Should this be the new Declaration of Independence for Conservative America?

Many are saying that the culture war raging all around us proves that we are headed for another civil war.

They say America is fast coming to a crossroads from which there will be no return if we take the wrong path. Do we take the road that leads away from America and toward a Euro-esque way of governing? Do we cast aside our American character and bury our great nation in a grave of socialist-styled authority? Do we damn our progeny to a failed superstate that violates every tenet of our original ideals?

Conservatives say we must fight against this. They say we must reject the Democrats and their Euro-esque ideas and that we need to refocus ourselves on American exceptionalism. Our federal system has strayed far away from our founding ideals and we may soon find that it’s time for a new Declaration of Independence to defeat a tyrannical government and its liberal fans that have usurped power from its proper American authority.

So, with all that has been happening lately, it appears that we are getting closer every day to the final break. But when doing so, it is logical to create a new Declaration as a rallying cry to all those willing to return to our true American character…

A New Declaration of Independence

When in the Course of human events it again becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with a failed authority and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God as well as our original, properly constituted laws entitle us, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that we should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. –That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed–That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. –Such has been the patient sufferance of we the people; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to repair to their former Systems of Government. The history of this present President, his Congress, and our recalcitrant federal government is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world. 

It has abused its role over the law and instituted fiat rules that are detrimental to the common good–welfare, cap and trade, oppressive taxes, onerous regulation on business are recent examples.

It has forbidden governors of states to pass laws useful to local needs and has interfered in state business.

It has refused the right of local government to govern at home and has as a matter of course caused local legislators to carelessly assume they have no power.

It has defacto dissolved the authority of state governments so that the local representatives of the people constantly defer to rule from Washington.

It has refused to secure the borders so that all manner of foreigners of the lowest station might flood these shores without hesitation while refusing to allow those foreigners with useful skills and education to enter and apply for citizenship.

It has allowed capricious courts to usurp proper legislative duties and to rule from the bench.

It has seated judges with no opposition or investigation and has not required judicial candidates to express any interest in the true meaning of the law of the land.

It has erected a multitude of new regulatory offices few of which have any basis in the Constitution and has as a form of graft filled them with friends, lobbyists, and placemen.

It has refused to properly fund our armies in times of peace without including graft and monies unconnected to the needs of our armed forces.

It has therefore interfered with the military stopping it from operating at peak efficiency putting us all in danger in an ever more dangerous world.

It has conspired with powers outside our duly constituted authority to take away our constitutional rights, to subvert our national laws, and has given assent to forces such as the UN to rule us from afar without accountability. These outside forces are hateful of our system and desirous of its end. Therefore we accuse our government of attacking us from inside.

For positing that UN forces are superior in authority to our own:

For signing treaties inimical to our national interests:

For cutting off free trade with worthy countries such as Colombia, yet opening trade with evil countries such as China:

For imposing taxes on us without our consent:

For depriving us of our constitutional rights of property, life, and self-protection at every opportunity:

For creating rules that encroach on freedom of religion:

For increasing the scope of government to never before seen size and power in a manner against our founding principles and for purposefully creating chaos in business, banking, and every other area of the private sector with never ending regulations that strangle, confuse, and stifle American growth:

For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:

And for corrupting our legislatures with federal largess and assuming unto the federal government all power to rule from Washington D.C.

It has abdicated its Constitutional role and essentially come to see the people as an enemy and waged philosophical war against us.

It has plundered our businesses with overweening regulations, capriciously outlawed entire fields of business, and burdened the lives of the people with oppressive taxes.

It has created an army of police, taxmen and regulators to fan out across the land to assault and imprison our citizens, to confiscate lands to federal ownership and to lay waste the economy and bring our people into a form of dependency akin to slavery.

It has often sent our armed forces to foreign nations without a proper mission, held back necessary funding, and burdened it with untenable “rules of engagement” which has limited our troop’s ability to fight to win, and has allowed barbarous enemies to gain the upper hand on the battle field.

