Even though moderate Republican candidates lose presidential elections without the conservative base (see: George H.W. Bush '92, Bob Dole '96, John McCain '08, Mitt Romney '12), former Florida Governor and potential presidential candidate Jeb Bush thinks conservatives are not needed to win the White House.

Bush believes that a presidential candidate who is "willing to lose the primary to win the general" has the best shot at the White House.

"I don’t know if I’d be a good candidate or a bad one," Bush said at a Wall Street Journal CEO Council meeting on Monday evening in Washington, D.C. "I kinda know how a Republican can win, whether it’s me or somebody else – and it has to be much more uplifting, much more positive, much more willing to be... ‘lose the primary to win the general’ without violating your principles. It’s not an easy task, to be honest with you."

Should Bush run, his embrace of comprehensive amnesty legislation and Common Core will put him at odds with conservative voters in the early primary states. Bush, who said he would make a decision in "short order" about whether he will be a presidential candidate, revealed on Monday that he thinks a moderate Republican who runs as a moderate in the primary has the best chance of winning the White House.

Well, I did vote for both of the other Bushs.  This is one I will definately NOT vote for, and I'm an Independent.

And consider myself Moderate. Yes, I believe a woman's body is hers to decide over an abortion or not.  But there should be time limits.

I believe whole heartedly in The Constitution, and the 2nd Amendment

And I believe an ILLEGAL ALIEN, IS AN ILLEGAL.   Send them back and let them play by the rules.

I believe in setting up towers along our border, with  orders to shoot anyone crossing without entering a proper border checkpoint.

Jeb's advice is good for Hillary and will help her win. As GOP advice, he is nuts.

My Dream

If the conservative get together and leave the Liberal Republicans. We can run our own party and the do nothing Republicans will have to come us.

The difference of some Republicans and Democrats is biological

And America doesn't need jeb

Jeb talks about losing to win? with out violating his principles, that's easy for him as he has no principles.  He has stated in public that his Hero is ex president LBJ who was a pervert, notoriously evil. This man should not run for President!

Jeb Bush is going to learn about conservatives , when he is chasing stray dogs with a net . He is capable of making totally idiotic statements . Better just shut it Jeb!!!.

We should encourage Jeb to continue with his talking, he just digs the deeper but more important, he tells us who he really is.

Hey Ray let the games begin! The people will pick the winner.

I'm pretty sure that the games never stop. They never have in my lifetime. But yeah, let him talk.

Jed, is a person who could run as a Moderet Republican or Democrate. If he is the Canidate on the GOP ticket in the 2016 election, he will not get this Conservatives vote or support. I would vote for any Independent even if it means Hilery is the next President. The GOP hasn't got the msg.

Look at facts Americans because what we see and are getting, shows that anyone not Conservative is a traitor! Just as Jeb Bush, and would love to call him a traitor to his face as I would not be lying!

SWEET: Republican Representative Introduces Resolution To Expel Nancy Pelosi From Congress

Louisiana Republican Rep. Ralph Abraham has introduced legislation to expel Speaker Nancy Pelosi from the House of Representatives.

Abraham’s resolution accuses Pelosi of a “vicious crusade” against President Donald Trump.

Above: Rep. Ralph Abraham

“Nancy Pelosi’s vicious crusade against our lawfully-elected President is nothing more than a politically-motivated witch hunt and it must be stopped,” Abraham said in a statement obtained by Fox News. “She has disgraced the people’s House and weaponized the Speaker’s gavel for her party’s political gain.”

“House Democrats spent nearly three years obsessed with election meddling only to dwarf any such efforts with their own deceitful plan to nullify the 2016 election and prevent President Trump from winning in 2020,” the statement continued. “I have introduced a resolution calling for her to be expelled from the House and for the Speaker’s Office to be vacated.”

The text of the resolution, which is most definitely not going to pass the Democrat-controlled House reads: “Resolved, That pursuant to Article 1, Section 5, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution, Representative Nancy Pelosi be, and she hereby is, expelled from the House of Representatives and the Office of the Speaker is declared to be vacant.”

Fox News notes that constitutional clause holds that “Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member.”
