Mueller Indicts Company That Doesn’t Exist 'FBI At Its Best'

Mueller indicts company that doesn't exist in Russian witch hunt

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has been slammed in a federal court for trying to indict a company that doesn’t exist, as part of his phony Russian witch-hunt.

Last week, Mueller’s team showed up in the District Court for the District of Columbia for the arraignment of two alleged “internet troll farm” companies that his team says Russia used to influence the 2016 election.

Bigleaguepolitics.com reports: “So the purpose of this proceeding is to conduct an initial appearance and arraignment with respect to, I see, one of the defendants in the case, Concord Management and Consulting, LLC,” said Judge G. Michael Harvey, according to court transcripts.

The Judge continued, asking the attorney for Concord Management if a company called Concord Catering was associated with the organization, and was going to be arraigned. Concord Catering was listed in the federal government’s indictment.

“[It] is not,” said Eric A. Dubelier, counsel for Concord Management. “And the reason for that, Your Honor, is I think we’re dealing with a situation of the government having indicted the proverbial ham sandwich.”

“That company didn’t exist as a legal entity during the time period alleged by the . government,” Dubelier said.

This is the latest in a series of fumbles by the Mueller team.

Big League Politics reported last week that a federal judge harshly rebuked the special prosecutor’s team for only wanting to impeach Trump instead of investigating his alleged “collusion” honestly. Mueller also worked closely with long-time Trump foe Eric Schneiderman, the disgraced former New York Attorney General, in investigating Paul Manafort.

Pressure is also mounting as questions arise about the funding of the Mueller investigation, who is paying for opposition research against Trump, and how that information is being leaked to the media.

May 14 was the one-year anniversary of Mueller’s appointment as special counsel, and so far indictments from the wide-ranging and unfettered investigation pertain only to Trump associates, and only for alleged crimes unrelated to “collusion” with the Russian government.

But at least those indictments were brought against people who actually exist.

Mueller’s latest blunder underscores the feelings of many Americans, and of Trump himself – that the special counsel investigation is simply a Democrat-funded stunt to cast shade on what has so far been an extremely impressive Trump presidency.

Senators Took Money From Iran Lobby Before
Vote On Obama’s Nuke Deal — Iran Threatens
To Out Bribed Officials

Last week President Trump withdrew from the sham Iranian nuclear deal. President Trump knew the deal with the Iranian mullahs was not working. This was despite former Secretary of State John Kerry working against the Trump administration to salvage the weak deal with the Iranian regime.

Of course, the Iranian regime is very upset with President Trump’s decision.

Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman Hossein Jaberi Ansari reportedly warned Western officials last week that if they do not put pressure on the Trump administration the Iranian regime will leak the names of all Western officials who were bribed to pass the weak deal.

Raman Ghavami@Raman_Ghavami. H.J.Ansari Zarif’s senior advisor: “If Europeans stop trading with Iran and don’t put pressure on US then we will reveal which western politicians and how much money they had received during nuclear negotiations to make happen.”

That would be interesting.

So who are these bribed officials?

Daniel Greenfield at FrontPage.com reported in 2015 on the Democrat senators who took money from the Iran US lobby before their vote to support the deal.

Senator Markey has announced his support for the Iran deal that will let the terrorist regime inspect its own Parchin nuclear weapons research site, conduct uranium enrichment, build advanced centrifuges, buy ballistic missiles, fund terrorism and have a near zero breakout time to a nuclear bomb.

There was no surprise there.

Markey had topped the list of candidates supported by the Iran Lobby. And the Iranian American Political Action Committee (IAPAC) had maxed out its contributions to his campaign.

After more fake suspense, Al Franken, another IAPAC backed politician who also benefited from Iran Lobby money, came out for the nuke sellout.

Senator Jeanne Shaheen, the Iran Lobby’s third Dem senator, didn’t bother playing coy like her colleagues. She came out for the deal a while back even though she only got half the IAPAC cash that Franken and Markey received.

As did Senator Gillibrand, who had benefited from IAPAC money back when she first ran for senator and whose position on the deal should have come as no surprise.

The Iran Lobby had even tried, and failed, to turn Arizona Republican Jeff Flake. Iran Lobby cash had made the White House count on him as the Republican who would flip, but Flake came out against the deal. The Iran Lobby invested a good deal of time and money into Schumer, but that effort also failed.

Still these donations were only the tip of the Iran Lobby iceberg.

Gillibrand had also picked up money from the Iran Lobby’s Hassan Nemazee. Namazee was Hillary’s national campaign finance director who had raised a fortune for both her and Kerry before pleading guilty to a fraud scheme encompassing hundreds of millions of dollars. Nemazee had been an IAPAC trustee and had helped set up the organization.

Bill Clinton had nominated Hassan Nemazee as the US ambassador to Argentina when he had only been a citizen for two years.
