TEA PARTY MEMBERS HERE IS WHY TED CRUZ SHOULD NEVER BE THE REPUBLICAN NOMINEE FOR PRESIDENT

Ted Cruz, opportunist  that   he is, once again shows how devious, manipulative, and dishonest that he is.  Cruz, did not show up for the vote to audit the Federal Reserve because of his wife's deep involvement with Goldman Sachs and their indebtedness to Goldman Sachs.  The Federal Reserve bailed out Goldman Sachs during the financial collapse of 2008.  Goldman Sachs is closely tied to the Federal Reserve for all of its borrowing needs.  Cruz is over his head in big money donations from the people and companies that he refers to as "capitalists cronies on Wall Street",  and  that he criticizes.

If Cruz had been in tune with the Republicans voters back in Texas, he would have known that this is an important vote for his constituency.  The Platform of the Texas Republican Party called for the Federal Reserve to be abolished.  Cruz did not come up through the grass roots, so he would not have known that.   He was appointed to office in Texas.  Then he latched on to the Tea Party to get elected as Senator.

There is something about human nature that you can't hide for too long.  His colleagues in the Senate, have seen this part of his human nature, and realize that Ted is all about Ted and furthering his own ambition.  All of these people who have worked with him in the Senate say the same thing.  They don't trust him, not because he leached on to the Tea Party agenda, to get elected to the Senate, but because he is self promoting, self staging, and self serving.  Everything that Cruz did in the Senate was to gain popularity and notoriety, setting himself up to run for President.

Ted Cruz has hidden many things about himself from the public.  First, that he ran for the Senate as a dual citizen of Canada and America. Second, he took the Senate oath to defend the Constitution, knowing that he owed allegiance to Canada at the same time.  You can't tell me that a Harvard Law School trained lawyer did not know he was a Canadian and an American.  If he had not with held this important information about himself, and his family, he never would have been elected Senator.  In my opinion, Cruz is fundamentally a dishonest person, in the way in which he approaches the practice of law, and the way in which he twists the Constitution to meet his personal agenda.

Second, Ted Cruz has hidden, in his financial disclosure, that he and his wife had borrowed 1,000,000 dollars from his wife's employer, Goldman Sach, to finance his campaign.  Again, Cruz, the Harvard lawyer, plays dumb, and pretends that he did not know of this failed financial disclosure.

Third, every opportunity that Ted Cruz gets, he is in New York, begging big money donors for money for his campaign.  Yet, he has the audacity to denigrate the people of New York and New York itself for its values.

Fourth, there are bound to be even more things that we don't know about Ted Cruz, that would be pertinent to know, in considering a vote for Ted Cruz.  Cruz will never disclose these things unless he gets caught and is force to admit them.  However, he will always find a way to divert from his guilt, and point to others, or other reasons for his mistakes.

Ted Cruz does not deserve our Tea Party votes!

Donald Trump is not beholding to any large donors,  lobbyists or special interests.  He is deserving of our votes, and he will MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

As a side note, if Ted Cruz were to win the Republican nomination for President, he would be unelectable.  Hillary Clinton would win by a landslide.  Cruz will not attract Hispanic voters.  He has tried to identify more as a Caucasian than as a Hispanic.  He is insulted when you speak to him in Spanish. He makes it known that he does not speak Spanish, in spite of his Cuban father and his Cuban heritage.

Most Hispanics in Texas say that would not vote for him as President because they don't identify with him as Hispanic.  He rejected his birth name, which is his father's name, and adopted a European nick name of "Ted" for Eduardo.  His driver's license lists his race as Caucasian.  Rafael Eduardo (Ted) Cruz seems to have a self identify problem.

I hope Republican voters, starting with the Iowa Caucuses will  remember this discussion when they cast their votes.  Ted Cruz is deceitful and dishonest on so many levels, in spite of using "the body of Christ" to win over voters.

Cruz has demonstrated what a deceitful, " Bible toting" crook that he is. He spoke like a Baptist preacher when he was in Iowa, trading on the deep Evangelical beliefs of the people of Iowa, wrapping himself in "the body of Christ". This is the way born again Christians speak, and Cruz used it to his advantage. At the same time, while he was talking about the "body of Christ", Cruz was apparently devising every under handed, mean, vile and crooked way to win the Iowa election.

"Ted Cruz is untrusted."

Vote for Trump.

You mean the same guy who wanted Oprah as his running mate?

You mean the same guy who  used eminent domain to try to put a widow out of her home?  A case thank goodness, he LOST!

This hit piece against Ted Cruz by Trump bots who ignore that Cruz is the last Conservative standing ...doesn't help Trump either.

http://www.ontheissues.org/senate/Ted_Cruz.htm

As I recall, these same hit pieces came from Rinos in 2012 helping to get Obama elected again.

You mean the same guy who recently (in 2015) said that "Eminent Domain is great"?

http://www.nationalreview.com/article/265171/donald-trump-and-emine...

Fact is, I was for a Trump/Cruz ticket.

Because I realize that Ronald Reagan ... like Trump was a actor, and a democrat before he became a republican.

I see what (if trump is speaking the truth (which now I have severe doubts)

It also doesn't help that people are accusing Donald of voting for Obama using 'this' tweet that Donald Tweeted.

