Image result for national debt in trump's first month went down by $12 billion

When so-called “fact-checkers” begin to politicize their arguments against the right, you can bet things are getting bad, but that’s the world in which we are currently living.

PolitiFact, one of the so-called fact-checking websites that rates the accuracy of claims made by politicians and elected officials, has entered the realm of spreading false information by labeling as mostly false something President Donald Trump said that was accurate.

The website decided to fact-check one of Trump’s tweets about the national debt.

He said: “The media has not reported that the national debt in my first month went down by $12 billion vs a $200 billion increase in Obama first mo.”

The media has not reported that the National Debt in my first month went down by $12 billion vs a $200 billion increase in Obama first mo.

The website concluded that while “the numbers check out,” the tweet was “mostly false.” What?

The website then suggested that the drop was not significant because the national debt fluctuates. Ultimately the debt accumulation will return, so Trump’s claim is false.

The facts are there and they check out. From a fact-checking standpoint, it would seem there is nothing wrong with what Trump said. Enter left-wing radicals who manipulate the truth to fit their agenda.

Incidents like this turn fact-checking into a joke. PolitiFact and other so-called fact-checkers shouldn’t be surprised when they get tossed to the wayside because they are no more believable than fake news outlets.

The left is already suffering from a lack of public trust. From misleading polls about the presidential election to liberal news outlets deliberately publishing false information about the president, it’s doing itself no favors by buying into this “mostly false” story about Trump.

To make things worse, the mainstream media won’t report this misleading information because it doesn’t support their anti-Trump narrative.

Since they won’t cover it, we will, because the public needs to know how the left works to discredit Trump.

Thanks, I needed that.  Today I called McCaskill to ask that she vote to repeal obamacare ( I got a brochure sent out to everyone asking them to call her)  and when I asked if she was going to vote to do that, was told that "not until they come up with something better" then I was asked what plan I would suggest............that made me mad and I just said that she (the female on the phone)  knew damned well I could not answer that and that McCaskill was not going to vote to repeal it because she was a democrat.

Norma... If anyone asks you again... what plan you have to replace Obama Care with...  Tell them... Let the Private Sector and free market operate to provide our medical care.. My plan is the 'Free Market Plan'... The same plan our fathers and mothers used.

You could call McCaskill back and tell her... you want her to support the 'Free Market' plan for Medical Care... The same plan our founders and parents used.  The plan, that worked for over 250yrs in America... the plan we had before Obama Care replaced our Doctors, tripled our insurance premiums and deductibles, and destroyed our existing insurance plans...Tell McCaskill you want that Medical plan.

Repeal and please don't replace... no more government plans we can't afford them... their plan is killing Americans.

Thank you Col,, I am going to do that, I will never give up.

Norma, Every voice for truth matters. It has to.

Thanks, it sure gets tiresome, though.

Thanks for your faithful effort Norma... next time take a dozen or so with you.  Most of the issues involving a State Senator are local... but there is the issue of State's sovereignty and the 9th and 10th Amendments, which they have ignored for to long.

Thanks, if I can find a dozen people the next time, I surely will ask them to go with me.  Sadly, too many people don't care. All of the people there were older, like me, and are probably retired and democrats as their parents and grandparents were.  This is true of my family that has been here since 1850.  Being a democrat is like a 'tradition" in some places and they are stuck to the idea that republicans are the wealthy people and don't care about them. Fortunately, I have lived in 8 different states, worked in all of them, have a bachelor's degree in nursing and like to think I can reason.  The people I trust the most are people who will admit they are wrong when shown that they are.  I asked a preacher one time that since God created our brains, why do men think they are smarter than God?  I ask God for guidance and He never fails.

Democrats try new tactic to get Trump's tax returns
State legislators across the country are debating new measures that would require candidates running for president to publicly disclose their tax returns to qualify for the ballot.
The measures are aimed at President Trump, who became the first White House candidate in recent times refuse to release his tax documents to the public.

Democrats, incensed by Trump’s false claims of being prevented from releasing the documents because of an IRS audit, see the legislation on the state level as a way to force the president’s hand when he seeks reelection in 2020.
