Donald Trump has an ace in the hole for dealing with attacks from his Republican rivals

donald trump jeb bushAfter Sen. Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) released a video criticizing real-estate magnate Donald Trump for h..., Trump had a familiar response at the ready.

"Recently, Rand Paul called me and asked me to play golf," Trump said in a statement. "I easily beat him on the golf course and will even more easily beat him now, in the world in the politics."

Then he added: "Senator Paul does not mention that after trouncing him in golf I made a significant donation to the eye center with which he is affiliated."

Republican candidates are learning the hard way that Donald Trump has an ace in the hole when they come after him.

For one thing, they have probably dealt with him in the past — and there's a good chance they have asked him for money.

Since announcing his presidential campaign earlier this summer, Trump has traded barbs with many of his GOP rivals over immigration, foreign policy, and his conservative credentials.

But rather than engaging with them in detailed policy debates, the real-estate magnate has instead revealed embarrassing anecdotes about his personal relationships with the candidates, providing a somewhat unprecedented level of transparency into the interactions between politicians and the superrich.

Trump has the GOP right by the short hairs and I love it, they have lied to us for the last time. Next lets dump the Three Stooges, Obama, Bohner and McConnell

and the rest of the cartels.  With the exception of Mike Lee and Ted Cruz they betrayed us.

Let's dump them ALL...and institute a "no politician/no-lawyer Citizen Congress.

Someone commented that is exactly what our Founding Fathers meant.

Here, here! I AGREE!!!! This whole damn country has been turned into a filth slough BY LAWYERS!! And activist judges, who were attorneys first!! They brought us tyrannically FORCED gay marriage acceptance, and struck down the voter ID necessary to keep our elections sane, to name just two examples !

In other words - trump is one of the elitist Washington insiders. He's not the outsider he pretends to be.

I never saw the attacks on Obama on the part of the cartels, as vicious as they are attacking Trump.

What Trump is trying to tell us is .....that politicians can be bought and that he has bought them. He has said the system is broken....he is not a Washington insider....far from it. If he was an insider....he would not be taking a stand against them. Wise up.

Yes
He is well versed in buying and selling
Do you think for a minute that he will stop doing both as Pres?
THAT IS WHAT HE DOES.
You ain't seen nothing yet.
Just wait till he gets control of your tax $$$$

Triptolemus,

I think you are unaware that Donald Trump is and was a business man. He donated to anyone that he felt could help him, if he needed it.  That is smart business!! He also has had the nerve to tell that to all of us. I am a business man and totally understand why he would do that. It's called Capitalism.

The best part now is, he has the money to run his own show and has stated many times that he don't need money from anyone to run for President. When was the last time you heard that from a politician??? NEVER!! He is right, those that take money from someone are beholding to them no matter how little. TRUMP CANNOT BE BOUGHT!!!

WAKE UP AMERICA!!!

If he were an insider he would not be saying the system is broken.

Correct.

Donald Trump is far more intelligent and qualified to win the presidency of the United States than many believe.  Those (as in the GOP) who are trying to bash him will pay the price because he will reveal all the times they have come to him asking for money which they received from him, proof positive many in the GOP like most of the liberal left are more than intimate with the "rich and famous".  He is holding the ace and they'd better allow WE THE PEOPLE of the United States to decide who our next President will be.  They have done a miserable job trying to make that decision and they need to sit back and allow the laws of this land to be executed and the right person elected.  Donald Trump may not be elected but it should be the closest thing to him if not and that would be Ted Cruz.   Agree with Pahrumper, the next toy go and sooner than later are Boehner, McConnell and Obama (via impeachment).

Deep State Treason:  Former State Dept. Official Under Trump Tells China To Quit Negotiating Until Trump Is Removed In 2020

Deep state traitors no longer hide their deep hatred for the American people —

Mrs. Susan Thornton, the former acting assistant secretary of state in the Trump administration, told her Beijing audience to stop negotiating until President Trump is removed from office in 2020.

Until July 2018, she was Acting Assistant Secretary for East Asian and Pacific Affairs at the Department of State and led East Asia policy making amid crises with North Korea, escalating trade tensions with China, and a fast-changing international environment.

The Conservative Treehouse and The South China Morning News reported:

A former official in the Trump administration has said that China can weather the storm brought by the trade war with the United States but might have to “keep steady, keep their heads down and wait” for change in the White House.

Susan Thornton, former acting assistant secretary of state to US President Donald Trump, told a gathering in Shanghai on Wednesday that she hoped a trade deal between the US and China could be concluded by next month.

But the reality was that it would “take a while” for China and the US to talk about cooperation again, Thornton, who in 20 years rose to become the US State Department’s chief negotiator for East Asia and Pacific affairs, told the South China Morning Post.

“I want to be optimistic,” said Thornton, whose 27-year career in Washington ended in July. “I tell all our foreign counterparts they should keep steady, keep their heads down and wait. [They should] try to not let anything change dramatically.”

“If this sceptical attitude towards talking diplomacy continues in this administration, you might have to wait till another administration,” Thornton said at an event held by National Committee of US-China relations and Shanghai’s American Chamber.
