The Killer of Brian Terry is Finally in Custody........

his Gun Dealer is Still the Attorney General..

POLL: Do you think Obama's staff and Eric Holder are complicit in treason?

The good news is the US is finally getting its hands on another of the murderers of a Bo.... Unfortunately the man who got the killer his gun is still the Attorney General of the United States.

Late last night, FBI agents flew to Mexico City and took Lionel Portillo-Meza, aka “Jesus Leonel Sanchez-Meza”, into custody. Sanchez-Meza is wanted for the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and was part of the rip-crew that engaged BORTAC agents in a firefight on the night of December 14, 2010. Sanchez-Meza was arrested in Mexico on September 6, 2012 and his been waiting extradition from a prison there for nearly two years. He is currently in Tucson, Arizona for a court hearing Wednesday afternoon after being transferred through Houston.

But the man running the system got Sanchez-Meza his gun.

The family of murdered Border Patrol agent Brian Terry has filed a $25 million wrongful death claim against the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives claiming Terry was killed with AK-47s that were knowingly sold under the Fast and Furious gunrunning probe to a straw purchaser for drug cartels.

In a 65-page complaint, served on the government on Wednesday, attorneys for the family claim ATF “wrongdoing” in Operation Fast and Furious.

“ATF’s failures were not only negligent but in violation of ATF’s own policies and procedures,” the complaint claims.

Last year, the House of Representatives found Holder in contempt of court after he withheld documents under subpoena.

Thanks to Obama Inc. the only one armed by the government in this encounter was the killer.

For the first time, federal officials revealed Monday that murdered Border Patrol agent Brian Terry and an elite squad of federal agents first fired bean bags — not bullets — at a heavily armed drug cartel crew in the mountains south of Tucson in December 2011.

The announcement came as the Department of Justice unsealed an indictment charging five individuals allegedly involved in Terry’s death. A sixth suspect has also been charged in a related incident.

The seventh suspect is the Attorney General of the United States.

How many minutes will it be before Holder releases that creep?

I think I am becoming cynical. I find this very unusual, two bagged in one day?  Can't find anyone for several years, and the closer we get to impeachment, suddenly two suspects found?

Obama,Holder, Reid, Pelosi should be in handcuffs, they are right leaders.

IF I KNOW THE OBAM-BAM CREW THEY WILL SCREW THIS UP TO. NOW OBAMA WILL TELL US WAR AGAINST DRUG DEALERS IS OVER.

Actually they do not. The ATF got him  killed along with Holden's knowledge. Read all about it in Fast and Furious by Katie Pavlich. Since Obama's groupies could not get rid of the Second they tricked Gun shop owners into a bad deal so as to get them shut down. They failed but lost track of all the guns into the hands of the drug cartel.

Sorry but they did not trick the Gun Shop owners they forced them to sell the guns or they would loose their licence. I read storys at the time about how the shop owners had ATF telling who to sell to. I imagine those shop owners have sold and dissapeard in fear for their life.

My question exactly Melanie.

and he might be rewarded by a medal for his contributions to inequality!

Ok quick trial them hang him from a road sign at the border

Just ANOTHER "wag the dog"! How many "miracles" has King Obama performed in last 3 months?  BULL HOCKEY! Who is going to prosecute AND indict THIS buddy of Eric Holder's? How do WE know this is the GUY that killed Brian Terry? LIAR LIAR Pants on fire!

Really? Holder, Clinton and Obummer have been arrested?

Good one, John!

‘Restrictive’ Gun Control Did Not Prevent Christchurch Massacre

New Zealand requires licensing and in-depth background checks for would-be gun owners, but neither gun control policy prevented Friday’s attacks in Christchurch that killed nearly 50 people.

The University of Sydney’s GunPolicy.org describes New Zealand’s gun control as “restrictive,” because owning guns in that nation is not a guaranteed right but a privilege extended by the government.

Moreover, before legally owning a gun, residents must acquire a license. The acquisition of that license involves passage of a background check that “considers criminal, mental health, medical, addiction and domestic violence records.” Third party references must also be provided to authorities during the license procurement process and interviews are conducted with the applicant’s immediate family.

Even after licensing, New Zealanders cannot buy a handgun or “military style” semiautomatic without providing an acceptable explanation for why they want such a firearm. Additionally, those firearms must be registered with the central government upon acquisition.

It is illegal to sell a gun to anyone without a license, which means the background checks for license acquisition are universal; they cover all gun sales and transfers. And in the event that an individual is buying a gun from a friend or neighbor instead of retail, “the buyer… is obliged to pass official background checks before taking possession.” Also, “the number and type of firearms which can be sold by a licensed gun dealer to a single gun owner is limited to one pistol, military style semi-automatic firearm, or restricted firearm per acquisition permit.”

Further, gun show sales are highly regulated in New Zealand.

Democrat lawmakers in the U.S. are promoting many of these very gun controls–universal background checks, licensing, more gun show regulation, limits on the number of guns that can be purchased, etc.–arguing that these measures will make Americans safe. It is not yet clear how the killer in Christchurch acquired his weapons, yet we see that these gun controls did not prevent an attack that killed nearly 50 unarmed innocents.

More than one mosque was attacked in Christchurch, and the shooters who converged on a mosque in Linwood were reportedly chased by an apparent attendee who happened to be armed for self-defense.
