NBC Seethes Over Trump’s ‘Ugly’ ‘Un-American’ Attacks on Press

Chuck Todd and the other journalists at NBC are openly fuming that Donald Trump continues to call out the biased coverage of his administration. During Thursday’s press conference, an angry Todd tweeted, “This not a laughing matter.  I'm sorry, delegitimizing the press is un-American.”

He later whined, “Press bashing may feel good to folks but when it's done by people in power, it's corrosive. Take off your partisan hats for a second.” During live coverage, Lester Holt chided, “It was contentious. It was ugly at moments and we haven't seen anything like it.”

Talking to Holt, Todd declared, “Look, this is a president that appears to be in a bunker mentality right now, whatever that is.”

The entire concept behind having a Free Press is that it will report facts of matters in order to keep the public informed.

A Free Press was never intended to produce the rotten fruit of deceit, lies, dishonesty, dishonor, while promoting outright anti-Americanism as a side issue. Freedom of speech does not mean one has the license to deceive the public via the latest technological means of mass communication.

Nearly all of the MSM are not news agencies. They are propaganda agencies, purposed to indoctrinate rather than inform.

President Trump openly exposes them as fakes. That is exactly what they are. Frauds. Engaged in force feeding the people the grand agenda of liars and thieves and calling it a public service.

Draining the swamp is much more involved than merely manning some pumps. There is a lot of sh-t to shovel. Education, the MSM, Entertainment, are all part of the slimy mess, and politics reflects that it is.

President Trump needs a lot of help, and a lot of support.

Very well said Sir!

WELL SAID.  Thanks.

And a YUGE shovel!

I agree well said.

Marilyn I love your hand shake.

I wonder if the legal case could be made against Clinton News Network, because they are the source for news about America throughout the world. They are actually aiding and abetting all of our enemies with this constant barage of a WH out of control, etc. How would the rest of the world know that TRUMP! IS in control when CNN says otherwise to all of Europe, to the Russians, the Iranians, etc.?

I suspect that a very good legal case could be made to arrest and convict the Owners/Producers and anchors/journalists at CNN could be charged with criminal conspiracy, sedition, espionage, and treason, if the DOJ took the time to build the case properly and the FBI actually investigated and secured the evidence to convict.

The problem is that the DOJ Bureaucrats and the career prosecutors... US Attorney's and their assistance need to be purged and many of them replaced.  The FBI has also been compromised beginning with Dir. Comey whose botching of the Hillary investigation is monumental proof of incompetence or cover-up.  The FBI needs to be purged if we expect it too do its job effectively.

Very good... Dale.

The News Media has no one to blame but themselves for creating a disbelieving public. For a long, long time the News Media has made fools out of themselves by being obviously bias against the republicans. If the News Media cannot see this obvious bias, then the reporters must be believing in the tooth fairy

That is not a free press. They are in the pockets of fascist liberal democrats. PERIOD  They now it, we know it and the world knows it.

You mean communist liberal democrats

“You’d Go To Jail For Contempt”FBI Refuses Order To Produce McCabe Communications

Fox News contributor Sara A. Carter reports that the FBI refuses to produce outgoing FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s communications in response to “a government watchdog group that has filed a lawsuit on behalf of a former senior FBI special agent.”

Carter reports:

The communications in question are related to McCabe’s wife’s unsuccessful run for Virginia State senate and might also contain invaluable information on McCabe’s role in the Bureau’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server used to send classified information, several former FBI sources and a government official told this reporter.

In January, Judicial Watch, a formidable conservative watchdog group based in Washington D.C., filed a lawsuit against the FBI for the communications on behalf of retired FBI Supervisory Special Agent Jeff Danik. Danik spent more than 28 years with the bureau as a supervisor in the counter-terrorism division and special overseas advisor. Danik filed his original Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in October 2016 for McCabe’s communications.

“They have not produced not one text of McCabe, not one,” said Danik, referencing the bureau. “The government is out of control and it’s astonishing. Do you know what would happen if the government subpoenaed you for information and you didn’t produce records that you had in your possession? You’d go to jail for contempt.”

Carter recently told Fox News host Sean Hannity that Justice Department Inspector General, Michael Horowitz, is investigating whether or not McCabe asked bureau agents to “change their 302s.”

A day after the New York Times reported FBI Director Christopher Wray confronted McCabe over unspecified findings in DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report, the Washington Post reveals the embattled bureau official is being probed over his role in examining emails found on former Rep. Anthony Weiner’s laptop.

That’s not all.

Former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino has hinted to his nearly 320,000-strong Twitter followers that the next bombshell to drop could involve McCabe’s mishandling of classified information.

“Here’s the next shoe to drop -> was Andy McCabe using secure comms to send/receive classified information? Someone should check on that,” tweeted Bongino.

McCabe stepped down January 29th, as first reported by NBC News.

McCabe, who served a brief stint as acting director of the bureau, was already expected to leave. He will stay on “terminal leave” until he is eligible to retire with benefits in March,” reports CNBC.
