SECURITY CLEARANCE ISN’T A CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT

Of all the nonsense that has been generated since Donald Trump’s divinely-inspired victory in 2016, probably the silliest has involved scumbag/commie-John Brennan’s finally losing his security clearance.
The fact is that nobody has satisfactorily explained why any former member of the federal government shouldn’t automatically lose his or her clearance after leaving the job. Those who have made the attempt have been forced to suggest it’s because current members of the Trump administration might wish to pick the brains of their predecessors. When I first heard that theory expressed, I thought it was a joke. But it turned out I was the only person laughing.
Can you imagine any situation when Mike Pompeo, John Bolton or Dan Coats would say to himself: “I wonder what scumbag/commie-John Brennan, scumbag-James Clapper, Andrew McCabe, scumbag-James Comey, Peter Strzok. Michael Hayden thinks about this. I better give the genius a call”?
A far better question is why any of these people ever got the job in the first place. That is particularly true when it comes to scumbag/commie-John Brennan, who went directly from the CIA to MSNBC, showing an unnatural affinity for initials. I have to wonder how a man who, in the 1976 presidential election, in the midst of the Cold War, cast his ballot for the man who was on the Soviet payroll, Gus Hall, could possibly be entrusted to oversee our national security.
Louisiana’s Senator John Kennedy, who, alone among members of Congress, has a gift for the bon mot, refers toscumbag/commie-Brennan as a butthead.
If you listened to the other buttheads on TV, including Carl Bernstein, Mark Warner, Richard Blumenthal and scumbag-James Clapper, you would have thought that denying security clearance to a Never-Trumper who is currently employed at a cable news network was tantamount to blowing up the Washington Monument.
Some called it “Nixonian” and referred to it as “unprecedented,” seemingly unaware of the fact that if Richard Nixon had done something similar, it could not also be unprecedented.
We even had a retired admiral, William McRaven, who was so upset at the idea of scumbag/commie-Brennan’s being publicly shamed that the nincompoop asked that his own clearance be revoked. I had initially misspelled the admiral’s name, believing it was McCraven, which, all things considered, is what it should have been.
If I had his ear, I would tell the admiral that unless he was currently working for the federal government and could be trusted to keep a secret, he should not have security clearance. And judging by his loony and disloyal comment, I’d say he never should have had it.
Security clearance should not be confused with the gold watch they hand retirees on their way out the door.
What is truly unprecedented is that the former head of the CIA would label a sitting President a traitor, meaningscumbag/commie-Brennan believes that President Trump should be tried, found guilty and executed.
One of the more amusing things said aboutscumbag/commie-Brennan’s losing his security clearance is that it was done to silence him. This is a guy who immediately got to defend himself with a self-serving editorial in the New York Times and appearances on every anti-Trump cable news show on television.
I wish someone would silence me that way.
⦿ Speaking of questions, I have a few I rarely if ever hear being asked of left-wingers, even when they dare wander off the reservation and show up on Fox News.
Why are people still having abortions all these years after the invention of the Pill, sex education in schools and other readily-available birth control devices? Wouldn’t it be cheaper and more humane in the long run if Planned Parenthood provided sterilization procedures instead of abortions?
Why is it that Socialism invariably turns into totalitarianism and how is it that Socialists never seem to recognize that fact?
Why is it that no matter which Party is in power, political scofflaws are so rarely indicted for their crimes?
Why are dummycrats-Democrats always attacking the super-rich when nearly all of the super-rich aredummycrats-Democrats?
Why, if strict gun control laws are the solution to gun violence, is there so much gun violence in the places with the strictest gun control laws?
If Russian meddling in our elections is as big a deal as thedummycrats-Democrats claim, why is it that President scumbag/liar-nObama did nothing about it? Why is it that, instead, he promised to be increasingly flexible where Russia was concerned after the 2012 election? And why is it that his national defense team, which consisted of such super patriots as scumbag-James Clapper,scumbag/commie-John Brennan, Michael Hayden,scumbag-James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Susan Rice, Lisa Page, Peter Strzok, Bruce Ohr and Loretta Lynch, didn’t send up a flare?
How is it that dummycrats-Democrats are able to claim with a straight face that illegal aliens are more law-abiding and harder workers than the rest of us when they all broke the law when they snuck across the border and half of them are dependent on our tax dollars to survive?
Why are anchor babies the only people in America, at least aside from politicians, who are allowed to profit from the commission of a crime?
I happen to know the answers, not because I’m so smart, but because the answers are so obvious that even Nancy Pulosi could come up with them if you put her on the rack or told her that not only are plastic straws outlawed, but, unless she comes clean, so is plastic surgery.
⦿ Even though the leaders of the dummycrats-Democratic Party are nearly as old as I am, they will be relieved to know that their eventual replacements are already on the scene, and I’m not merely referring to commie-Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
In Baltimore, an 11-year-old 6th grader, Mariana Taylor, is already showing signs that she’s ready to accept the baton from Pulosi and run with it.
During the Pledge of Allegiance, she remained seated. She admits she got her inspiration from Colin Kaepernick, stating: “He stood up for what he believed in even though he could get fired.”
You can see why I believe she is more than ready to take a leadership role in the dummycrats-Democratic Party. Clearly, if Kaepernick had stood up, we wouldn’t be stuck with all these moronic copycats in the NFL and our 6th grade classrooms.
⦿ Although we are all aware of the fact that California elects the goofiest politicians in America, closely followed by New York and Illinois, you ignore Minnesota at your own risk.
I suspect that, like me, you assumed that once creepy Al Franken was forced to resign from the Senate, Minnesota would go back to just being famous for having artificial body parts and accessories among its major exports.
But when it comes to political oddities, Minnesota doesn’t have to take a backseat to anyone. In the recent primary election to select an Attorney General, a majority of its citizens decided that not even reports of having repeatedly committed domestic violence was enough to prevent them from selecting scumbag-Keith Ellison to be the state’s primary law enforcement official.
But they weren’t through. In a special election to replace Rep. scumbag-Ellison, a Muslim, in Congress, thedummycrats-Democrats selected another Muslim named Ilhan Omar to represent the district.
Ms. Omar, an immigrant from Somalia, was apparently never married to the man who sired her children, but either is or was married to her brother.
Point, set and match, to Minnesota.
⦿ But not even Minnesota has a monopoly on political oddities. In Georgia, a former congressional candidate in the 10th district, Kellie Collins, a zealot when it comes to gun control laws, shot and killed her former campaign treasurer, Curtis Cain.
Clearly, a classic case of do as I say, not as I do.
⦿ Some people have asked why it is I write so often. It’s because people in and around politics keep saying and doing so much really dumb shit.
For instance, in an effort to stop having to jail people of color so often, Congress is looking to reduce jail time for those engaged in drug trafficking. If that doesn’t achieve the desired results, they will simply pass a law making drug trafficking legal.
It wouldn't be unprecedented. After all, that is how they've seen fit to tackle the problem of illegal immigration.
