it is multiracial, multigendered, multigenerational, and multigeographic,” she said, failing to elaborate on what that specifically looks like.

“We have to come together, not ignoring our differences but listening to them, prioritizing them, understanding injustice,” she continued.

The socialist lawmaker also implied that rampant racism is still alive and well in the U.S., telling the crowd that it is essential to understand “that we operate in a context where slavery evolved into Jim Crow, evolved into mass incarceration, [and] evolved into the realities we have today.”
