Feds Told Sheriffs Not to Arrest Illegal Alien – He’s Now a Murder & Rape Suspect

Obama’s Border Patrol, under the direction of Homeland Secretary Jeh “I’m a voice for the plight of Muslims” Johnson, told Ohio Sheriff’s deputies not to detain Juan Emmanuel Razo back on July 7, 2015. On Monday, he was arrested after a shootout with police for the attempted murder of a 40-year-old woman. He is also a suspect in the murder of a 60-year-old woman and the attempted rape of a 14-year-old girl.

So, why did Border Patrol not do their job, namely enforce immigration laws concerning Razo? According to WKYC:

Channel 3 News has obtained a three-page report from Lake County Sheriff’s deputies which detail their July 7 encounter with Juan Emmanuel Razo.

According to the report, Razo, 35, admitted being in the country illegally. However, U.S. Border Patrol officials declined to take custody of Razo, the report shows.

The deputy’s report shows that Razo was questioned about 8:30 p.m. while parked inside a vehicle stopped in a vacant lot on Casement Avenue in Painesville Township.

At one point, Razo refused to identify himself, the deputy wrote.

“[Razo] was secured while we spoke with …U.S. Border Patrol, who later decided not to respond to take [Razo] into custody,” the deputy wrote in his report. “[Razo] was warned not to return to this property. We cleared.”

It is unclear why Border Patrol refused to take Razo into custody. Calls to federal officials were not immediately returned Tuesday. Deputies said they had no charges on which to hold Razo and he was subsequently released.

Lake County Sheriff Daniel Dunlap would not comment on the July 7 report.

Lake Co Sheriff Case Report

According to Cleveland.com, Razo’s nation of origin is unknown. The outlet went on to report:

Rangers at the Lake MetroParks received the first call about Razo about 10:45 a.m. A 14-year-old girl told the rangers that he tried to rape her at Helen Wyman Park in Concord Township.

Officials searched Razo’s home on Lusard Street in Painesville but didn’t find him. They towed his vehicle.

As rangers worked to secure an arrest warrant, sheriff’s deputies were called at 2:45 p.m. to the Lake Metroparks Greenway Corridor for a report of gunfire on a bike path. The location of the shooting was less than a mile from Helen Wyman Park.

Razo fired five shots at a 40-year-old Painesville woman and her two children as they walked along the bike path, police said. One shot struck the woman in the arm, and she was hospitalized with non life-threatening injuries.

Park rangers, sheriff’s deputies and officers from several Lake County police departments canvased the area for the gunman.

Shortly after 4 p.m., a deputy was approached by Kostelnik’s husband. He said he found his wife shot to death inside their home on the 6200 block of Ravenna Road. The house sits directly behind the area of Greenway Trail and the site of the earlier shooting.

As detectives worked that case, a man called to report that a man, Razo, was standing in his back yard with a rifle. Police responded and Razo pointed his gun at them, apparently firing. Three officers returned fire and Razo eventually surrendered without being shot.

Bond was set for $10 million on Razo.

This is just more evidence that Donald Trump is right about illegal aliens being allowed to enter the US and remain here and more evidence why the notorious Gang of Eight’s immigration bill was an attempt at legalizing such criminals.

Border Patrol agents have pointed out that the administration is not being truthful with the public concerning those crossing the bo.... They have claimed that they are being stripped of their weaponsmaking them vulnerable to attacks by illegal aliensbeing forced to release illegal alien drunk driversadmitted murderers, and even participated in the orchestrated invasion last year of tens of thousands of illegal aliens.

One wonders if they would have did their jobs and turned the illegals around last year when they were crossing, in defiance of the Obama administration, if we would be where we are in this country right now.

Two words, sanctuary cities.

Two words: oblamea regime.  Two words: insane hussian.  Two words: gun grabbers.  Two words: unaffordable oblameacare.  Two words: individual mandate.

The govt's reason for this policy is clear anything that harms this country is allowed, These people are enemies of the state and the dems are allowing it to happen plain and simple.

One word, exterminate!

the families of the victims should sue the federal government on putting their relatives in grave danger. hopefully this becomes a campaign issue

The stench is all coming from the dc regime, that is currently occupying the whitehouse. oblamea's agenda is to bring in the illegals for evil purposes.

I suspect it is the Latino Democrat group within the Homeland Security with Jeh Johnson bowing to the White House Staff under the direction of Obuma.

Donald Trump is right but he has not given enough facts and legal cases like an attorney would present.

Trump need Judicial Watch lawyers to direct his efforts in trying to win the presidency.

Trump is only doing what the RINOs and Reids have failed to do for the past 6 years.

No need to reform immigrations laws. Just enforcement...Semper Fi Nam 66-67

Jeh Johnson needs to be imprisoned.

Can't be... he's black...untouchable ..!!

Gun Up American Patriots, your government is out to destroy you.  You are on your own.  Form groups and call them what-ever you are comfortable with, but you have to support each other or you will be picked off one by one.

These atrocities are being engineered by people who hate the American middle class. Obama, bush, Clinton and all who support the flood of illegal aliens across the border are all responsible.

CONFUSION:   Pelosi Says Constitution Spells Out ‘Two Co-Equal Branches’ Of Government

No Nancy. No.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi must be taking night classes at the Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez School of Government.

Pelosi, the 79-year-old third-highest ranking official in the U.S. government, was speaking to the Center for American Progress today when she mistakenly said there are “two co-equal branches” of government, before correcting herself to say there are three.

“First of all, let me just say, we take an oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States,” Pelosi said.

“Democrats take that oath seriously, and we are committed to honoring our oath of office. I’m not sure that our Republican colleagues share that commitment, and I’m not sure that the president of the United States does, too,” she claimed.

“So, in light of the fact that the beauty of the Constitution is a system of checks and balances— two co-equal branches— three co-equal branches of government,” she corrected with a laugh.

“A check and balance on each other,” she continued. “Con— Constitution spells out the pri— pa, uh, the duties of Congress and one of them is oversight of the president of the United States, another one of them is to impeach the president of the United States,” Pelosi said.

In November, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez rallied supporters on Facebook to pitch in and help Democrats take back “all three chambers of Congress.”

“…the Progressive movement works and it wins in all districts…If we work our butts off to make sure that we take back all three chambers of Congress– three chambers of government…,” she said during the virtual appearance.

She clarified that she meant the “presidency, the Senate and the House.”

According to the Constitution, the three branches of government are the legislative, executive and judicial.

Below: Nancy Pelosi is continuing to promote the false narrative that President Trump is involved in a cover-up and therefore may be guilty of an impeachable offense. Millie Weaver joins Alex to break down the propaganda being used to overturn the democratic election of 2016
