Peaceful Civil Disobedience... Lech Walesa's 'Solidarity Movement', a plan which worked to unseat a communist regiem

The solution is massive PEACEFUL assemblies and STRIKES... the people must rise up in mass... tens of millions in assembly, occupying every Capitol in the Nation,  petitioning the government (state and federal) to immediately and properly address their grievances.  We need to think outside the box... to engage heretofore unused powers (massive persistent assembly and strikes), if we are to achieve national reform.

Lech Walesa and the Polish 'Solidarity Movement' should become our model for the PEACEFUL reformation of our government.  The power of the People lies in their ability  and WILLINGNESS to apply selective and progressive Strikes, coupled with massive assemblies, on a national basis... until the government aggress to their demands for reform.  Their willingness to leave their homes and jobs... too, remain in assembly and on strike, are the keys to PEACEFUL reformation.

However, such a movement will require LEADERSHIP capable of resourcing this massive national undertaking.  We need the equivalent of a George Soros's too provide the resources necessary too accomplish this task.  America must find strong and confident leadership, willing and capable of undertaking such a movement. As of yet, no one has risen to accept this challenge... no one appears to be willing to pledge their life, liberty (high potential of arrest)  and personal fortune to the cause of liberty.

There seems to be no modern day equivalent... for George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, and the hundreds of others, who gave their all to the cause of liberty. Until we find leaders, capable and willing, to undertake a movement similar to the Polish 'Solidarity Movement', America will have no avenue for the peaceful redress of her grievances. This Administration, Congress, and the Judiciary, are all corrupt... beyond repair using the routine political process... We must find a new path... we must engage the power of the people (assembly and strikes)

The People are fooling themselves if they think their VOTE COUNTS or that elections will deliver us from the hands of the tyrants in charge of our government.  The venue for peaceful resolution is a narrow one... One, that will require strong, effective, leadership and a level of commitment by the people that has not surfaced to date.

This movement must find the leadership and resources necessary to capitalize on the people's innate power too bring about peaceful reform... their right to engage in massive assemblies; the right to withhold their labor and taxes... these are the keys to peaceful reform and they rest in the hands of the people. These keys will unlock the door, thru which the American Dream may be rapidly and peacefully restored.

Tonight, we say goodbye to 2012 - Tomorrow, the Fight Begins!

The leadership at Patriots Union, Veteran Defenders and now The North American Law Center are 100% committed to taking the fight to the enemies of freedom and liberty no matter the odds.

Today, we released this NOTICE to be served upon every member of the US Congress before they confirm the 2012 election.

We have also made a constituent version available for ALL members to send to your House and Senate Reps.

At the very least, use the constituent version to send to your representatives in DC, no latter than Wednesday the 2nd.

If you can, help raise financial support for this and other vital actions to follow at The North American Law Center.

Next, 2013 state legislative sessions will open beginning in January. Make sure that YOU are engaged in passing The Balance of Powers Act in your state, as without this piece of vital legislation, NO other state bill intended to protect the people of your state can withstand the federal government and their corrupt federal courts.

Last, we intend to file the Criminal Complaint as soon as we have raised the funds needed to see that initiative through.

We will also launch a Second Amendment protection suit as soon as we can.

If I'm not mistaken the notice served is intend too alert Congress of their 'criminal' culpability if they don't act to stop Obama from taking office.  It is about time the legal profession takes the initial steps to put Congress on notice, that their actions are subject to a criminal complaint... they will no longer be able to claim ignorance.  Misprision of a felony, aiding and abetting a felony, criminal malfeasance, etc., etc.

Last night I was helping with my church's New Year's eve communion service.  In my quest for understanding about my role in the church, politics, and their intersection, I noticed an American flag on the left side at the back of the choir seating section.  On the right side was another flag, and when I asked about it no one seemed to know exactly what it was, but thought it was a flag of Christianity.  Is the American Flag in your church sanctuary? Is your state flat displayed?

