A suspect who opened fire, killing three in Fresno, allegedly said “Allahu Akbar” as police jumped on him and took him to the ground.
The shooting began around 10:45 a.m. and occurred in a sequence, one after the other.
According to the Los Angeles Times, “Gunfire erupted at 10:45 a.m. in the 300 block of North Van Ness Avenue. A few seconds later, a second shooting was reported. A third shooting was reported, then a fourth.”
The suspect is 39-year-old Kori Ali Muhammad. He was already wanted in connection with a shooting last week, in which a motel security guard was killed.
Your Central Valley reports that Muhammad’s first shot today was allegedly “into a Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) vehicle killing the passenger.” The driver sped away and informed the police. Muhammad continued walking down the street shooting at innocents. He shot his second victim on the sidewalk and a third in a Catholic Charities parking lot before police arrived. Police Chief Jerry Dyer said Muhammad yelled “Allahu Akbar” when police took him to the ground.
The Fresno Bee reports that police recovered spent .357 shell casings–which would indicate a revolver was used–but they did not recover a gun.
AP Is Getting Blasted by Readers for How It Reported on Fresno Shooter Shouting 'Allahu Akbar'
THE MSM I THINK ARE GUILTY FOR GIVING DISINFORMATION ABOUT CRIMES THESE MUSLIMS COMMIT. AND THEY WANT TO FLOOD THIS COUNTRY IN 2018 OF ILLEGAL MIGRANTS? THANKS OBAMA AND HILLARY CLINTON. I HOPE PRESIDENT TRUMP PUTS A STOP TO THE UN AND GETS THE UN OUT OF THE USA'S BUSINESS BY WITHDRAWING MEMBERSHIP AND TELLING THEM TO GET THE HELL OUT OF OUR COUNTRY.
Authorities stumped after white-hating Muslim murders 3 whites in cold blood, shouts “Allahu Akbar”
Kori Ali Muhammad, a Muslim, used a gun today to murder three white people in cold blood in Fresno, California and shouted “Allahu Akbar”* (“Allah is greatest” in Arabic) while being taken into custody. “Allahu Akbar” is what jihadists scream before they kill their victims.
Muhammad’s social media posts reportedly demonstrate a hatred of white people, along with anti-government feelings.
But hey now you bigoted Islamophobes!
Let’s not go jumping to conclusions prematurely, says Fresno police chief Jerry Dyer.
It’s too early to ascertain if the mass-casualty event was related to Islamic terrorism, Dyer said.
Yes, he said that.
*A police spokesman had said the man shouted “Ali Akbar.” This makes no sense. Ali Akbar is a person’s name. In fact, I know a guy named Ali Akbar and he’s not even a Muslim. The officer probably misspoke. Most Americans don’t have an ear for Arabic.
CNN Completely Ignores Anti-White Fresno Murders
The murders of three white men by a black supremacist gunman in Fresno received limited media attention on Tuesday, most notably at CNN.
CNN’s dearth of coverage of the shootings, carried out by 39-year-old Kori Ali Muhammad, an African-American Muslim, stands in stark contrast to its reporting of other non-political news events: the manhunt for a Cleveland man who killed a 74-year-old man on Sunday, a sexual harassment scandal involving Fox News host Bill O’Reilly, and a child custody battle involving radio host Alex Jones.
A review of CNN’s broadcast through primetime shows that the Fresno killings received no mentions on air. An article about the attacks is loaded to CNN.com.
MSNBC gave a brief mention to Muhammad’s racially-motivated killings during the day Tuesday. Fox News hosts discussed the story during several primetime shows. NBC, CBS, and ABC aired segments on the story during their nightly broadcasts.
Fresno police chief Jerry Dyer confirmed Tuesday night that Muhammad chose his victims because they were white.
“This is solely based on race,” he said during a press conference. “It has nothing to do with terrorism in spite of the statements that were made.”
Terrorism was thought to be one possible motive when the story broke earlier on Tuesday after it was reported that Muhammad yelled “Allahu Akbar” as he was being arrested. The gunman told police he shouted the Arabic phrase, which translates to “God is greatest,” in case anything happened to him.
Muhammad opened fire in downtown Fresno just before 11 a.m. local time. All three of the victims were white men. Two were clients of Catholic Charities. A third victim was working for a gas company.
Muhammad, an aspiring rapper with a lengthy criminal history, is also the primary suspect in a murder of a motel security guard on Sunday. (RELATED: Race Is A Motive In Murder Of Three White Men In Fresno)
Muhammad’s anti-white sentiment is a prominent feature on his social media accounts and in his rap lyrics.
“Hollow points make a white devil body spin,” he raps in a music video posted to Youtube last month.
“Kill a racist devil dead, cut of they head, put a bullet in they head, and get they bread,” the lyrics continue.
Suspected Fresno rampage killer may have threatened Trump on social media
A man suspected of murdering four people in Fresno – including three during a Tuesday-morning rampage – apparently had an active online presence, including two digital rap albums and several social media accounts that posted racially charged threats aimed at President Donald Trump. Last month, the suspect also posted a music video containing lyrics about shooting “white devils.”
A Facebook page and Twitter account apparently belonging to Kori Ali Muhammad have multiple pictures referencing “destroying these grafted white devil skunks.” Another Facebook page with a display name of Kori MacSon McWallace, which court documents confirm is Muhammad’s alias, shares many of the same posts.
The McWallace Facebook account includes a post from Dec. 20 that reads: “U.S. Virgin Islands, 17 trillion in immediate material wealth, and 25 years of support.” The Twitter notes several times that if these demands aren’t met, natural disasters will be increased by 88-fold. The accounts have each posted various weather reports.
One such tweet from March 23 is addressed to “Skunk Trump.”
As news of the shooting spread Tuesday, the Facebook account bearing Muhammad’s name was flooded with angry, profanity-laced comments attacking the accused shooter. Jay Harvell said: “This looks less like terrorism and more like a hate crime. Bury him under the jail.”
The posts also link to an iTunes page named B-God Mac Sun, which has pictures of Muhammad and two albums apparently recorded by the suspected killer. One song – “Asiatic Black God” – also makes reference to white devils.
Muhammad also had a YouTube account with several videos. On March 13, he posted a music video for a song called “U Gone Need Me.” It shows Muhammad lip-syncing to the camera while walking across railroad tracks. The wall behind him is covered in graffiti and mentions Fresno.
I’d never seen Kori crying before, well not since he’s been grown. He told me he was going out of town and would be gone for a while and he hugged me.

At one point in the video, Muhammad mouths the lyrics: “Demanding justice for the murders of my black kin; Hollow points make a white devil body spin.”
Muhammad’s interest in music included a locally produced talk show he put together at the Community Media Access Collaborative.
