Image result for liberalism is dead in americaMainstream news journalists — by which I mean that collection of Democrats employed by large corporations to push the sort of big government that prevents small corporations from competing with them — have been breathlessly speculating that the recent "Women's Marches" around the country may be the beginning of a movement. The marches, funded in part by anti-American globalist billionaire George Soros, called forth such headlines as, "Cathartic Moment or Enduring Movement," and "Women's March Activists... Seek To Build a Movement."

No one knows the future, of course, but I can't help wondering if the marches, large as they were, were not rather the end of a movement, a fond farewell to an amalgam of obsolete leftist causes that either never had a reason to exist in the first place or have lost whatever reason they might once have had.

If leftism is dead, the speech delivered by actress Ashley Judd in Washington D.C. may well serve as its eulogy.

Judd said her speech was written by a 19-year-old. That would make sense. Because, coming out of the mouth of a grown-up, it was just embarrassing.

During the first half of the 17th century as ship after ship of immigrants came to America it is important to know that they were fiercely independent relying on their own skill, ability, and hard work to survive and provide for their families. They respected the law, and generally observed it, but other than that they themselves had to take control of. They were conservative by necessity if not strictly by choice.

Some 100 years later this independence was declared, and governmental ties with Great Britain were severed completely. America was independent.

Today, fully half of the people choose to return to bondage of sorts, relying on government to feed, clothe, and shelter them as if slavery is a great thing as long as the master provides it all with kindness. In truth, they don't even regard the master as boss, he is just their servant providing them what is justly theirs anyway. Never mind that it is all stolen from those who will work and continue to generally obey the law.

The spirit of men that founded a Nation has been turned upside down to a spirit that is now dependent upon the Nation founded.

These people are progressive liberal democrats. They are not workers. They are not beggars either. They are thieves. They desire what others have worked for to be given to them because, well, because it is their right to have it. They are entitled to it.

These people are not dead. At best, only temporarily depressed. But not dead by a long shot.

Evil will only worsen.  Watch for it.

Well said!

The better course is to provide an economic and government system... that provides an environment capable of creating good paying jobs for the masses... resulting in a large, independent and free. middle class. However, that doesn't fit with the goals of amassing wealth and power, held by the fascist, who presently control our economy.

First, by inflation and then by deflation the wealth bankers and their corporate allies will put our children out of their homes and onto the streets of America...  The plutocracy is utilizing the halls of government and our cultural institution too construct a system of governance and an economy that is top down... forcing the middle class into poverty as their wealth is devalued and absorbed by a corrupt plutocracy.

Thru dissimulation and Machiavellian politics... a plutocracy has overtaken our institutions of culture and government... fashioning a society that has created a nation of dependents... A new age 'aristocracy' rules the slaves of this New World Order.  America must wake up to the truth, they have been sold out by their leadership ...

We must install term limits... One term, 6yrs,  for all elected and appointed public offices... with 1/3rd standing for election and appointment every 2 yrs.  The People must regain control of their government (federal and state).  If America is to have a Constitutional Republic of the people and for the people... it must be by the people.  True citizen politician's who serve one term and then return to their homes and businesses.

Until then... power corrupts and absolute power, corrupts absolutely. Eliminate or dramatically reduce the ability to concentrate power in political parties and the hands of a few... by establishing term limits, which will regularly rotate those in power.

Well Said and it is what the Founding Fathers meant when they created our Constitutional Republic with laws . President George Washington went home after his service as US President . Politics in our Constitutional Republic was not meant to be a life time endeavor !

Great points and true to the word.

The only thing that scares me to death is now that we are the majority party, where and what do they do next?

I don't want to totally destroy them, for fear of what and who would take their place. Just like I keep saying, I love nasty nancy. Let her keep spouting out her crazy babble. The people now know she is a nut job and didn't listen to her and hilldabeast. But if we destroy the likes of them, who is next? A revolution? A totally communist party?

What we have to be careful of, is getting complacent in our victories and when they do take over again, they will make changes to things like the Electoral College and host of other things to take total power. We darn near, allowed that to happen with barrack hussein obama.
Let's not let that happen again.

Good morning Dale,

Very cool statement, I was just wondering, if what my dad stated was true ? But of course it is. The use of the Left, or the Right, was created to keep people of both parties from uniting, this year 0f 2016, they did unite to vote in Trump.

This so called Left, the Democratic National Committee (DNC), is not dead, and if anyone thinks they are, just does not see past their nose.

As long as Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), is allowed to be the Lefts ruling class for Americans this if far from being over.