It has attempted to separate the citizenry into warring factions yet has allowed our enemy to easily enter the country and perpetrate a merciless Muslim warfare which is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes, religions and American institutions and intends enslavement of us all.

In every stage of these violations millions of citizens have gathered in the streets to protest these government outrages yet no heed has been paid to the agony of the people in its hallowed halls.

Nor have we been heard by our Democrat brethren. We have warned them of the destruction of the American rule of law, yet they are uninterested in this plight. We have appealed to their love of country and we have reminded them of the glorious history of our great nation to no avail. They have turned a deaf ear to Constitutionality, a cold shoulder to our American character, and our law and we find their sympathies lie with Europeans instead of their fellow Americans. We must, therefore, consider them enemies of our national interests, safety, health, and welfare.

We, therefore, the representatives of the American tradition and character assemble as citizens proud of our history and institutions, and in the tradition of our national power being held in the hands of the people, assert our loyalty to our true American system. We hold this government to be illegitimate by its usurpation of power and its obviation of our laws. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence that has been rejected by our enemies, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred Honor.

We’ve already had the tea party, but this drifted away. Now, let the new revolution begin!

Declaration of Independence, tell me man, what really is the Declaration of Independence ? If you know the true history of its agenda, then you should know what it is ? Tell me man, I would like for you to share your thoughts of what it really is.

Our founding father's treaded lightly as they organized, unified, and moved the Colonies to rebellion... knowing that without the full support of the 13 Colonies, their legislatures and governors they would 'FAIL' in their effort to create a new nation... out of the wilderness of America.

Such flowery language and ideas may be laudable, but words alone are not enough.  Need I remind everyone here that our Founding Father's were UNIFIED, directly committed, and involved in raising a Revolutionary Army, establishing a Confederacy among the Colonialist thru which they could govern... NONE OF THAT EXIST with the Patriot Movement or Tea Party.  Wake up, one doesn't wage war against the federal government without massive, unified support and a viable system of leadership to support such an event.

Sorry but this is treason and I don't support such actions as this... without the written consent of the several States and their legislatures.  Anything else is foolhardy and a waste of time.  In fact, an Article V Convention could if properly run solve all our problems within the framework of our current Constitution.  We do not need a revolution, or a new Declaration of Independence... we need local and State Governments to support the existing Constitution and where necessary make Amendments to the Constitution... Term Limits, Balanced Budget, and the repeal of the 16th and 17th Amendments.... for starters.

Tread lightly as the patriot movement is not organized nor is it widely supported by most in State Government.  Our founders had the unanimous support of all 13 colonies before declaring their independence.

 Your right about the word treason, if I remember correctly Mr. Massingale, used the word treason, in a sentence to you over DACA, and you replied you "agreed".

 Our Founder Fathers Preamble for The Declaration of Independence, it did not tread lightly, it was a slap in the mouth against the King and Queen Of England. A Declaration of War, is what it was.

Tread lightly as the current patriot movement is not organized nor is it widely supported by most in State Government. Our founders had the unanimous support of all 13 colonies before declaring their independence... I don't know of one State that would endorse this Declaration...  let alone pledge its resources to supporting its implementation.

The current Patriot Movement is organized and we do not need the endorsement of these "Government Employees" of Other Countries.  We do not pledge our resources in supporting its implementation, by the States, nor do we need permission.

 We do not need the States to endorse this Declaration Of Independence. It is all ready on the books as noted in our American History. As for the one posted here, we do not need a new Declaration Of Independence.


Debating with you on this is ludicrous... one doesn't form a new nation or reform an old one without first unifying sufficient people and resources willing to commit to the endeavor... One will never succeed in overthrowing the existing power structure with a hand full of unorganized, underfunded, fools... who think, they are Rambo on steroids. Never going to happen... NEVER.

By the way ... your friendly fishing or football buddies and the Local Militia Groups are nowhere near up to the task of restoring our Constitutional Republic... it will take tens of millions, the teaming masses, willing to pledge their lives, liberty, and fortunes to the task. It will take State's and Local Governments to unify in opposition to the Federal Government... if the Patriot is to succeed. 

