Report: Ineligible Aliens Registering to Vote and Casting Ballots

October 2nd, 2016

The Public Interest Legal Foundation published a report based on voting history records in Virginia showing that large numbers of ineligible aliens are registering to vote and casting ballots. They are canceling out the valid votes of American citizens. In some Virginia jurisdictions, the number of people registered to vote exceeds the number of citizens eligible to vote.

The full report is available here.

An excerpt is below:

“An investigation in Virginia by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) and the Virginia Voter’s Alliance (VVA) shows that the cause of this problem is something much worse than simple ineffective governance. Worse still, Virginia state election officials are obstructing access to public records that reveal the extent to which non-citizens are participating in our elections. These obstructionist tactics have led to PILF and VVA obtaining data from only a handful of Virginia counties so far. But the information from a few counties demonstrates a massive problem.

In our small sample of just eight Virginia counties who responded to our public inspection requests, we found 1046 aliens who registered to vote illegally.

The problem is most certainly exponentially worse because we have no data regarding aliens on the registration rolls for the other 125 Virginia localities. Even in this small sample, when the voting history of this small sample of alien registrants is examined, nearly 200 verified ballots were cast before they were removed from the rolls. Each one of them is likely a felony.”

It is time that public officials be charged with election fraud... they are deliberately and knowingly permitting voter registration and election fraud.  They must be held accountable and severely punished where convicted... maximum prison sentences.

The electoral system in America is rigged... in many ways.  Everything from the way nominations are made to the actual conduct of elections is fraught with fraud and electioneering... managed elections are the result. The people's will is being overturned by the use of fraudulent elections... and both parties are guilty of allowing this to occur.

The Citizens of the United States no longer hold an exclusive franchise on voting and their elections are rigged... RIGGED yet, they simply whimper, cite the fraud, and go on with their lives... wondering how their system of government has become so corrupt.  It is time for direct action ... if there is to be any hope for Trump to win... we must take to the streets by the millions ... on strike and in unity demanding our agents of government conduct honest elections this election cycle.  OR... or we shut down the country with peaceful civil strikes... and massive assemblies demanding the government resign, term limits be passed and new elections under the supervision of independent private public observers be conducted.

Paper ballots ... not electronic voting should be demanded this election cycle... we can wait a few days for the true count to be conducted.

Indeed, Col. Nelson.  But the American people should have organized in their states before this, and started a cleanup there and then.   It may be too late now.

I certainly hope not.  It is all such a blot on this country's history.  We have allowed ourselves to be treated like the worst of banana republics.  At least in most of them, the voter is still required to dip their finger in purple dye for the day.  But here, we don't even know if the voter is a citizen or not.  In my state, all you have to do is put your name on the voter reg roll, without showing proof of citizenship.  And with no photo ID required, the person could be being bussed to various precincts by the cheaters.  It's monstrous.

But the key is to ELIMINATE THE ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINES.  It doesn't matter what goes into them; all that matters is what comes out of them.  After their info has gone to a central counting place, and been intercepted along the way and massaged, to a chosen percentile.  Disgusting stuff.

The Left are criminal. Shoot every democrat out there.

You first. Everyone has a couch solution. I see no one banding together. You republican congress or senator ate complicit on this. Tim Huelskamp was removed by his own party because he speaks for the people. Must band together like 240 years ago to the date or won't work.

Looks like we having an Election ,Mexican Style!    I remember kidding around for years, about how corrupt Mexico was, but we've outdone them!!

that is a clear crime according to our constitution, why are we not arresting democratic politicians and the Obama administration and stacking them like cord wood in Gitmo

Because the Republicans are in on it too. The entire government and nedia are against the people.

Name one instance where Republicans backed fraud at the voting polls.  We have proven instances where time after time, Democrats have thwarted the election process; we have proven instances where watch groups have found that fraud; and we have proven instances where Democrats, media, and liberal judges ignore it completely and allow the fraud to continue election after election.