I am currently reading a book called "They Fired the First Shot" and I am finding it to be an excellent book! Part of the back cover says "Chinese Warrior Sun Tsu taught that in order to win every battle, you must know yourself and you must know your enemy. We know that the USA is facing an attack unlike anything it has ever experienced in history. Why are we losing battle after battle in the face of an all advancing evil? It's because we don't know ourselves and we don't know our enemy. After reading "They Fired the First Shot 2012" you will learn how to know yourself, you will learn how to know your enemy, and you will know what to do...

This is the only answer.

ohh.... OK,...you take the lead.  Please report back, and let us know of the progress.....thanks!

Lech Walesa's Solidarity Movement... a plan for the times.  The Patriot may desire to become schooled in the strategies and tactics of Poland's Solidarity Movement gleaning from them the lessons learned in their battle for liberty.  The Solidarity Movement managed to peacefully unseat a repressive communist government thru peaceful strikes and massive acts of civil disobedience.  This non-violent movement managed to reclaim liberty for the Polish people and bears some consideration by our Patriot movement in America.

LIGHTER SIDE

ALERT ALERT

Romney Handed Shock
Defeat By Own State’s GOP

Mitt Romney is back in state politics, this time in Utah instead of Massachusetts. However, conservatives in The Beehive State aren’t exactly warming up to the 2012 Republican standard-bearer quite the way many people expected they would.

After finishing second in votes at the state GOP convention, Romney will now face a primary in his run for the Senate seat being vacated by Orrin Hatch, Fox News reported.

At the convention in West Valley City on Saturday, Romney polled just behind state lawmaker Mike Kennedy.

Kennedy captured 50.18 percent of the delegate vote compared to Romney’s 49.12 percent.

That means the two will face off in a primary on June 26 to determine who will represent the GOP this fall.

Romney, the first Mormon to head a major party ticket, is considered an extremely popular figure in Utah and was widely expected to have an easy path to the upper chamber.

In a hypothetical matchup with Democrat Jenny Wilson, at least one poll showed Romney up by 46 percent. That’s, uh, slightly more than the margin of error.

However, among party loyalists, Romney isn’t exactly viewed with unalloyed fondness.

The 2012 presidential nominee was always known for being decidedly moderate, particularly on issues of immigration and global trade. There was also the fact that he ran a campaign so bumbling that it almost made Michael Dukakis look good.

And then there was Romney’s war of words with Donald Trump during the 2016 campaign, which likely led many to perceive he secretly wished Hillary Clinton would take the Oval Office.

Trump would later consider Romney as a secretary of state pick, although how serious the president-elect was about appointing him is something we’ll likely never know.

While your average Utah Republican is unlikely to let these slights affect their vote, hardcore party activists probably don’t want another RINO who isn’t exactly known for his rapport with the president in the upper chamber of Congress, no matter how famous he may be.

For his part, Romney tried to put a good spin on the humiliation.

“I’m delighted with the outcome. Did very, very well,” he told KSTU. “On to a good, important primary ahead. This is terrific for the people of Utah.”

Dude, you just lost to a guy nobody has ever heard of. However, Kennedy was happy with the results, and unlike Romney, he had good reason to be.

“I’m a candidate with a compelling life story and a unique set of life circumstances I’d like to use to serve the people of Utah,” Kennedy said.

I have no idea what that story or those circumstances are, but I think the key point here is that he’s not Mitt Romney. If he wants to win, that’s pretty much what he should be focusing on. I can see the billboards now. “Mike Kennedy: Not Mitt Romney.” “Mike Kennedy: He didn’t borrow Ward Cleaver’s haircut.” “Mike Kennedy: Because Utah deserves a senator whose favorite food isn’t buttered noodles.”

Utah’s electorate tends to be less conservative than convention-goers, so it’s unlikely that Romney won’t be the GOP nominee for Senate. However, that’s not a 100 percent certainty — and it wouldn’t be the first time he’s lost to a Kennedy.

What do you think?
