Judge orders baker to submit, bake cake for same-sex wedding or face jail

On Friday, Denver administrative law judge Robert Spence released a ruling that forces Jack Phillips, the owner of Masterpiece Cakeshop, to either make a wedding cake for two homosexual men who requested one or face fines and possible jail time.

The facts of the case are not in dispute. On Thursday, July 19, 2012, David Mullins and Charlie Craig entered the shop to enquire about having a cake made. Owner Phillips was there to serve them. When he heard the request, Phillips told them that he didn’t make cakes for same-sex weddings. His expanded his response to say that he would make cakes for their birthdays, showers, sell them cookies, brownies, or whatever — just not a wedding cake.

Phillips is a devout Christian. He also does not make anything associated with what he views as the pagan rite of Halloween. He lives his life and runs his business according to his beliefs.

Everyone, complain to this governing body. The Commission may take various actions to remedy improper conduct including simply meeting with the judge, privately or publicly reprimanding the judge, or recommending that the Supreme Court remove a judge from office. In an appropriate case, the Commission also may place a judge on disability retirement. Created in 1966, the commission is composed of 10 members: four citizens, two attorneys, two district court judges, and two county court judges.

Colorado judges may be removed in one of two ways:

  • On the recommendation of the judicial discipline commission, the supreme court may remove, retire, suspend, censure, reprimand, or discipline a judge.

  • Judges may be impeached by a majority vote of the house of representatives and convicted by a two-thirds vote of the senate.

  • Judges are subject to recall election.

The composition of this commission speaks volumes... it should have a majority of private citizens on the commission, if the people are truly to consent to the law.  As it is, it has a majority of Judges and lawyers, which engenders cronyism and a marked bias in favor of those who are members of the bar... legal profession.

However, Colorado's commission is better than most states; at least they provide for a system of private appeal against judicial abuses of power.  I would recommend starting a recall as well as initiating a complaint with the commission... on the basis of his violation of the 1st and 13th Amendments (Free exercise of religion and ordering involuntary servitude).

The appeal to the 6th, 7th, and 14th Amendment may also be asserted... as jail time assumes criminal misconduct and criminal misconduct is not an Administrative Courts jurisdiction... the defendant/respondent may demand a jury trial in either case (civil or criminal).  If criminal this case should not be in an Administrative Court.  Maybe someone with a legal background could draft an appropriate appeal to the commission for relief of this judge and his judgment... using the 1st, 6th, 7th and 14th Amendments as justification for his removal... and post it here for use by others.

Every time that judges make these form of rulings, we need to expose them in their neighborhoods and let their neighbors know who he is.

It has to be filled out and sent via SnailMail.

And just what would the charge be?

Criminal malfeasance and dereliction of duty by a public official... could be a place to start.  I am not familiar with Colorado law but there must be some archaic, unused statute to discipline corrupt politicians and judges... its time to dust off the law books and too exercise the law when dealing with corrupt politicians and judges.

My people perish for a lack of knowledge and are destroyed for a lack of vision... we must not depend on the political or legal system to discipline itself, it will not.  That means we must become familiar with the law, too use it to our advantage.  There are all sorts of laws that deal with political and judicial abuse and corruption... dig them up, as I am sure, they are buried far from the eyes of the local prosecutor. Who may well be guilty of Misprision of a Felony, himself, by failing to act when he knows the law has been broken... this is a felony in and of itself.

We need to hit these malefactors right between the eyes with the full force of the law... in all its versions, especially those dealing with corruption in government

let me know when you start recruiting.

Refusing to bake for butt buddies??? ;)

We need to get behind this man who stood by his convictions.

I'd make the cake, but it would taste terrible. No one said it had to be good.

Nancy Reagan advised us to just say no and that is what i would do. This cant stand in the court of law. They tried this here in washington state and lost. This country was founded by peole who just said no. Violently when needed.

Pelosi Disaster!  95% Of Americans Tuned Out Impeachment Show Trials On Friday — Only The Second Day Of Testimony

Despite the constant hype Americans are already tuning out the sham impeachment trials.

On the second day of the public show trials 95% of Americans turned off the nonsense.

Americans are worn out by all of the fake news and hysteria.

Yawn: 95% of U.S. Adults Skipped Day 2 of Democrats' Impeachment Hearings

Yawn: 95% of U.S. Adults Skipped Friday’s Impeachment Hearings

Americans aren’t exactly obsessed with the Democrats’ impeachment hearings, it seems. Friday’s second day of live, wall-to-wall coverage drew an average of 12.7 million viewers on ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN,

Flashback: Horrible News For Shifty Schiff – Majority Of Americans Don’t Want Impeachment, 76% Don’t Trust Dems And Believe Media Is Pushing The Sham

No One in American Wants Impeachment except the Far-left Socialist Democrats and their Corrupt Media. They hate President Trump because he is a winner. He beat them and he’s making America great again as he said he would.

The Democrats and their corrupt media are totally blinded by their rage and they don’t realize that no one is in favor of impeachment.

We reported a week ago that FOX News released a poll where they stated that 49% of Americans were for Trump Impeachment. But their polling was flawed. The real extrapolated results of the poll using an accurate proportion of Republicans, Democrats and Independents showed that only 30% of Americans are in favor of Trump’s Impeachment and they’re all Democrats.

Next, a few days ago we reported on another poll that was consistent with the results of our extrapolated FOX News poll.

Nearly three quarters of all Americans have little or no trust in the way that Schifty Schiff is running the impeachment process –

Heritage Action   Heritage_Action

You won’t hear this in the mainstream media: Nearly three fourths of Americans have little to no trust in the House Democrats’ handling of their impeachment process. 🤔

Today another poll was released with similar results.

Most Americans believe that the corrupt media is trying to help get President Trump impeached. Three-quarter of Republicans, half of independents and even a third of Democrats believe this to be the case. No one trusts Schifty Shiff or the corrupt media pushing his impeachment sham.

1- "Seventy-six percent (76%) of Republicans and a plurality (48%) of voters not affiliated with either major political party say most reporters are trying to help impeach Trump, a view shared by only 36% of Democrats."

Let's recast that last phrase

Rasmussen Reports @Rasmussen_Poll

Most Say Media Working With Democrats to Impeach Trump...

This is perhaps the worst gaffe in modern political history.

This Schiff Show does not have a happy ending for the Democrats. Even with the support of the entire corrupt fake news media, it’s a total sham and everyone knows it!
