Donald Trump has an ace in the hole for dealing with attacks from his Republican rivals

donald trump jeb bushAfter Sen. Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) released a video criticizing real-estate magnate Donald Trump for h..., Trump had a familiar response at the ready.

"Recently, Rand Paul called me and asked me to play golf," Trump said in a statement. "I easily beat him on the golf course and will even more easily beat him now, in the world in the politics."

Then he added: "Senator Paul does not mention that after trouncing him in golf I made a significant donation to the eye center with which he is affiliated."

Republican candidates are learning the hard way that Donald Trump has an ace in the hole when they come after him.

For one thing, they have probably dealt with him in the past — and there's a good chance they have asked him for money.

Since announcing his presidential campaign earlier this summer, Trump has traded barbs with many of his GOP rivals over immigration, foreign policy, and his conservative credentials.

But rather than engaging with them in detailed policy debates, the real-estate magnate has instead revealed embarrassing anecdotes about his personal relationships with the candidates, providing a somewhat unprecedented level of transparency into the interactions between politicians and the superrich.

You think Judge Judy wouldn't be fair to men?

Well, I see the Troll is back! Triptolemus, your name can't pass my spell test, let alone my smell test!

Trump received millions for promoting this scam. Thousands of poor naïve people were scammed out of their savings. Trump's philosophy: If god did not want them sheared, he would not have made them sheep. We don't want this clown as president.

Idiot

There are substantive issues being posted here

They are being hidden by your repetitive idiocy.

Your resources are so lame and vague.

UP YOURS YOU IGNORANT FOOL!

There are issues with trump's character - well documented. You and Marilyn are trying to cover them up with bombast.

Oh riiiight.  Do you HEAR yourself?   Like I would have the capability to even do that???  OMG

Trip, Spoken like a true Liberal Socialist.

What man doesn't have character flaws... Obama certainly has many.  What we need is a man whose character is capable of embracing the issues with the force of will needed to bring about a favorable end to our political problems.

Trump's strong willed and opinionated posturing leaves no question as to his objectives... no political intrigue is necessary to understand where he stands on an issue.  That is what this nation needs right now,  a man with the fortitude to live his convictions; a man whose character has proven well, in negotiating with adverse parties.

We need a street fighter ... a man willing to buck the evil and entrenched political powers, who have proven intractable, using standard political negotiations and venues.  No, Trump's personality and Character may be exactly what America needs today... if we are to deal effectively with the criminal enterprise running our government.   Trumps book 'The Art of the Deal' spells out the reasons he may well be the man of the hour.

"What man doesn't have character flaws"???  You're not expecting an argument from any women here are ya'?   ;o)))))   Well frankly, Obama doesn't come under the heading of a "man" on my list, Michelle would come closer.  One of the big things I like about Trump.....he does away with all the politically correct CRAP.  I'm sick of all the "I'm offended", "racism", oh....that list could go on FOREVER.  It's out of control, and other countries are laughing their asses off at us.

I agree, Marilyn. We have a 100% chance nothing will change with these other "career guys"....because nothing has changed. They can't even bring themselves to stand against Obama....they don't even understand how much power they have if they stood in unison. One man...Trump....has had the courage to call it like it really is.....maybe he can't do the things he has said....but.........we have a 50/50 chance he can. 100% down the tubes vs. 50/50% possibility.....who the hell wouldn't take those odds?

Barack Obama declared 13 national emergencies, 11 of which continue to this day. The Obama emergencies included the Swine Flu, Flint water crisis and Iran.

The Conservative Tribune reported:

As it turns out, there are currently 31 ongoing national emergencies over which the president wields certain authorities, the first of which has been in existence since 1979 and is one of only two emergencies declared by Carter.

There were a total of six national emergencies during former President Ronald Reagan’s tenure, as well as four more during the administration of former President George H.W. Bush, all of which have ended.

Former President Bill Clinton declared 17 national emergencies — six of which remain in effect — while former President George W. Bush declared 12 national emergencies, of which 10 remain ongoing.

Then we get to former President Barack Obama, who declared 13 national emergencies, 11 of which continue to this day. Thus far, President Trump has declared three active and ongoing national emergencies.
