Ohio Bill introduced to regulate men's reproductive health

Before getting a prescription for Viagra or other erectile dysfunction drugs, men would have to see a sex therapist, receive a cardiac stress test and get a notarized affidavit signed by a sexual partner affirming impotency, if state Sen. Nina Turner has her way.

The Cleveland Democrat introduced Senate Bill 307 this week.

A critic of efforts to restrict abortion and contraception for women, Turner says she is concerned about men’s reproductive health. Turner’s bill joins a trend of female lawmakers submitting bills regulating men’s health. Turner said if state policymakers want to legislate women’s health choices through measures such as House Bill 125, known as the “Heartbeat bill,” they should also be able to legislate men’s reproductive health. Ohio anti-abortion advocates say the two can’t be compared.

I can see how this is the state of House Speaker Bonehead. To those who just know best for men (even though they may not be one themselves) what men and their doctors should be deciding, I have one great big talking point for them to choke down (probably the best use of their talents too).

Some of this stuff is so ridicules it is hard to comment on without peeing my pants.

Carbon taxes and socialized medicine the two institutions that completely control you from cradle to grave.

besides this screwing up your chance to own a gun.....does this go for all minorities and muslims too. if you go near a section 8 neighborhood...look at all the kids running loose, and many of them have no fathers, or the mothers have kids from different donors...and then are we going to mandate this to all illegals...just wondering.

More round about ways for dems to introduce mental health in to your health to take guns away.....look what the left hand is doing while the right is introducing this crap.....seems to me we got a long fine before these drugs hit the market....

Another BIT*H that NEEDS to find another JOB next election .

As good an example as you'll meet of my view that Americans hate liberty. For example, close to 100% of tolks here would call themselves conservatives and say they hate government regulation but well past 90% would immediately say "But abortion should be illegal." And that's the point that these ladies are trying to make. Liberty's liberty: If the government regulates what women can do reproductively isn't it just as logical that it regulate men's reproductive functions?

We COULD actually cut the number of abortions dramatically if we made that the goal rather than the goal being more laws. But the laws are less work, so that's what we do. WRITING MORE LAWS AGAINST STUFF IS NOT CONSERVATIVE.

Why not require men to have a vasectomy following a pregnancy of his unwed partner? You'd certainly cut down on the number of serial welfare mothers.

But the Fathers want these welfare Mothers to help support them. It is not the responsible people that need a vasectomy, it is the food stamp, welfare, Obama phone, illegals, and lazy people that need it. However, President Obama would be in court because he would loose a voter.

Thanks I needed a good laugh for the day.  Obama care, IRS running it.  This has disaster written all over it.

The world is over-populated... didn't you guys know that??? LOL

Now they want to play with our BALL,S  !!!!! lol lol lol lol lol lol

If I should ever be fortunate enough to have an erection lasting more than 4 hours, I sure won't call my doctor ... I'll call more lady friends. Sen. Nina Turner will NOT be on my “To DO List”.

Should any of us common folk ever be reckless enough to file a "frivolous" or "spurious" legal action, against another person, just to punish them or to get even, charges not rooted in truth or fact, but instead founded on vindictive fiction; any judge will throw the book at YOU the plaintiff, not at the accused. Usually you will receive a humiliating public lecture, a warning against further punitive attempts and will direct YOU to pay all court costs and lawyer fees … including the defendant’s attorney.

I went to Sen. Nina Turner’s congressional website to review the genesis and evolution of her “frivolous” bill; and I found it to be her purely personal attack on a few of her fellow Ohio legislators. All her BS and gamesmanship is at the taxpayers’ expense. She can play in her private Congressional playground as long as she wishes >>> all at the Ohio taxpayers’ expense – NOT HERS.

Pay attention, voters of OHIO. Like almost everywhere in the US, you are electing and re-electing the rancid architects of your own demise. God help us all!

Florida Sheriff — “I Will Not Enforce Assault Weapons Ban, Neither Will Most Sheriffs”

Dennis Lemma, who is the Sheriff in Central Florida’s Seminole County, told a group of 2nd Amendment activists recently that he would not enforce an assault weapons ban that could soon become Florida law if the “Ban Assault Weapons Now” amendment passes in the Sunshine State.

According to News965, the ban has the following specifications.

The amendment proposed in the state legislature would ban possession of assault weapons, which are defined as “semiautomatic rifles and shotguns capable of holding more than 10 rounds of ammunition at once, either in fixed or detachable magazine, or any other ammunition feeding device.”

Lemma, an ardent supporter of the 2nd Amendment and a first term sheriff who is running for re-election, said this about whether or not he would enforce such a law.

“It’s not only that I wouldn’t, the majority of sheriffs across the state would not do it,” Lemma said in the video. It’s up to the sheriffs what they are willing to enforce.”
