OBAMA QUIETLY EXPANDS GOVERNMENT'S 'WATCHLIST'

The Obama administration has quietly rewritten the rules on how it goes about designating Americans as terrorists, according to a new report by Glenn Greenwald’s Intercept online investigations project.

The report details how Obama has expanded the terrorist watch list system, “authorizing a secret process that requires neither ‘concrete facts’ nor ‘irrefutable evidence’ to designate an American or foreigner as a terrorist,” according to a key government document obtained by the Intercept.

POLL: Do you believe the United States government is beginning to resemble a totalitarian regime?

Instead of actual evidence, all the government need is the nebulous “reasonable suspicion,” which is considered one the lowest standards of proof in the American legal system. It’s less than “probable cause,” which is required to make an arrest.

Greenwald, a former investigative reporter for the U.K.-based Guardian who broke the Edward Snowden story about NSA spying on Americans, left the newspaper late last year to start the Intercept.

A 166-page document obtained by Intercept titled “March 2013 Watch listing Guidance” was issued last year by the National Counterterrorism Center. It identifies for the first time the government’s secret rules for placing people on its main terrorist database, as well as the no-fly list and the selectee list, which triggers enhanced screening at airports and border crossings.

The federal government shares its watch list data with local law enforcement, foreign governments and “private entities,” Intercept reported.

It is not going to take five years, it is happening now!

I SUPPOSE THE TERRORIST CAMPS IN MOST STATES , AND THE MIDDLE EASTERN ILLEGALS WILL NEVER MAKE IT ON THAT LIST , ONLY CHRISTIANS AND PATRIOTS . WHAT A CREEP !

A Country Founded by Geniuses but Run by Idiots!

If you can get arrested for hunting or fishing without a license, but
not for entering and remaining in the country illegally — you might
live in a nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

If you have to get your parents’ permission to go on a field trip or
to take an aspirin in school, but not to get an abortion — you might
live in a nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

If you MUST show your identification to board an airplane, cash a
check, buy liquor, or check out a library book and rent a video, but not
to vote for who runs the government — you might live in a nation that
was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

If the government wants to prevent stable, law-abiding citizens from
owning gun magazines that hold more than ten rounds, but gives twenty
F-16 fighter jets to the crazy new leaders in Egypt — you might live in a
nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

If, in the nation’s largest city, you can buy two 16-ounce sodas, but
not one 24-ounce soda, because 24-ounces of a sugary drink might make
you fat — you might live in a nation that was founded by geniuses but is
run by idiots.

If an 80-year-old woman or a three-year-old girl who is confined to a
wheelchair can be strip-searched by the TSA at the airport, but a woman
in a burka or a hijab is only subject to having her neck and head
searched — you might live in a nation that was founded by geniuses but
is run by idiots.

If your government believes that the best way to eradicate trillions
of dollars of debt is to spend trillions more — you might live in a
nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

If a seven-year-old boy can be thrown out of school for saying his
teacher is “cute,” but hosting a sexual exploration or diversity class
in grade school is perfectly acceptable — you might live in a nation
that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

If hard work and success are met with higher taxes and more
government regulation and intrusion, while not working is rewarded with
Food Stamps, WIC checks, Medicaid benefits, subsidized housing, and free
cell phones — you might live in a nation that was founded by geniuses
but is run by idiots.

If the government’s plan for getting people back to work is to
provide incentives for not working, by granting 99 weeks of unemployment
checks, without any requirement to prove that gainful employment was
diligently sought, but couldn’t be found — you might live in a nation
that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

If you pay your mortgage faithfully, denying yourself the newest
big-screen TV, while your neighbor buys iPhones, time shares, a
wall-sized do-it-all plasma screen TV and new cars, and the government
forgives his debt when he defaults on his mortgage — you might live in a
nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

If being stripped of your Constitutional right to defend yourself
makes you more “safe” according to the government — you might live in a
nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

If the media panders to your openly socialist leader while the IRS targets groups with dissenting views— you might live in a nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

If your government 'cracks down' on legal gun sales to law abiding citizens while secretly supplying illegal guns to Mexican drug cartels— you might live in a nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

If your local government (Chicago) outlawed gun ownership for 'the safety of its citizens' and now boasts the worst murder rate in the country — you might live in a nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

What a country!

How about we give God a reason to continue blessing America?

This was borrowed from another blog, please spread it far and wide!

Oh whoopee! The punk draws another line in the  sand.

Uh, The Gulag Archipelago, There was one, and then there was none. He was seen and then unseen, for no apparent reason. This is serious folks, I see things taking place now that are beyond shocking. Being in the public eye, I see things many people don't. Be alert and be vigilant. Make sure You have someone that checks on you occasionally, a friend, a neighbor, or family member.  Not trying to be an alarmist, just trying to be realistic.

If you are not on the government watchlist....you are not paying attention.

If this Dork would pay more attention to the international events and less to us, the world would be better off and just maybe we would trust this Muslim Maggot a small bit  more!?

This un-American , corrupted and fraud-base current administration does use anything at their disposal to 'check' who is with the and who is not with them, let's be clear and brief,....just a thing or two.

VERIZON, ATT, SPRINT,THE INTERNET,.....everyone!

Walk with me;

From an administration that obviously is interested and is actively destroying our country systematically from within,...we are suppose to believe this;

"Telephone taping abroad for national security purposes?.....to know,... who
from this country is / are communicating with terrorists overseas and / or internally
inside USA"

Who in the galaxy would swallow that one?....who?

