No ma'am.

Senator Dianne Feinstein,

I will not register my weapons should this bill be passed, as I do not believe it is the government's right to know what I own. Nor do I think it prudent to tell you what I own so that it may be taken from me by a group of people who enjoy armed protection yet decry me having the same a crime. You ma'am have overstepped a line that is not your domain. I am a Marine Corps Veteran of 8 years, and I will not have some woman who proclaims the evil of an inanimate object, yet carries one, tell me I may not have one.

I am not your subject. I am the man who keeps you free. I am not your servant. I am the person whom you serve. I am not your peasant. I am the flesh and blood of America.
I am the man who fought for my country. I am the man who learned. I am an American. You will not tell me that I must register my semi-automatic AR-15 because of the actions of some evil man.

I will not be disarmed to suit the fear that has been established by the media and your misinformation campaign against the American public.

We, the people, deserve better than you.

Respectfully Submitted,
Joshua Boston

Amen brother

You're not alone Corporal! Semper Fi.

Semper Fi, Josh!! I'm with you and always will be.

Count me In !   We will leave No one Behind !   Fleet Marines, 1st Division, '53-'61.....                Semper Fidelis

I will stand with you Corporal Boston!

God Bless you for your service, Joshua! I am a peace officer of 39 years continuous service who feels exactly as you do and my hope is that there are enough of us from all walks of life who will express themselves in the same way. These tyrants must know that the will of the People leans strongly toward personal freedom AND personal responsibility.

Semper Fi!  Unfortunately though, his career is more than likely over, especially with this group!  If he get thrown out of the Marine Corps because he exercised his First Amendment Right not to follow an "Illegal order," or "Law" then, the people of America should all rise up and demand that California be thrown out of the Union where-as both California and New York or the entire North East Coast can join them and see what they "import to eat!" from the so called "Bible Belt" and "non-important fly-over country!"  Maybe they can "Blackberry" themselves some of that "non-important food, gas and oil!"

Scott, he got out in 2012

Scott -

Didn't scientists warn us that California was going to fall off into the ocean?    Wonder what's taking so long.   Thought it was coming to fruition in Oct 1989 when the earthquake hit, but it got a "stay" of execution.

Do you expect Feinstein, the overt Communist/Socialist would want anything other then disarming the AMERICAN  Citizen so that they could be enslaved. Feinstein it appears that you have more BALLS then BRAINS. Sorry about the language ladies and gentleman.

She has no balls.. Does she have hair?  She is an old retarded Bald Eagle.......Comrade Feinstein is going to have a rude awakening.  I will not comply nor will I reregister a weapon that was registered when I purchased it.  I also underwent a back ground check and a ten day waiting period.  Comrade Feinstein I would recommend you read the description of an assault weapon.  Our weapons are not assault weapons be they a Bushmaster, Colt Smith an Wesson or Armilite... My advice is to go pound sand!!!!  You have the wick to the powder keg in your hand, should you decide to light it you will ignite the civil war you are wishing for....Good luck.

I am Military retired and will not bow to this dictator or to you.  We were warned about domestic enemies and now we have one.....

SSGT Robert (Bob) Velon

US Army (retired)

How in the world can you associate someone like diane feinstein a lady?? She is a disgracve to the israel people. As for the Marine Corp he should be promoted the rank of pay grade E7!!! There are too many  of us, like him, who fought for the very freedoms this nit-wit female wants to take away from us. What happened to the citizens (?) of this great country?? They are losing this country without a fight, and it takes an eight year veteran in the Marine Corp to tell it lke it is!!

Horrible: Democrats Set The Constitution On Fire With Fraudulent Impeachment

House Democrats unveiled two articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump on Tuesday morning after an investigation that violated fundamental provisions of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

The investigation of the president began with the complaint of a so-called “whistleblower” who turned out to be a rogue Central Intelligence Agency employee, protected by a lawyer who had called for a “coup” against Trump in early 2017.

Democrats first demanded that the “whistleblower” be allowed to testify. But after House Intelligence Committee chair Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) was found to have lied about his committee’s contact with the “whistleblower,” and after details of the “whistleblower’s” bias began to leak, Democrats reversed course. In violation of the President Trump’s Sixth Amendment right to confront his accuser, Democrats refused to allow the “whistleblower” to testify. They argue the president’s procedural rights, even if they existed, would not apply until he was tried in the Senate — but they also invented a fraudulent “right to anonymity” that, they hope, might conceal the whistleblower even then.

Schiff began the “impeachment inquiry” in secret, behind the closed doors of the Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF) in the basement of the U.S. Capitol, even though none of the testimony was deemed classified. Few members of Congress were allowed access. Schiff allowed selective bits of testimony to leak to friendly media, while withholding transcripts of testimony.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), having allowed the secret process to unfold, legitimized it with a party-line vote authorizing the inquiry. The House resolution denied President Trump the procedural rights enjoyed by Presidents Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton, and denied the minority party the traditional right to object to witnesses called by the majority.

Rather than the House Judiciary Committee, which traditionally handles impeachment, Pelosi also deputized the House Intelligence Committee to conduct fact-finding; the Judiciary Committee was turned into a rubber stamp. Schiff held a few public hearings, but often failed to release transcripts containing exculpatory evidence until after they had passed.

In the course of the Intelligence Committee’s investigation, Schiff quietly spied on the telephone records of his Republican counterpart, Ranking Member Devin Nunes (R-CA). He also snooped on the phone records of a journalist, John Solomon; and on the phone records of former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, acting as President Trump’s personal lawyer.

Schiff’s eavesdropping violated both the First Amendment right to press freedom and the Sixth Amendment right to counsel. Yet he proceeded undeterred by constitutional rights, publishing the phone logs in his committee’s report without warning, confirmation, or explanation, alleging that Nunes and the others were part of a conspiracy to assist the president’s allegedly impeachable conduct. When Republicans on the Judiciary Committee asked the Intelligence Committee’s majority counsel, Daniel Goldman, to explain the phone logs, he refused to answer,

Ironically, Schiff had done exactly what Democrats accuse Trump of doing: abused his power to dig up dirt on political opponents, then obstructed a congressional investigation into his party’s and his committee’s misconduct.

Democrats’ articles of impeachment include one for the dubious charge of “abuse of power,” which is not mentioned in the Constitution; and one for “obstruction of Congress,” which in this case is an abuse of power in itself.

Alexander Hamilton, writing about impeachment in Federalist 65, warned that “there will always be the greatest danger that the decision will be regulated more by the comparative strength of parties, than by the real demonstrations of innocence or guilt.” Democrats have fulfilled Hamilton’s worst fears.

The Trump impeachment will soon replace the 1868 impeachment of President Andrew Johnson — which the House Judiciary Committee staff actually cited as a positive precedent — as the worst in American history.

In service of their “coup,” Democrats have trampled the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The Republic has never been in greater danger.

You don't get to interrupt me