Donald Trump and emminent domain.

http://www.nationalreview.com/article/265171/donald-trump-and-emine...

This note was tacked on recently as Trump was not running for office back in 2011.

Me thinks a Donald Trump hater, Rich Lowery at National Review added that comment.

What a snake.

Now that Trump has chosen sides, Im sure his attitude is different.

That's odd, because he stated Eminent Domain was great in October 2015 as my links PROVED..so his 'attitude' is not different!

Eminent Domain?  obumer is already doing that with this country. He is calling it protecting wildlife from the big bad nature hating Republicans as he sees it.

Yes to most of what you posted, and in addition I keep saying we are doing the work of Hillary and her slimy group of campaign advisers when we cut to pieces our candidates one at a time on flimsy attempts to discredit each and every one of them.

The first example trashing Trump? The Oprah thing. That was taken out of context and portrayed as a serious comment which it was not.  It was said in jest and in no way was it meant to be a serious statement. You have to look at when it happened, under what circumstances  and what came before and after that comment before you can make judgement, which those that create these articles never do.

Maybe this will help on the use of Eminent Domain.

Eminent domain cases are brought by the State... they can not be brought by individuals... please get your stories correct.  It was the widows neighbors, her elected State officials who brought the eminent domain case.  By the way ... she was never put out of her home and she turned down 1 million for a home that appraised for 250K... she latter left of her own will and sold the property for much less than offered by Trump in a direct purchase or by the state in the eminent domain case.

Eminent domain has its purposes... without it we could not get pipelines to bring fresh water to large cities or build interstate highways... without it  many public and private enterprises that benefit society can not happen.  So, what's so difficult about eminent domain cases... where the person is compensated for their property and has a day in court to demonstrate that there is no OEVERWHELMING public good .. involved and keeps their property..

Trump never filed bankruptcy... the Boards of Directors for two of his companies voted to file for reorganization... chapter 11 bankruptcy.  Trump did not act alone in deciding to file for bankruptcy protection and reorganization.  Sam Walton of Walmart fame... filed corporate bankruptcy twice before becoming successful ... others including Mit Romney and his corporations... they filled many more times than twice. Romney made it a practice of buying troubled corporations and then taking them thru Bankruptcy.... reaping millions in profits and putting thousands out of work.

As for Trump suggesting Oprah as a running mate... that was all show business, we will have to see if he is willing to make such a statement during an official campaign address.

TOTAL BULL-POOP!

OMG!!! Ruth Bader Ginsburg Voted Best Real-Life Hero At MTV Awards

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Monday was crowned the best real-life hero at the MTV Movie & TV Awards.

The 86-year old judge — whose 2015 biopic The Notorious RBG help cement her as a cultural icon among Liberals — beat out tennis star Serena Williams, WWE wrestler Roman Reigns, and comedian Hannah Gadsby to take him the award.

Though it wasn’t a clean sweep for Ginsburg last night.

The RGB documentary lost the “Best Fight” category for “Ruth Bader Ginsburg vs. Inequality” to “Captain Marvel vs. Minn-Erva.”

The justice was absent from the ceremony in Santa Monica, California.

Last December, Ginsburg had surgery to remove cancerous growths on her left lung. She was released from the hospital in New York four days later and recuperated at home.

Earlier this year, Ginsburg missed three days of arguments, the first time that’s happened since she joined the court in 1993. Still, she was allowed to participate using court briefs and transcripts.

Ginsburg has had two previous bouts with cancer, in 1999 and 10 years later.

Flashback: Ruth Bader Ginsburg: A Pregnant Woman Is Not A ‘Mother’

Celebrated liberal U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg argued in an opinion released Tuesday that a pregnant woman is not a “mother.”

“[A] woman who exercises her constitutionally protected right to terminate a pregnancy is not a ‘mother’,” Ginsburg wrote in a footnote, which in turn responded to another footnote in the 20-page concurring opinion by Justice Clarence Thomas in the Box v. Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky Inc. case.

As Breitbart News’ legal editor Ken Klukowski reported, the case concerned a law signed by then-Governor (now Vice President) Mike Pence of Indiana in 2016, which required that the remains of an aborted fetus (or baby) be disposed of by cremation or burial. The law also prohibited abortion on the basis of sex, race, or disability alone.

The Court upheld the first part of the law, but declined to consider the selective-abortion ban until more appellate courts had ruled on it.

In his lengthy opinion — which delighted pro-life advocates, and distressed pro-choice activists — Thomas wrote that “this law and other laws like it promote a State’s compelling interest in preventing abortion from becoming a tool of modern-day eugenics.” He traced the racist and eugenicist beliefs of Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger, and warned that the Court would one day need to wrestle with abortion as form of racial discrimination.

In a footnote, Thomas attacked Ginsberg’s dissenting opinion, which argued the Court should not have deferred to the legal standard used by the litigants in the lower courts, but should have subjected the Indiana law to a more difficult standard instead, since it impacted “the right of [a] woman” to an abortion.

Ginsburg cited no legal authority for her claim that a pregnant woman is not a “mother.” The claim that a fetus is not a child is central to pro-choice arguments.
