Ferguson “Black People’s Grand Jury” Sport Communist Hats At Press Conference– Media Ignores

“Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passion, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence.” -John Adams 1770

The fact that Communist regimes around the  world have murdered over 110 Million people is something that should never be forgotten, especially by the news media. But sadly the memory of most human beings is short, and in the case of the media, almost non-existent.

For example, Fox 2 News in St. Louis reports that a symbolic “Black People’s Grand Jury” has been convened  in order to decide if the Grand Jury decision in the Michael Brown case was fair:

“ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) -A symbolic Black People’s Grand Jury will met Saturday morning to go over evidence presented in the case of the shooting death of Michael Brown by then Ferguson Police officer Darren Wilson. The group has no legal authority, but organizers say the goal is to uncover what they call a clear bias that was shown during the St. Louis County grand jury process.

What is truly amazing is that while Fox 2 News did point out that some members of the Black People’s Grand Jury were members of the African People’s Socialist Party, the media failed to mention, or even point out, condemn, or ridicule the fact that 2 members of the “Grand Jury” were sporting Soviet era Communist hats at the press conference.

Hell, Top, Russia don't want them just send them to Cuba maybe Castro will welcome them with open arms just before he stands them up against the wall and puts them out of our misery..

May the Great Spirit watch over you and yours and guide yours and their steps for all eternity.

US Combat Veteran: Vietnam, '68-'69; Door gunner, 228th Avn. Bn. (ASH), 1st Cav. Div. (AM) and former Armored Cavalry Scout (19D30) and damned proud to have served and would do it again if this wonderful country and its people ever needed me because my oath of enlistment does not have an expiration date. (However, not under BHO and his Socialist Regime.) Enlisted into the Army Dec. 20, '63 and retired from the Id. Air National Guard Apr. 1, '92 as an E-6.

I ENLISTED IN THE ARMY IN 1959 WHEN I WAS 17 YEARS OLD. I SERVED MY TIME AND GOT AN HONORABLE DISCHARGE. THAT IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THAT, I AM NOT HERE TO NOR DO I NEED TO BRAG ABOUT MY SERVICE  LIKE SOME. AS SARGE USED TO SAY, I AM NOT HERE TO WIN A POPULARITY CONTEST!

I'm wondering if the SCREAMING Roger Mann isn't actually an agent provocateur trying to cause dissent. If he isn't then he's not operating on all eight cylinders.

DARN....you beat me to it.   Thank you.

Are you senile?

I'll be 70 in a few months but I don't think I'm senile although I have lost a few marbles. ;-)

I'm not sure about his "dislike" of socialist Muslim Mr. Obama. I actually wonder if he's a progressive agent provocateur.

Did any one test these for being RACIST ??And  can any of these write or read English well enough to understand the facts of law ???NO !!! I did not think so. You have to put aside the fact that Michael Brown was a young street gang member and had a long police record and did any of these new jurors take any oath to up hold all facts as they are shown with out prejiduce  or is it  a straight  set of local values for a local situation that is judged by local people. for a young thug that was one of their own making, The way things are going it would make sense to fence Fergison off from the rest of the world and see how long they can survive .The truth of the matter is that they are the most race bating for riots that exist in this entire country. tag em and bag em they are getting more coverage that the latest movie and it is getting very OLD. So turn off tmedia and go back to what ever it is that you are realy good at . takinfood stamps and getting that welfare check to buy beer and drugs .and street guns. all this is pathetic . Because I do know a lot of very decent black people and all this bull just hurts their image

I guess you didn't hear that the prosecutor in the Michael Brown case is being investigated for withholding evidence from the grand jury!

By whom, a communist people's grand jury? Do you think they have any legitimacy?

I just came across this video last week of Michael Brown.  Interesting that nobody saw ANY of this before the grand jury was done.  It shows just how much of a THUG he was...beating up an old man to steal his backpack:

Richard, white people leaving  these disruptive areas, is just what the sniveling protesters want...for the white to leave, and they take over a city, make it thugsville.  They get free land, they'll own your city.  I was told this by a man that had a law enforcement/military background.  It's planned by the enemy within, the non white go into a city cause crime, then white flight, and then the thugs take over.    WE HAVE TO STAND OUR GROUND!  Don't leave.

I know of a once beautiful city about 40 minutes from here, was primarily white, no crime.  Then the black came in and literally made it a murder capitol, the whites moved out.  It's well known in the state for being a murder capitol.

How do you think nations have been taken over?  It's evil...cause crime, take over.

Wake up white America!  Do not fear, but just hold your ground, don't leave.

OMG!!! Ruth Bader Ginsburg Voted Best Real-Life Hero At MTV Awards

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Monday was crowned the best real-life hero at the MTV Movie & TV Awards.

The 86-year old judge — whose 2015 biopic The Notorious RBG help cement her as a cultural icon among Liberals — beat out tennis star Serena Williams, WWE wrestler Roman Reigns, and comedian Hannah Gadsby to take him the award.

Though it wasn’t a clean sweep for Ginsburg last night.

The RGB documentary lost the “Best Fight” category for “Ruth Bader Ginsburg vs. Inequality” to “Captain Marvel vs. Minn-Erva.”

The justice was absent from the ceremony in Santa Monica, California.

Last December, Ginsburg had surgery to remove cancerous growths on her left lung. She was released from the hospital in New York four days later and recuperated at home.

Earlier this year, Ginsburg missed three days of arguments, the first time that’s happened since she joined the court in 1993. Still, she was allowed to participate using court briefs and transcripts.

Ginsburg has had two previous bouts with cancer, in 1999 and 10 years later.

Flashback: Ruth Bader Ginsburg: A Pregnant Woman Is Not A ‘Mother’

Celebrated liberal U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg argued in an opinion released Tuesday that a pregnant woman is not a “mother.”

“[A] woman who exercises her constitutionally protected right to terminate a pregnancy is not a ‘mother’,” Ginsburg wrote in a footnote, which in turn responded to another footnote in the 20-page concurring opinion by Justice Clarence Thomas in the Box v. Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky Inc. case.

As Breitbart News’ legal editor Ken Klukowski reported, the case concerned a law signed by then-Governor (now Vice President) Mike Pence of Indiana in 2016, which required that the remains of an aborted fetus (or baby) be disposed of by cremation or burial. The law also prohibited abortion on the basis of sex, race, or disability alone.

The Court upheld the first part of the law, but declined to consider the selective-abortion ban until more appellate courts had ruled on it.

In his lengthy opinion — which delighted pro-life advocates, and distressed pro-choice activists — Thomas wrote that “this law and other laws like it promote a State’s compelling interest in preventing abortion from becoming a tool of modern-day eugenics.” He traced the racist and eugenicist beliefs of Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger, and warned that the Court would one day need to wrestle with abortion as form of racial discrimination.

In a footnote, Thomas attacked Ginsberg’s dissenting opinion, which argued the Court should not have deferred to the legal standard used by the litigants in the lower courts, but should have subjected the Indiana law to a more difficult standard instead, since it impacted “the right of [a] woman” to an abortion.

Ginsburg cited no legal authority for her claim that a pregnant woman is not a “mother.” The claim that a fetus is not a child is central to pro-choice arguments.
