No ID, No Problem - Feds Overrule North Carolina Voting Rules As "Discriminatory"

Hillary and the federal government are determined to ensure a "fair" and "open" election this November and will stop at nothing to reverse discrimination against "oppressed" segments of the American electorate, well at least if you live in a large swing state.  This morning, the WSJ reported that the Fourth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, Virginia struck down North Carolina's voter ID law just days after we wrote about Virginia's similar effort to register 200,000 "oppressed" felons.  The ruling asserts that North Carolina's law violated the Voting Rights Act by discriminating against low-income and minority voters, saying:

“In holding that the legislature did not enact the challenged provisions with discriminatory intent, the court seems to have missed the forest in carefully surveying the many trees. This failure of perspective led the court to ignore critical facts bearing on legislative intent, including the inextricable link between race and politics in North Carolina.”

“Although the new provisions target African Americans with almost surgical precision, they constitute inept remedies for the problems assertedly justifying them and, in fact, impose cures for problems that did not exist.”

Meanwhile, Dale Ho, director of the ACLU's Voting Rights Project, described the ruling as a "stinging rebuke of the state’s attempt to undermine African-American voter participation, which had surged over the last decade."

While we have no doubt that the intentions of Hillary and the various federal organizations involved in this process are "pure," we do wonder why we so often see greater efforts to "protect" the "oppressed" voters in larger swing states like Virginia and North Carolina but not so much in a small states like New Hampshire, which has a very strict voter ID requirement but only 4 electoral votes and has swung Democrat in 5 out of the past 6 Presidential elections.  Surely, low-income and minority voters are just as likely to be "oppressed" in New Hampshire as in North Carolina, right?

I'M VERY PROUD to be a Natural Born Citizen of the USA!  My families are 3rd/4th generation immigrants, FROM RUSSIA and from Italy on my mother's side. We are self sufficient blue collars, working all our lives in heavy industry. Unlike the ingrateful scumbag shown above with his finger sticking up. If you do not Love the USA, then get the eff out!!! Problem solved.

OBUMO'S JUSTICE DEPT .. ALIVE AND WELL.. .. MOBILE UNITS WERE IN  MANY "MINORITY"  COMMUNITIES TO SIGN UP PHOTO ID'S  ... NO TAKERS.    HAVE TO LAUGH THAT THE BLACK LEADERS  ARE TELLING THESE  PHOTO ID'S ARE JUST WAYS TO CATCH  SOME OF THESE PEOPLE FOR BREAKING THE LAWS.   FELONS CANNOT VOTE.  SO ARE THEY VOTING ILLEGALLY ANYWAY.

What a pile of CRAP...  the hypocrisy when the DNC required ID all over the place, and yet they don't think it should be required for voting???????

DNC Requires IDs To Enter Convention

The DNC’s website says that “all pickup persons must have a state-issued ID that matches the name submitted” to receive credentials. Media members attending the DNC have to present photo IDs at multiple checkpoints.

But even as Democrats require IDs to enter their convention and The Voter Integrity Project discovered there were 30,000 dead North Carolinians still on the state’s voter rolls, Democrats continue to fiercely oppose voter ID laws.

VIDEO: DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATES HEAD-TO-HEAD

Attorney General Eric Holder, whose Justice Department did not pre-clear voter ID laws in states like South Carolina and Texas, has said voter ID laws were like poll taxes. Liberals like Bill Maher and MSNBC hosts like Al Sharpton have said voter ID laws are racist. And the DNC platform says Democrats will “refuse to allow the use of political pretexts to disenfranchise American citizens.”

The “voting rights” section of the DNC platform reads:

We believe the right to vote and to have your vote counted is an essential American freedom, and we oppose laws that place unnecessary restrictions on those seeking to exercise that freedom. Democrats have a proud history of standing up for the right to vote. During the Obama administration, the Justice Department has initiated careful, thorough, and independent reviews of proposed voting changes, and it has prevented states from implementing voter identification laws that would be harmful to minority voters. Democrats know that voter identification laws can disproportionately burden young voters, people of color, low-income families, people with disabilities, and the elderly, and we refuse to allow the use of political pretexts to disenfranchise American citizens.

It's the only way clinton can win!

But can she act as president from BEHIND BARS???  She belongs there!  Maybe we'll even see her there!

Hey all you need to understand this has nothing to do with id.s.  The reason this was knocked down by a liberal progressive democrat is because the democratic party wants to be able to have dead people vote, college kid vote  at college address and than vote at home, and get people to vote more than one time to win elections. For a judge to say this law requiring a voter id is discriminatory is someone living in the past. The election system in the usa is a joke now, it has developed into a system that anyone can vote, you do not have to prove where you live, who you are of if you are dead or alive.

Inact a state law for elections place a thumb print on your ballot if one shows an ink stain then proves one has already voted.

Do what 0bama does... ignore the courts rulling!

That is exactly what should be done what the hell are they going to do arrest the state. Our constitution tells to do just that  we as a people that own the government are to cast off tyranny and disobey unjust laws which are handed down from an illegal court system that can not make laws This half breed muslim nigger and Killery  and the Virginia Gov have allowed to release 200,000 criminals to vote, how many more will these  thieving lying bastards allow to vote across the nation along with the millions of illegals. SCREW  the courts don't allow this crap to vote in the worst that our nation has

They plan on putting Hillary in the Oval Office. She said it was her turn.

Cleaning house is going to be fun. I can hardly wait.

Hillary Clinton says she is “deluged” with requests to try another run for president and has still not completely ruled out joining the crowded field of 2020 Democrat candidates.

The former U.S. Secretary of State has repeatedly avoided categorically stepping out of the race for the White House – or directly into it, for that matter.

During media appearances in the UK last month, Clinton twice hinted she may make a belated push on the basis she claims so many people want to see her on the national stage once more.

Speaking on the BBC’s Graham Norton Show in London last Friday, Clinton confirmed she would “have to make up my mind really quickly” if she was going to join the race.

When pushed to respond if she would make a run for the White House for a third time, she prevaricated and avoided a direct reply, instead responding with: “As I say, never, never, never say never.”

She did concede she would need to make up her mind “really quickly” about whether or not to jump into the presidential race.

Clinton has already missed the filing deadline for the first primary in New Hampshire but there is no deadline for the next caucuses in Iowa in early February.

Responding to Norton, Clinton said she had been “deluged” over the last few weeks thinking about running again, but added that, “right now, I’m not, at all, planning that.”

Norton asked: “The rumour mill is flying that you could step back into the ring.”

Clinton replied: “I hear that. I have been deluged the last few weeks with thinking about doing that, but right now I’m not at all planning that.”

Last month Clinton told BBC Radio 5 Live she was under “enormous pressure” to consider a 2020 White House run.

When asked about her future in politics, Clinton said, “I feel a sense of responsibility partly because you know my name was on the ballot, I got more votes, but ended up losing to the current incumbent in the White House who I think is really undermining our democracy in very fundamental ways. And I want to retire him.”

When asked if she is absolutely ruling it out, Clinton said, “ I will certainly tell you. I’m under enormous pressure from many, many, many people to think about it. But as of this moment, sitting here in this studio talking to you, that is absolutely not in my plans.”

Clinton and her daughter Chelsea, are currently in London promoting their new co-authored book – The Book Of Gutsy Women: Favourite Stories Of Courage And Resilience.
