Libs are trying to alter the perception of the bastion of conservatism.

The Governor of Connecticut and Penrose should both be fired. The second amendment is all that stands between we citizens and servitude to wanna-be dictators like obama.

Well, there's an idiot who should not be teaching!

At least she was smart enough to go to Hartford to voice her opinions. I can't believe it would be very popular in Texas, even in the university.

It is not.

Yeh, but she has got to come home.

That's what I was wondering about. Like to see that homecoming. What a JA.

"Shall not be infringed upon"

Pull her license and send the jackass back to 1st grade reading.

The only thing that protects Mary from being pulled off the podium being stripped of her street clothes, flogged, dressed in a Birka  and made to submit to the will of Allah, is a gun. Plenty of them.

A kid that never got out into the real world. Mary needs to broaden her horizons.

A trip to some neighborhoods in Michigan, Ohio, or even Great Britain might be in order.

Put the idiot back in his padded cell!o

This is the way that things are supposed to work.   Whether we agree with Prof.  Penrose's proposal is not the point.  Those people who do not like a provision of the Constitution should work for its amendment under the process provided in the Constitution itself, rather than to dishonestly argue, like the leftist-liberals living in their own Never Never Land, that the 2nd Amendment as written means something other than what it clearly and obviously says.  Although I may disagree with the substance of her proposal, at least I can dialogue with her in good faith and acknowledge and defend her right to go about seeking change in a Constitutional manner. I am assuming, of course, that when she speaks of "shelving" the 2nd Amendment, she means by the process provided in the Constitution, rather than to simply ignore it, as the left-liberal establishment would like us to do.

You've raised questions that are worthy of being asked of Prof. Penrose. Her email address is: megpenrose@law.tamu.edu. Instead of railing at each other, maybe we should just all drop her a line and ask just exactly what she is proposing. She sounds just like another Progressive Liberal obamabot desiring to disarm all civilians to facilitate even more government power. What she doesn't seem to realize is that as we all become subjugated, so will she. The second amendment is all that stands between us and the government's compliance with Constitution and the rest of it's Amendments.

Right, and I myself am an NRA member.

Democrat Disaster! 53% Of Black Voters, 60% Of Other Minorities Say Liberal Media Trying To Help Democrats Impeach Trump

Thanks to President Donald Trump ALL Americans now know the mainstream fake-news media is an extension of the Democrat Party.

In a recent poll a majority of black voters and minority voters say the media is trying to help Democrats impeach President Trump.

And half of FOX News too, by the way.

CNS News reported:

Both black voters and other minority voters are more convinced than white voters that most reporters are trying to help impeach President Donald Trump, rather than report the news fairly – with a majority of each of the three groups holding that view – a new Rasmussen Reports survey reveals.

In the national voter survey, conducted November 12-13, 53% of all voters said most reporters are trying to help impeach Trump:

“When they write or talk about the impeachment effort, are most reporters trying to help impeach President Trump or block his impeachment? Or are most reporters simply interested in reporting the news in an unbiased manner?”:

“Help impeach President Trump”: 53%
“Block his impeachment”: 8%
Report “news in an unbiased an unbiased manner”: 32%

But, 53% of black voters and 60% of other minorities, compared to 51% of whites, said reporters are trying to get Trump rather than report the news fairly.
