Former Congressman: FBI Says INDICT Hillary, Bad News If DOJ REFUSES

A former congressman is speaking out about the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton. The evidence against Hillary for transmitting top-secret documents via her personal email server is overwhelming. Most believe Hillary will dodge this FBI investigation, with an eleventh hour save by Attorney General Loretta Lynch. However, the former congressman states the FBI is ready for an indictment, and he goes on to say it will be bad news if the Department of Justice (DOJ) refuses to do so for one reason in particular.

Former Congressman Tom DeLay went on the record with Newsmax anchor Steve Malzberg on The Steve Malzberg Show. DeLay, no stranger to Washington prosecution, saw his political career sidelined by investigations, which led DeLay to eventually quit politics. DeLay knows the landscape of FBI investigations into big political figures, and no doubt the former Minority Leader has connections with the FBI. He state his sources within the FBI will leak the investigation to the public if A.G. Lynch refuses to indict Hillary.

The FBI is not giving any information on the ongoing investigation. The recent news that “above top-secret” documents were found on Hillary’s personal server now has all eyes turning toward the FBI to await their recommendation to Attorney General Lynch.

Here’s DeLay’s response to Steve Malzberg’s questions on Hillary’s email scandal and the FBI:

“They’re ready to recommend an indictment and they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they’re going public.”

“One way or another, either she’s going to be indicted and that process begins, or we try her in the public eye with her campaign. One way or another, she’s going to have to face these charges.” — via Newsmax

The problem is the FBI is not sure where A.G. Lynch will stand if the FBI recommends indictment. Newsmax sums up DeLay’s comments:

The FBI is ready to indict Hillary Clinton, and if its recommendation isn’t followed by the U.S. attorney general, the agency’s investigators plan to blow the whistle and go public with their findings, former U.S. House Majority leader Tom DeLay tells Newsmax TV.

Most pundits are split on making a forecast on Hillary’s possible indictment. Reliable sources have reported the facts, and the evidence is so overwhelming that an indictment is the only logical conclusion.

The problem is, we are not talking about just any Washington politician. This is Hillary Clinton, wife of Bill– who was impeached but remained president. The Clinton’s weather hurricane winds of scandal only to come out of the storm still afloat. In other words, they fall in shit and come out smelling like a rose every time.

Will Obama allow A.G. Lynch to indict? Whatever the outcome, we hope the FBI investigators will leak the information to the public. The people deserve to know the truth about Hillary’s private server.

The minute Hillary used the server in her capacity as Secretary of State, that server became property of the United States. It became the property of the citizen’s of the United States. However, the ball will be in Lynch’s court, it seems. Will she be in the culture of corruption, or will she stand for truth?

The people of this nation have lost hope that our own top law enforcement agency, the Department of Justice, stands for anything but corruption. So we say, bring us back to the “justice for all” we deserve.

        GET THE INFO OUT !!

Hey she will have a ball with all those prisoners and she we will get her wish and be the Quine Bitch or somebody's Bitch !

Nothing will happen to Hillary.

Ditto! As long as Bill Clinton is alive she will not go to jail.

@Mary Ann West,

Bill is not looking all that healthy these days.  I can't help but wonder if he picked up a little something extra with his philandering escapades?

if what she does and was not a clear violation of the law because she's an ex-first lady.  We need to burn the White House down.  King Obama has no business not indicting that radical female that thinks that she's about the law.  And maybe until we can get our hands on our own Justice Department's in our state, just maybe we're going to have to do some bloodletting.  The idea that the FBI can come into our state and stop our people on other than federal ground and murder someone who has been setting on federal ground protest is not unconstitutional and because they had guns is not unconstitutional.  Both of these things are guarded under our Constitution.  And the idea that somebody can go to an Academy and come out a beast to the community is just wrong.  It is the citizens, not the government that you're supposed to starve and protect.  We pay your pay check.  When our taxes, and it's not to lead us around by the nose or bully us

He is so rotten on the inside, it is coming right on out.

No do not indite her.  Wait until we have a new president.  This one will pardon her in one minute, if for no other reason than to keep her from testifying under oath

The Clinton machine has as much dirt on Obama as he has on them. If she is indicted Obama goes down with her. So he has to protect her for his own sake.

no you're wrong, indite her and slow walker through the court system until Obama is out of office and then bring her before the bench and strap her to a chair.

TRUMP:  Trump To Give ‘Start Your Engines’ Command At Dayton

President Donald Trump will give the command for drivers to start their engines before the Daytona 500.

Daytona International Speedway officials named Trump the grand marshal for NASCAR’s season opener, meaning he will deliver the most famous four words in auto racing. “Gentleman, start your engines,” has been a staple of races around the country and world for decades.

White House spokesman Judd Deere said Thursday the president plans to attend the race. Track president Chip Wile confirmed the news in a release.

“Daytona International Speedway has been privileged to have hosted several sitting presidents of the United States over our history,” Wile said. “We’re honored that the president of the United States has chosen to experience the pageantry and excitement of ‘The Great American Race.’”

Trump is the third sitting president to attend a race at Daytona, but only the second to attend the Daytona 500. George W. Bush attended in 2004. Trump is the first to be given an honorary role in pre-race ceremonies.

Trump is scheduled to spend part of the Presidents Day weekend at his private club in Palm Beach, Florida.

The Federal Aviation Administration issued a flight restriction for Sunday and the U.S. Secret Service, which is responsible for presidential security, also tweeted to fans that drones are prohibited within 30 miles of the race in Daytona Beach — a restriction put in place for presidential visits.

Trump has hosted previous NASCAR champions at the White House and last October awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom to motorsports titan Roger Penske. Last year, Trump also praised retired driver Mario Andretti, the Daytona 500 winner in 1967, reminiscing about a ride Andretti gave him in a race car for his reality show “The Apprentice.”

“I said, ‘Mario, get me out of here. I want to get out of this car,’” Trump recalled. “We went so fast. We literally — we covered four blocks in like a second.”
