Tea Party steps up war of words against Boehner over budget vote

Tea party activists are pushing back hard against Speaker John Boehner for attacking conservative groups that are opposed to bipartisan budget legislation approved this week by the House, claiming he has "declared war on the Tea Party" with his blunt criticism.

In a fundraising email to supporters, Tea Party Patriots referred to the Ohio Republican as a "ruling class politician" who only pretends to be a conservative while remaining a "tax-and-spend liberal," The Hill reported Friday.

The group, which supported efforts to defund the Affordable Care Act, accused Boehner of passing a "back-room budget deal which increases discretionary spending, does nothing to reform entitlements, and fully funds ObamaCare."

The organization called the deal "an out and out betrayal of the American people."

All three top Republican leaders were among 169 members of the rank and file in voting for the measure, which cleared the House on Tuesday on an overwhelming bipartisan vote of 332-94.

Boehner is a 1800s French royalty.  He and his blue blood cronies are just like the demorats.  They think they should rule and be rich and everyone else should be serfs and poor with no rights.

All the older group(non-tea party) think they are above the real AMERICAN'S in this great country.  If we don't clean house we are in real trouble, if we are not already.

We need to vote in more "young guns"

John Boehner is an enemy of the Constitution, Bill of Rights and Free Market Capitalism.  He is an enemy of the American People and America itself, not because I say so, but because of his dispicible actions as Speaker of the House.  There can be no other conclusion!

Bonner will be in power again after 2014
This country is fill with a@@holes who don't know or don't care.

Peter, this will not be easy but we must let them know that the Tea Party is not just a few Americans in love with our country and the constitution.  Many millions think like us and do not express themselves until the election.  Do what you can.

Yes your right. I just get so upset some times.

I think boehner the boozer is on the way out, and WE are the reason, you want war boozer, I think you got it!

Just his eyes ? his whole face looks "DRUNK"

Folks support the Tea Party .. the democrats and the rhinos have deserted us ..

You know, I never thought of that!

I think you're right!

If you know how to play chess--- then you know sometimes you have to move a piece to a place to make a sacrifice  - - so the big checkmate can happen in 2014 and 2016.   Patience Jedi.

Gohmert: Dems Will Drag Out Impeachment — Try To Get ‘Best Socialist’ Nominated For President

During an appearance on Huntsville, AL radio’s WVNN on Thursday, Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) offered his best assessment of what House Democrats were trying to accomplish with their impeachment efforts.

Gohmert told WVNN’s “The Jeff Poor Show” impeachment could tie up the Democratic Party’s presidential campaign efforts but predicted Democrats would use the occasion to nominate “the best socialist” they can.

“They would lose in the Senate,” Gohmert said on impeachment. “And besides that, the entire time it was on trial in the Senate, the Democrats who are running for president wouldn’t be allowed to campaign. That’s in the Constitution. They wouldn’t be able to campaign. I just can’t imagine them wanting to do that because if they send it to the Senate, they have now perfectly set up the scenario of 1996, where they will reassure Donald Trump is reelected as president. They don’t want to do that. They’re probably going to drag this thing out as long as they possibly can … through Iowa, through primaries — try to get the best socialist they can to be nominated.”

“Then just end up and say, ‘Now we’re close enough to the general election. We’ve thrown mud at the president through the House,’” he continued. “What they’re really doing — they’re using taxpayer funds to campaign against Trump. That’s all this is — a campaign fund that taxpayers are paying for in order to try to throw mud at the president. I’ll be surprised if they have that vote, but I can’t imagine they want to set up this president for reelection by having a trial in the Senate where they lose.”