Mississippi, Primary Elections for US Senator ... 2014.  GOP sponsored payments for Black Democrats to 'cross over'... illegally ... to vote for the incumbent RINO Sen. Thad Cochran, in the GOP Elite's effort to defeat the Tea Party challenger, Chris McDaniel.

Sheriffs in each county must investigate the County Board of Elections and State Board of Elections, Governor McAliaff and George Soros!

I agree totally the criminal democrats must be stopped and pay for their crimes..

All the fraudulent polling stations need to be shut down and declared null & void regarding legal ballots & the persons responsible for letting illegals & immigrant non-citizens vote should be charged with felonies!

Horrible: Democrats Set The Constitution On Fire With Fraudulent Impeachment

House Democrats unveiled two articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump on Tuesday morning after an investigation that violated fundamental provisions of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

The investigation of the president began with the complaint of a so-called “whistleblower” who turned out to be a rogue Central Intelligence Agency employee, protected by a lawyer who had called for a “coup” against Trump in early 2017.

Democrats first demanded that the “whistleblower” be allowed to testify. But after House Intelligence Committee chair Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) was found to have lied about his committee’s contact with the “whistleblower,” and after details of the “whistleblower’s” bias began to leak, Democrats reversed course. In violation of the President Trump’s Sixth Amendment right to confront his accuser, Democrats refused to allow the “whistleblower” to testify. They argue the president’s procedural rights, even if they existed, would not apply until he was tried in the Senate — but they also invented a fraudulent “right to anonymity” that, they hope, might conceal the whistleblower even then.

Schiff began the “impeachment inquiry” in secret, behind the closed doors of the Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF) in the basement of the U.S. Capitol, even though none of the testimony was deemed classified. Few members of Congress were allowed access. Schiff allowed selective bits of testimony to leak to friendly media, while withholding transcripts of testimony.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), having allowed the secret process to unfold, legitimized it with a party-line vote authorizing the inquiry. The House resolution denied President Trump the procedural rights enjoyed by Presidents Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton, and denied the minority party the traditional right to object to witnesses called by the majority.

Rather than the House Judiciary Committee, which traditionally handles impeachment, Pelosi also deputized the House Intelligence Committee to conduct fact-finding; the Judiciary Committee was turned into a rubber stamp. Schiff held a few public hearings, but often failed to release transcripts containing exculpatory evidence until after they had passed.

In the course of the Intelligence Committee’s investigation, Schiff quietly spied on the telephone records of his Republican counterpart, Ranking Member Devin Nunes (R-CA). He also snooped on the phone records of a journalist, John Solomon; and on the phone records of former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, acting as President Trump’s personal lawyer.

Schiff’s eavesdropping violated both the First Amendment right to press freedom and the Sixth Amendment right to counsel. Yet he proceeded undeterred by constitutional rights, publishing the phone logs in his committee’s report without warning, confirmation, or explanation, alleging that Nunes and the others were part of a conspiracy to assist the president’s allegedly impeachable conduct. When Republicans on the Judiciary Committee asked the Intelligence Committee’s majority counsel, Daniel Goldman, to explain the phone logs, he refused to answer,

Ironically, Schiff had done exactly what Democrats accuse Trump of doing: abused his power to dig up dirt on political opponents, then obstructed a congressional investigation into his party’s and his committee’s misconduct.

Democrats’ articles of impeachment include one for the dubious charge of “abuse of power,” which is not mentioned in the Constitution; and one for “obstruction of Congress,” which in this case is an abuse of power in itself.

Alexander Hamilton, writing about impeachment in Federalist 65, warned that “there will always be the greatest danger that the decision will be regulated more by the comparative strength of parties, than by the real demonstrations of innocence or guilt.” Democrats have fulfilled Hamilton’s worst fears.

The Trump impeachment will soon replace the 1868 impeachment of President Andrew Johnson — which the House Judiciary Committee staff actually cited as a positive precedent — as the worst in American history.

In service of their “coup,” Democrats have trampled the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The Republic has never been in greater danger.

You don't get to interrupt me
