Trump to Clear Cut Federal Budget

President Elect Donald Trump has taken on a herculean task of eliminating funding for 72 government programs, saving the government $10.5 trillion dollars and balancing the budget within 10 years.

Given the 2017 Federal Budget is standing at $4.147 for 2017, with Trump’s proposed cuts, the government’s bloated budget would be reduced by a massive 25.3%.

Government workers were previously shaking in their khakis at a thought of a 10% reduction in the budget.

Cuts include the obvious, like defunding Planned Parenthood, and global warming offices and studies, but also eliminates spending on the following as an example:

Job Corps
National Endowment for the Arts
National Endowment for the Humanities
Environmental Justice Programs
National Clean Diesel Campaign
Land and Water Conservation Fund
EPA Civil Enforcement Program
Killing nine different Climate Programs
Privatizing the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (bye bye Sesame Street)
DOE Funding for Small Business Innovation Research
SBA Disaster Loan Program
Community Development Financial Institutions Fund
Export-Import Bank
Multi-State Plan Program
Violence Against Women Grants
Office of Community Oriented Policing Services
Grants from the Office of Justice Programs
Legal Services Corporation

Etc. etc., etc.,

Team Trump also plans to lease out or sell all of the spare office space provided by the cuts to the EPA.

The extensive list, compiled by the Heritage Foundation and adopted by incoming Trump staffers, is likely the tip of the iceberg to finally reign in the size and scope of government.

Existing law, if applied correctly, prohibits the State's from inappropriately discriminating against the principal of one vote per citizen.. Federal voting rights laws require the State's to administer their elections in a manner that does not diminish the vote of all qualified voters.

Permitting, disqualified individuals access to the ballots of a State... offsets the vote of legally qualified voters. It subsequently denies legal voters their right to have their vote counted, without being offset by an illegal vote. Current law should be sufficient too challenge motor voter registration in California, as it is inherently discriminatory and prejudiced against legal citizens, residents of California, and the voters in other States, in a federal election.

ARREST them, ARREST the Gov. ARREST the Sheriffs, Throw their butts in jail for not following the Fed. Immigration law, constitutionally jurisdicted to the FEDS.

Then hold special elections and educate the dumb public in Kalifornia about LAW and the CONSTITUTION. And then arrest THEM when they riot.

Eliminating the Electoral College will put the final nail in the coffin of State power.  Bad enough the states were disenfranchised by the 17th. amendment.  Were the Electoral College to go away, the states would have NO power.  The only ones who would benefit from it would be the Liberals!

You are aware that the number of Electoral Votes for each State is equal to the number of Representatives and Senitors each State has which in turn is based on the Population of each State which is determioned by the Cencus. California has the most 55! California loves the illegals! If all of the illegals were deported, how many Representatives would California have?

Yes, but they MUST BE directly found in the Constitution.  None of the Well, it says in article 5 somewhere that..... and it you can do THAT, it says here in (some statute or other) that you can do this.  If you can do this, then we can do what WE want to do with only a couple of changes in regulations.  The law books are FILLED with that nonsense, and it must STOP!  Lawyers have a ball with those things.  You can go into court with a simple, one page, lawsuit.  The lawyers on the other side submit a 'brief' 70 pages long, with subnotes, denying that you even have the right to LIVE, much less file such a case.  PFUI!

Exactly... the President and his cabinet must review the budget, programs, and agencies, of the Federal Government, using an Originalist VIEW of the Constitution... The executive branch must condemn the progressive interpretation of the US Constitution in no uncertain terms.  America can not maintain a Constitutional Republic using a progressive view of the Constitution... an ideological,  subjective, interpretation of the Constitution...

If any program, agency, or law, is not clearly not in line with the literal, originalist view, of the Constitution, that program, agency, or law, must be considered unconstitutional.  Such, unconstitutional programs, agencies or laws, should not be permitted too stand as functionaries of our government.

Trump must remove... identify, unseat, and disbar, activist Federal Judges.  The President needs to request his Attorney General and White House Council to identify those federal judges, who have a history of activism, and then act with Congress to remove them.  The President can recommend impeachment, directly to the Congress. However, where the Judicial abuse is sufficiently overt and egregious,  the President and DOJ, may find criminal intent to obstruct justice... leading to criminal charges, against a host of activist judiciary.

In any event Trump needs a plan to clean out the activist Judges in the Federal Judiciary...as part of his promise, to clean out the swamp in DC.

Until the feds are able to reject these radical states from allowing illegals to vote, conservatives in states like California should be pushing for that state to secede. I figure that if California does secede they would be bankrupted within a year or two. Once that happens the feds would most likely be asked to bail out California. That should then be rejected by the citizens of the rest of the country. Wait just a short while longer California would come begging for assistance with conditions. That would wake up the morons across the country? Conservatives of California should be pushing for secession right now, big time? I think so. First off, there goes 55 electoral votes against the union, along with the huge debit California will be bring to the country in the very near future. They are on a course of collapse-they created the current situation in that communist state, an so, let them bare it themselves. I understand it is much more complicated than that, yet let it happen. They will eventually wake up. Enough won't vote to secede, yet we can hope. Of course a fence should first be erected before they're allowed to secede to keep the (filth) commies in.

Apparently some of them are trying to go that direction:

Secessionists formally launch quest for California's independence

Make Cali. pay for the fence along their borders. Get out conservatives, you won't be able to change that state with your #s for perhaps decades. Why continue to feed the machine-the selfish pathetic communist? I know that it is a great place if not for the commies, but still, take yourself to greener better lands inland. It's way too expensive and can be brutal for conservative Christians there. If president Trump isn't able to change that state rather soon that's what i would do. Make AMERICAN greater by working with our kind and starve the Left to death and/or make them leave on their own.

Unfortunately, he doesn't have the right to do that.  All he can do is replace the 1000-+ seats that are currently open with non-activist judges.

Only the Senate can remove a sitting justice and there must be evidence of massive illegal activity.

Hurrah!

Well, it's a START!

Deep State Treason:  Former State Dept. Official Under Trump Tells China To Quit Negotiating Until Trump Is Removed In 2020

Deep state traitors no longer hide their deep hatred for the American people —

Mrs. Susan Thornton, the former acting assistant secretary of state in the Trump administration, told her Beijing audience to stop negotiating until President Trump is removed from office in 2020.

Until July 2018, she was Acting Assistant Secretary for East Asian and Pacific Affairs at the Department of State and led East Asia policy making amid crises with North Korea, escalating trade tensions with China, and a fast-changing international environment.

The Conservative Treehouse and The South China Morning News reported:

A former official in the Trump administration has said that China can weather the storm brought by the trade war with the United States but might have to “keep steady, keep their heads down and wait” for change in the White House.

Susan Thornton, former acting assistant secretary of state to US President Donald Trump, told a gathering in Shanghai on Wednesday that she hoped a trade deal between the US and China could be concluded by next month.

But the reality was that it would “take a while” for China and the US to talk about cooperation again, Thornton, who in 20 years rose to become the US State Department’s chief negotiator for East Asia and Pacific affairs, told the South China Morning Post.

“I want to be optimistic,” said Thornton, whose 27-year career in Washington ended in July. “I tell all our foreign counterparts they should keep steady, keep their heads down and wait. [They should] try to not let anything change dramatically.”

“If this sceptical attitude towards talking diplomacy continues in this administration, you might have to wait till another administration,” Thornton said at an event held by National Committee of US-China relations and Shanghai’s American Chamber.
