Mexicans Vow To Fight Trump By "Jamming US Courts" As Deportations Set To Surge

While much of the media airtime in the past few weeks has been dedicated to Trump's ongoing legal battle with the US judicial system over his now halted immigration order temporarily blocking the entry of refugees and travelers from seven nations, a separate push to remove illegal immigrant from the US has quietly - or not so quietly - commenced in recent days, resulting in a deeply concerned, at times violent, response by some of the millions of illegal aliens residing in the US.

Some recent cases documented by the NYT include an Austin, Tex., undocumented women working in a laundromat, a day laborer and mechanic in Staten Island, and Savannah, Ga., undocumented restaurant workers. As the Times put it, "as reports of immigration raids and roundups have rocketed across Twitter, Facebook and texts around the country, undocumented immigrants, their lawyers and advocacy groups are bracing for the increased enforcement that President Trump has called for."

Overnight this sudden start in deportation activity prompted the Mexican government to urge its citizens living in the US to “keep in touch with its nearest consulate” and to make emergency contingency plans the day after at least one mother was deported, following President Donald Trump’s executive order. In a statement released Friday, the Mexican Foreign Ministry said that the country’s consulates in the US have “intensified their work” to protect fellow nationals, and are anticipating “more severe immigration measures to be implemented by the authorities of this country, and possible violations to constitutional precepts during such operations and problems with due process,” according to a CNN translation.

The announcement was released one day after Guadalupe Garcia de Rayos became one of the first people to be prominently deported under Donald Trump’s executive order on immigration. Garcia de Rayos, a 36-year-old mother of two US citizens, had lived in the US for the past 20 years. She was detained after going in for a routine check at the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) office in Phoenix.

ICE will remove illegal aliens convicted of felony offenses as ordered by an immigration judge.

Trump has promised to crack down on any illegal immigrants with criminal records, and Garcia de Rayos was a convicted felon. García was convicted of identity theft, a felony, to which she pled guilty after being arrested in 2009 with a false social security card, but had been checking in with immigration agents every six months and  was allowed to stay in the country under an Obama administration policy that gave leniency to undocumented migrants who had entered the US as children. This week, when she reported to their Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in Phoenix, she was detained and, after hours of protests by demonstrators, deported to Mexico.

Why can not Trump use that ...I forgot what it was called, that allows for people to be detained. without trail. If they are here illegal, then they are not entitled to courts.

If anyone comes here and claims sanctuary, thy need to prove they are in danger, or this is going to be a messy first 4 years.

Slim down the legal process to simply deport illegals if they are here illegally. Allowing illegals to clog up the courts system is just more opportunity for money grubbing lawyers to make money. Besides, if an illegal alien Mexican is deported back to Mexico he/she will be back into this country within a couple of weeks. Build the wall!

the only thing ahead for them is deportation

if people who are not legal citizens can come into this country illegally and commit crimes with immunity then why have any laws

When in the hell did illegal aliens have standing in any court in the United States?

Only you or I battling IRS can have our 'Standing' questioned.  These people get lawyers who will fight for 'standing' and WIN!  Sad, but seemingly true.

If those people cannot show CITIZENSHIP papers, whey need to be dumped OUT of our Country, like NOW!

Every court in America is controlled by a Judge, and he will clear the court if this bunch of Mexican Morons try to jam into any court,so they need to forget that stupid idea.

That's NOT what the article is about!  By 'jamming the Courts' they mean having LOTS of cases backing up the docket.  What would normally be heard in a couple of months, will be heard in FIVE YEARS, if they have their way!

To bad. But do the thing right and there would be no problem. NOW leave of MY country and take two liberals one under each arm.

They have no rights to our courts, only to deportation.

Label their actions acts of war and deport them immediately in return fire to then fight their case in their own country as it might take decades resolve because of their attempts to attack our courts.

'jamming the courts'...

seems like I read that years ago, in LaRaza's game plan.

ALERT ALERT

Joe Biden Vows: Give Taxpayer-Funded Obamacare To All Illegal Aliens In U.S.

Former Vice President and 2020 Democrat presidential primary candidate Joe Biden is vowing to give Obamacare, funded by American taxpayers, to all 11 to 22 million illegal aliens living in the United States.

During an interview with Telemundo’s Jose Diaz-Balart, Biden forgot that Obamacare technically bans illegal aliens from enrolling in healthcare plans — although illegal aliens are still able to obtain subsidized and free healthcare at Americans’ expense — and promised that under his plan, all 11 to 22 million illegal aliens would be able to get Obamacare.

The exchange went as follows:

DIAZ-BALART: When I … NBC moderated that first debate with you, I didn’t … I don’t recall a clear answer, under your plan should … would the 11, 12 million undocumented immigrants that live in the United States, that have been here many for generations, would they have access …

BIDEN: Yes.

DIAZ-BALART: — to health insurance.

BIDEN: Yes, they … if they can buy into the system like everybody else.

DIAZ-BALART: Because you know, in [Obamacare] they can’t.

BIDEN: Yeah. Yeah, I know. Well they can, that’s my point. They continue to be able to do that.

DIAN-BALART: They cannot under the ObamaCare.

BIDEN: Well and that’s my point, they will though. They will be able to buy into … [illegal aliens] would be able to buy in, just like anyone else could.

Biden joins Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), and South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg — among other 2020 Democrats — in committing to forcing American taxpayers to pay for healthcare for illegal aliens who arrive in the U.S.

Already, due to loopholes, American taxpayers are spending nearly $20 billion every year to provide illegal aliens with subsidized healthcare, emergency room visits, and other health services.

Under the 2020 Democrats’ plan to provide taxpayer-funded healthcare to all illegal aliens living in the U.S., Americans would be billed potentially $660 billion every decade just to cover the costs. Other research has found that the plan would cost Americans at least $23 billion every year.

As Breitbart News has reported, experts have said that giving taxpayer-funded healthcare to effectively all foreign nationals who can make it to America’s borders would drive “strong incentives for people with serious health problems to enter the country or remain longer than their visas allow in order to get government-funded care.”

Despite 2020 Democrats’ continued push for taxpayer-funded healthcare for illegal aliens, American voters are overwhelmingly opposed to the plan. The latest Wall Street Journal/NBC News survey revealed that the healthcare-for-illegal-aliens plan is the least popular policy position, with opposition from 62 percent of U.S. voters.

Similarly, a CNN poll from July discovered that 63 percent of likely swing voters oppose providing healthcare to illegal aliens, along with nearly 6-in-10 of all likely U.S. voters and 61 percent of moderates. A Rasmussen Reports survey also found that likely voters, by a majority of 55 percent, oppose giving healthcare to even the most low-income illegal aliens.
