EPA Corruption and Scandal

The EPA and Ms. Lisa Jackson, its chief, have committed extensive violations of law that should receive in-depth scrutiny from Congress, law enforcement and the American people. Yes the Obama administration has yet another serious scandal on their hands. The scandal features a fantasy administrator, ‘Richard Windsor’, and ‘his’ email account. The account was established and used by Ms. Jackson to camouflage controversial EPA processes, discussions, decisions and accountability. To date the known evidence suggests violations of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), mail and wire fraud laws. Additionally it surfaces another example of the Obama administration’s epidemic chicanery with the law, Congress and the Constitution and another failure to keep faith with the American people.

Upon closer inspection the EPA like the GSA and other Obama administration agencies, demonstrates a lack of managerial/administrative control. It also exhibited a culture of obfuscation, malfeasance and corruption that did not blossom overnight. And like other Obama scandals, the mainstream media has again decided to cover it with their much practiced three monkey act.

The EPA has no purpose! but to faulsely regulate and over regulate an already hugely over regulated society!! We ourselves can take care of our environment through education. We simply cannot allow any more government regulations. Just examine the effectiveness of the current government regulatory agencies, it does'nt take a genious to see that they just are'nt working! In fact they are strangling our acconomy.  Just as an example in the county that I reside in, just to build a house,before you even break ground you are clobbered with from $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 in fees and permits???? Mother Nature has a wonderfull way of fixing our screw ups and reclaiming herself.

Eric Holder is not about to investigate... this Administration is a full blown CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE and CONGRESS IS RIGHT THERE WITH THEM.

There will be no accountability for murder, fraud, criminal malfeasance, sedition, treason or any other violations of the law as long as the people SIT ON THEIR ARSES... and refuse to assemble by the tens of millions in every state capitol and DC... demanding that the government reform or RESIGNS.

These assemblies must include a nation wide STRIKE of all non-essential workers (fire, police, medial, utilities, sanitation, etc.)  Everyone else that is not at an assembly needs to stay home... the assemblies must be peaceful and well organized (respectful of property, sanitation, etc).  Until the people are willing to get DIRECTLY and forthrightly in the face of these criminals there will be no reform.

if you look at the East river in New York Before the EPA New York Harbor was devoid of any marine life because it was so polluted and that inturn leads to the sea where most of your Fillet-O-Fish come from now if we were to let big business dump crap in our water and kill everything off then what? Im saying we do need reform in our Gov but the EPA is needed or we wont have a planet worth a hill of beans coz it will be so toxic we may not be able to live on it

Then send them to CHINA...where they need it!!!! The EPA here is just another extension of the communist party ....it may have started out with a pure purpose..but it has evolved into an evil monster..and anyone with half a brain sees this. There are already plenty of laws and regulations on the books to protect our land etc..besides absolutely NO WHERE in the Constitution does it say we need a federal dept of EPA..get rid of them....in AZ the EPA has successfully destroyed our mining and forestry industry and what is the result? Massive forest fires and job loss...the EPA can go stick it....

Let the states do their own EPA cleanup.  There is an EPA in every state and I don't think that there needs to be this much redundancy in government...period!!

Ted you are missguided, we can manage our enviroment through local civic groups,we do not need another corrupt federal government agency !! I don't ask my neighbors to clean up my yard, and we don't need the entire country to clean up the east river! you should do it yourself by establishing a local civic group with the power to hire attorneys to sew a prosecute perps!! It's a lot cheaper and much more affective.

I read both your comments and both of you serve a good point.
Michael, you are tired of an over reaching government as we all
are, Ted, I believe is saying that we still need an EPA looking
out for the health issues that all cities face.

Most Americans would say that the EPA should be down sized
and reformed. I stand on that side myself.
