The mayor said when he was visited by Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson he was told there would be "a rapid detention process," but now the mayor is happy the detention center in his town is being closed down because the bogus center is a waste of taxpayer money.
Burch said, "We have ceased calling it a detention center because there not very much detention going on," he explained "what we are seeing is immigrants being detained and brought to this site when they cross the border only to be housed, fed, clothed, 24 hour a day medical services and even schooling and then be released into the Untied States. If that going to be the ultimate outcome we could just let them go at the border."

as logical as Burch's comment was, it would cause organizations supporting this to complain - perhaps even file lawsuits for not being treated well enough as they enter illegally. they were promised free housing, food, education, healthcare in written pamphlets etc. so what O said tonight is untrue or immigration orgs are going to sue the u,s, for not giving them what was promised.