We have George Soros Membership of Council on Foreign Relations (CFR)

Hillary Clinton

Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) London England:

An Introduction to the "Little Sister" of The Royal Institute of International Affairs: The U.S. Council on Foreign Relations

"Since its founding... the CFR has been the preeminent intermediary between the world of high finance, big oil, corporate elitism, and the U.S. government. Its members slide smoothly into cabinet-level jobs in Republican and Democratic administrations. The policies promulgated in its quarterly journal, Foreign Affairs, become U.S. government policy." -- Jonathan Vankin (1)

"As a teenager, I heard John Kennedy's summons to citizenship. And then, as a student, I heard that call clarified by a professor I had named Carroll Quigley." -- Democratic Presidential Nominee Bill Clinton

When Bill Clinton delivered his acceptance speech at the Democratic convention, on July 16, 1992, Carroll Quigley's name was not exactly a household word.(2) Quigley, Dean of The School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, had graduated magna cum from Harvard. He made Ripley's "Believe It or Not" for being Harvard's youngest person to receive a Ph.D. After teaching at Harvard and Princeton, he went to Georgetown where for 28 consecutive years alumni selected him as their most influential professor. Clinton, Quigley's student, went on to become a Rhodes Scholar, a CFR member, a Trilateral Commission member and a Bilderberger participant. He joined the Council on Foreign Relations in 1989, attended a Bilderberg meeting in 1991 and was a current member of the Trilateral Commission at the time of his nomination.(3) Clinton, before the American public, openly acknowledged his Georgetown mentor and clued his followers from the convention podium. He then went on in November to defeat former CFR/Trilateralist/Skull and Bones member President George H.W. Bush.

The shadowy political and even "foreign" beginnings of the Council on Foreign Relations have long been intentionally obscured. For more than three decades the CFR received no notice by authors, the general public or serious researchers. When mentioned, it is almost always in articles detailing how many of the appointees of a given administration, as usual, have a "CFR connection". (4)

Santa Barbara sociologist G. William Domhoff wrote in 1978 that the CFR had been the subject of only two "academic studies." This, he said, provided "an impressive commentary in itself on how little social scientists know about policy-making in the United States."(5) A lack of academic commentary has also been paralleled by little coverage in the media or press. It was not until some 37 years after the creation of the CFR that a mainstream magazine article was published in Harper's by Joseph Kraft in July 1958 entitled: "School for Statesmen."(6)

The European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) is a pan-European think tank with offices in seven European capitals.[1] Launched in October 2007, it conducts research and aims to promote informed debate across Europe on the development of coherent and effective European values based foreign policy.

ECFR was founded by Mark Leonard together with 50 European politicians, business leaders, public intellectuals and activists.[2] ECFR has offices in Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris, Rome, Warsaw and Sofia and is led by its Director, Mark Leonard and CEO Alison Wallace. ECFR's Council brings together over 160 influential Europeans from 27 countries.

Lliberals rely on ignorance of history and blind allegiance to indoctrination propaganda intended to destroy good people and good government. They are blind, evil, foolish, naive, ignorant, or all of those.

Nicely stated

Right On Oren !!!!  you said it best.

You are right on the money Oren. I printed out the attachment and sent it to our legislators here in Oregon. We will follow up with phone calls to the legislators. We will do our best to get it done for the sake of the country. Very impressive work Oren truly are an American Patriot that I am proud to stand with.

Nine States have passed COS Resolutions (Applications) for a COS.   Applications are pending in 33 other States.

How many are blue states?

Oren... Why isn't it happening.. the GOP and conservatives SUPPOSEDLY control all but 4 State Governments... where and who are the obstructionist to an Article 5 convention? With 33 State's having pending applications and 5 already approved... What is the prognosis for a convention this year?

We are to supposed to trust the current batch of State legislators with the US Constitution.. they can't even agree to hold a convention and if they do, who will run it or where it may go...

President insults leftists during social media summit

The president made reference to the Antifa attack on gay Asian journalist Andy Ngo in Portland last month.

“Do you ever notice they pick on certain people?” asked Trump.

"Did you ever notice they don't come after Bikers For  Trump?"@realDonaldTrump calls out ANTIFA for the wussies that they are.

“He would tell you he’s not the toughest person physically in the world – they don’t go after Bikers For Trump, you ever notice that, they don’t go after our construction workers who love us, they don’t go after the police,” he added.

Trump went on to further insult far-leftists, joking, “They live in the basement of their mom’s home,” while asserting that they all had skinny arms.

“But they have the black masks on and they have sticks, they hit people in the face, in the head.”

“But you ever notice Antifa’s never there when we have a bikers rally….they’re never around, they’re always there when you have a single guy protesting in front of a school,” said Trump.

Trump then made reference to his administration’s move to withdraw federal funding from educational institutions that don’t allow free speech on campus.