Millions of individuals and groups must be willing to SUBORDINATE themselves to a new leadership, and frankly, your attitude says that will never happen... So, strike out on your own... see how far you get.  I believe the Indians (Native American/Tribal American) tried that once.  Ever play Cowboy and Indians?  It doesn't matter who has the moral ground, what matters is who has the biggest stick.

 Then Mr. Nelson, Try debating with me. I had the honor of being invited to a Constitutional Militia, they are very well organized, and United States wide they do stand over 2 million strong. If one thinks of them as a social network, they lack foregoing knowledge of the anonymity at work. It would take a fool to create a Militia and post a video of the members.

 As for Cowboy and Indians? Hank has enabled several tribes to become involved in their own privet Militia. And he did note their work should never be made public on the net.

 Lets hope the elite remember what it was to play Cowboy and Indians?

P/S The Cub Scouts are organized but they couldn't route a troop of Brownies...  The Patriot movement as defined on social media may be organized in some peoples mind but they couldn't take on a well managed Cub Scout troop... and win. 

You have no concept of what it takes to organize a revolution... or a  dominant and successful National Political Party.   You are out there in la, la land blowing smoke up your buddies arse... if you think for one moment your groups have the power to run this country or too successfully pursue a revolution... you simply are not thinking at all.

The last time I viewed any information about The Cub Scouts, or Boy Scouts, they were in deep with Pedophilia, to compare the Cub Scouts or the Girl Scouts to Mr. Jordan, one must reflect back to his military service. This is why the Government fear the Men and Woman of the United States Military, the ability to kill, and that is what they were trained to do.

 I do not think we need a New Declaration of Independence, nope sure don't. But seeing how those in office are committed to treason agaisnt the sovereignty of America, there may not be no other way around it, other the a war. Treason is what we see, so you may feel it is treason to consider a war against them in office, it is not. It is the right of the people to remove a corrupt Government, even by force.


The first step is to use what was provided in the Constitution for the people to change the Government which has become recalcitrant and unresponsive to the will of the people. That is the Article V provisions. The people have yet to use it to alleviate their problems under a more and more oppressive Government. We need to do that first.

TRUMP:  Trump To Give ‘Start Your Engines’ Command At Dayton

President Donald Trump will give the command for drivers to start their engines before the Daytona 500.

Daytona International Speedway officials named Trump the grand marshal for NASCAR’s season opener, meaning he will deliver the most famous four words in auto racing. “Gentleman, start your engines,” has been a staple of races around the country and world for decades.

White House spokesman Judd Deere said Thursday the president plans to attend the race. Track president Chip Wile confirmed the news in a release.

“Daytona International Speedway has been privileged to have hosted several sitting presidents of the United States over our history,” Wile said. “We’re honored that the president of the United States has chosen to experience the pageantry and excitement of ‘The Great American Race.’”

Trump is the third sitting president to attend a race at Daytona, but only the second to attend the Daytona 500. George W. Bush attended in 2004. Trump is the first to be given an honorary role in pre-race ceremonies.

Trump is scheduled to spend part of the Presidents Day weekend at his private club in Palm Beach, Florida.

The Federal Aviation Administration issued a flight restriction for Sunday and the U.S. Secret Service, which is responsible for presidential security, also tweeted to fans that drones are prohibited within 30 miles of the race in Daytona Beach — a restriction put in place for presidential visits.

Trump has hosted previous NASCAR champions at the White House and last October awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom to motorsports titan Roger Penske. Last year, Trump also praised retired driver Mario Andretti, the Daytona 500 winner in 1967, reminiscing about a ride Andretti gave him in a race car for his reality show “The Apprentice.”

“I said, ‘Mario, get me out of here. I want to get out of this car,’” Trump recalled. “We went so fast. We literally — we covered four blocks in like a second.”