Telephone-taping is for the use of those terrorist operatives inside - and
linked with - the government in order to know who is / are with the Obama
regime...and who is / are not with the Obama regime.

Those operatives are everywhere, in the military, in the industry, in the
communication outlets (radio,...tv,...internet)

Islamic-muslim infiltrations (among others enemies) are inside the
governmental spectrum at key position in order to facilitate the destruction -
from within - of our great country.

Far fetch?... let's take just a short and small look at it, shall we?

Obama Stands by Muslim Brotherhood Endorsement

For the first time, a US government supports granting a government role to an extremist Islamic organization: the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt.

"""While your Gadsden flag is certainly amusing, it totally misses the point.  It is NOT just the Obama administration that is the problem.  By giving the federal government access to (almost) unlimited money [via the income tax], we give them (almost) unlimited power.  ALL administrations are going to be overreaching UNTIL we cut off the money.  We have to fix the underlying problem...""

No the Gadsden flag makes the point it was intended to == You raised a different point but you are mistaken - The government prints fiat money to run itself while taxes are used to take some money out of circulation -- So with this said how do you propose to "Cut off All The Money"  Go ahead we are all ears!!!

Does anyone here think that we are not all individually being monitored just for being on this site?   Since I joined, I have had numerous email abnormalities, though it is through yahoo, which could be part of the problem.  Everything we say, watch, read is probably being monitored with profiles generated.  (Hello NSA! )  Whether it is believing in God, our Lord Jesus, or the founding documents and laws of our country, we then automatically are classified as terrorists.  America, as we know it, has been taken over.  It doesn't have to stay that way, though.

Duh...Diane..I knew in 2008 when king o usurped power and that cold dread flowed over me..I knew then what was in store....and told my family.....this is Hitler/Stalin/Pol Pot/ and Mao revisited all in one.....with MANY, MANY useful idiots!

Horrible: Democrats Set The Constitution On Fire With Fraudulent Impeachment

House Democrats unveiled two articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump on Tuesday morning after an investigation that violated fundamental provisions of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

The investigation of the president began with the complaint of a so-called “whistleblower” who turned out to be a rogue Central Intelligence Agency employee, protected by a lawyer who had called for a “coup” against Trump in early 2017.

Democrats first demanded that the “whistleblower” be allowed to testify. But after House Intelligence Committee chair Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) was found to have lied about his committee’s contact with the “whistleblower,” and after details of the “whistleblower’s” bias began to leak, Democrats reversed course. In violation of the President Trump’s Sixth Amendment right to confront his accuser, Democrats refused to allow the “whistleblower” to testify. They argue the president’s procedural rights, even if they existed, would not apply until he was tried in the Senate — but they also invented a fraudulent “right to anonymity” that, they hope, might conceal the whistleblower even then.

Schiff began the “impeachment inquiry” in secret, behind the closed doors of the Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF) in the basement of the U.S. Capitol, even though none of the testimony was deemed classified. Few members of Congress were allowed access. Schiff allowed selective bits of testimony to leak to friendly media, while withholding transcripts of testimony.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), having allowed the secret process to unfold, legitimized it with a party-line vote authorizing the inquiry. The House resolution denied President Trump the procedural rights enjoyed by Presidents Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton, and denied the minority party the traditional right to object to witnesses called by the majority.

Rather than the House Judiciary Committee, which traditionally handles impeachment, Pelosi also deputized the House Intelligence Committee to conduct fact-finding; the Judiciary Committee was turned into a rubber stamp. Schiff held a few public hearings, but often failed to release transcripts containing exculpatory evidence until after they had passed.

In the course of the Intelligence Committee’s investigation, Schiff quietly spied on the telephone records of his Republican counterpart, Ranking Member Devin Nunes (R-CA). He also snooped on the phone records of a journalist, John Solomon; and on the phone records of former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, acting as President Trump’s personal lawyer.

Schiff’s eavesdropping violated both the First Amendment right to press freedom and the Sixth Amendment right to counsel. Yet he proceeded undeterred by constitutional rights, publishing the phone logs in his committee’s report without warning, confirmation, or explanation, alleging that Nunes and the others were part of a conspiracy to assist the president’s allegedly impeachable conduct. When Republicans on the Judiciary Committee asked the Intelligence Committee’s majority counsel, Daniel Goldman, to explain the phone logs, he refused to answer,

Ironically, Schiff had done exactly what Democrats accuse Trump of doing: abused his power to dig up dirt on political opponents, then obstructed a congressional investigation into his party’s and his committee’s misconduct.

Democrats’ articles of impeachment include one for the dubious charge of “abuse of power,” which is not mentioned in the Constitution; and one for “obstruction of Congress,” which in this case is an abuse of power in itself.

Alexander Hamilton, writing about impeachment in Federalist 65, warned that “there will always be the greatest danger that the decision will be regulated more by the comparative strength of parties, than by the real demonstrations of innocence or guilt.” Democrats have fulfilled Hamilton’s worst fears.

The Trump impeachment will soon replace the 1868 impeachment of President Andrew Johnson — which the House Judiciary Committee staff actually cited as a positive precedent — as the worst in American history.

In service of their “coup,” Democrats have trampled the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The Republic has never been in greater danger.

You don't get to interrupt me
