GOP Outraged at Obama's Visa Move: 'Blatantly Breaking the Law'

Republicans were outraged Thursday after the Obama administration eased new visa requirements for certain European travelers who have visited Iran, Iraq, Syria, or Sudan in the last five years — accusing President Barack Obama of appeasing Tehran and charging that the changes would undercut efforts to prevent terrorists from entering the United States.

"The Obama administration is blatantly breaking the law, a law the president himself signed," said House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Michael McCaul of Texas. "This is not a difference of opinion over statutory interpretation, it is a clear contradiction of the law and the agreement we reached with the White House.

"President Obama is again putting his relationship with Iran's supreme leader over the security of Americans."

Both McCaul and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte said that the new exemptions had already been rejected by Congress.

Obastard needs to go asap!

We are supposed to be impressed by the "gop's" reactions? I'VE HAD IT with the rinocrats&demicans!

Why aren't the Democrats outraged?  Obama is destroying their Country, too.  Do they want to have their young children raped or have their hands cut off for shop lifting a candy bar? Do they want suicide bombers killing innocent people at the mall?  Do they want to be forced to deny their religion? I'm reasonably sure that the GOP is not the only organization that is angry about Mr. Obama's attempts to hurt this Great Country and its people.  The GOP can impeach Obama, but the problem is that without the Democrats, they can't get enough votes to punish him.

Unfortunately, it appears that the DEMONRATS are morons, idiots, ideologues and intellectual elitists who live in ivory towers somewhere in outer space.  Reality is not a part of their gig.

They live off the rest of us. They are the world's Parasites. They suck off of the real earners, while slapping them/us around and we let them. This is their country now, they are allowed to do whatever they choose to until they're put down! Who has a pair, anyone?

Wake me when they really do something.

My sentiments exactly.  The feigned outrage of Congress is as disgusting as the imperial actions of Obama.  And the GOP wonders why people are going for a non politician like Trump?  Here is another reason why.

Exactly.  All hot air and again nothing done about anything while our country goes down the tube.

What is the big deal, Obama has been breaking the law since day one in the Oval Office.

What's new? But nothing will get done as usual. Bunch of barking dogs with no bite.

With his own Executive Order he may be hanging himself and his family.

Foreign agents could very well be enabled to fly into the United States and take him down inside the west wing in front of the entire nation; along with their black flag flying on the flagpole in the aftermath.

How'd that be for CNN headline news.

Obama IS a foreign agent! No foreign agents would want to kill him as that would strengthen the USA! Don't be fooled, no foreigners want their hero dead. He has hurt the USA more than any other person in history and most people we have helped hate us for the aid we sent to them.

OMG!!! Ruth Bader Ginsburg Voted Best Real-Life Hero At MTV Awards

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Monday was crowned the best real-life hero at the MTV Movie & TV Awards.

The 86-year old judge — whose 2015 biopic The Notorious RBG help cement her as a cultural icon among Liberals — beat out tennis star Serena Williams, WWE wrestler Roman Reigns, and comedian Hannah Gadsby to take him the award.

Though it wasn’t a clean sweep for Ginsburg last night.

The RGB documentary lost the “Best Fight” category for “Ruth Bader Ginsburg vs. Inequality” to “Captain Marvel vs. Minn-Erva.”

The justice was absent from the ceremony in Santa Monica, California.

Last December, Ginsburg had surgery to remove cancerous growths on her left lung. She was released from the hospital in New York four days later and recuperated at home.

Earlier this year, Ginsburg missed three days of arguments, the first time that’s happened since she joined the court in 1993. Still, she was allowed to participate using court briefs and transcripts.

Ginsburg has had two previous bouts with cancer, in 1999 and 10 years later.

Flashback: Ruth Bader Ginsburg: A Pregnant Woman Is Not A ‘Mother’

Celebrated liberal U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg argued in an opinion released Tuesday that a pregnant woman is not a “mother.”

“[A] woman who exercises her constitutionally protected right to terminate a pregnancy is not a ‘mother’,” Ginsburg wrote in a footnote, which in turn responded to another footnote in the 20-page concurring opinion by Justice Clarence Thomas in the Box v. Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky Inc. case.

As Breitbart News’ legal editor Ken Klukowski reported, the case concerned a law signed by then-Governor (now Vice President) Mike Pence of Indiana in 2016, which required that the remains of an aborted fetus (or baby) be disposed of by cremation or burial. The law also prohibited abortion on the basis of sex, race, or disability alone.

The Court upheld the first part of the law, but declined to consider the selective-abortion ban until more appellate courts had ruled on it.

In his lengthy opinion — which delighted pro-life advocates, and distressed pro-choice activists — Thomas wrote that “this law and other laws like it promote a State’s compelling interest in preventing abortion from becoming a tool of modern-day eugenics.” He traced the racist and eugenicist beliefs of Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger, and warned that the Court would one day need to wrestle with abortion as form of racial discrimination.

In a footnote, Thomas attacked Ginsberg’s dissenting opinion, which argued the Court should not have deferred to the legal standard used by the litigants in the lower courts, but should have subjected the Indiana law to a more difficult standard instead, since it impacted “the right of [a] woman” to an abortion.

Ginsburg cited no legal authority for her claim that a pregnant woman is not a “mother.” The claim that a fetus is not a child is central to pro-choice arguments.
