‘Don’t Tread On Me’ license plate sales tell tale of the times

Pundits keep giving the tea party last rites, but if sales of a specialty license plate in Virginia are any indication, it’s not only alive and kicking, but it’s also growing in popularity.

Based on the Gadsden flag popular at tea party events, the plate depicts a coiled snake with the words “Don’t tread on me” on a bright yellow background.

“I’m seeing them everywhere now,” said Virginia Beach resident Keith Freeman, according to The Virginia-Pilot.

That license plate just increased the value of the car.And I don't follow pundits & their erroneous polls.

Long Live The TEA PARTY!!!!!

Pundits my ass! Lock and load!

get ready my friend !

The foolish pundits don't know diddly about anything!

The Tea Party is doing quite well, to the Establishment Republican's disgust!  AND, it will get stronger as time moves on!  THEY are the Patriots, the Proud Americans who salute the Flag, sing the National Anthem, are not ashamed to pray every day, and observe the Constitution and the Bill of Rights!

Hopefully, one day ALL Americans shall belong to the Tea Party, and we'll be able to cleanse our nation of the worthless trolls who have taken over!

Yamamoto's statement "I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve" is probably ringing true to Democrats and their establishment counterparts

Your so right Doug ! and Yamamoto and Japan didn't attack our main land for one reason only they knew Americans are heavily armed people because we have a 2nd amendment right that's gives us the right to protect our self's making us the largest army in the world !!!  and Obama and his communist democrat party is for sure waking up that same Giant Yamamoto feared !!!

An apocryphal quote also attributed to Yamamoto, who was U.S Ivy League educated, said: " We should never invade the United States. There would be a gun hidden behind every blade of grass."

Yep,and I recall reading that quote on a blog concerning a Marxist writer's manifesto written in the 1950's...which detailed the progressives approach to overtaking America...he mentioned Yamamoto's famous words as reasoning for their strategy to "change" America from within.

If the Tea Party is dead, then why are the dems and rinos spending so much money and mental anguish trying to get rid of them? I can tell from Facebook posts and other sources that God is still very much the center of the universe and that American values still resonate in the hearts and minds of the majority. The key is convincing some of these right thinking Americans to actually go to the polls and vote their conscience.

And you can accomplish that by organizing rallys, local chapters, attending your representatives townhall meetings.Take your stand at the local and state level, get behind the candidates that share our values.

Just have any one that's not sure whats going on to watch the movie Obama 2016 its in his own words so no one can say its a fixed movie to trash Obama its in his own words and his own writings from his own book its powerful !! He hates America and everything hes doing is in that movie told by him its sad no one watched that movie before he was elected because no one knew who he was everyone just want to vote in the first black president and now look what they did we are having this country destroyed at a very fast pace ,  Have anyone that's not sure watch the movie !!! PASS IT AROUND !!

TRUMP:  Trump To Give ‘Start Your Engines’ Command At Dayton

President Donald Trump will give the command for drivers to start their engines before the Daytona 500.

Daytona International Speedway officials named Trump the grand marshal for NASCAR’s season opener, meaning he will deliver the most famous four words in auto racing. “Gentleman, start your engines,” has been a staple of races around the country and world for decades.

White House spokesman Judd Deere said Thursday the president plans to attend the race. Track president Chip Wile confirmed the news in a release.

“Daytona International Speedway has been privileged to have hosted several sitting presidents of the United States over our history,” Wile said. “We’re honored that the president of the United States has chosen to experience the pageantry and excitement of ‘The Great American Race.’”

Trump is the third sitting president to attend a race at Daytona, but only the second to attend the Daytona 500. George W. Bush attended in 2004. Trump is the first to be given an honorary role in pre-race ceremonies.

Trump is scheduled to spend part of the Presidents Day weekend at his private club in Palm Beach, Florida.

The Federal Aviation Administration issued a flight restriction for Sunday and the U.S. Secret Service, which is responsible for presidential security, also tweeted to fans that drones are prohibited within 30 miles of the race in Daytona Beach — a restriction put in place for presidential visits.

Trump has hosted previous NASCAR champions at the White House and last October awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom to motorsports titan Roger Penske. Last year, Trump also praised retired driver Mario Andretti, the Daytona 500 winner in 1967, reminiscing about a ride Andretti gave him in a race car for his reality show “The Apprentice.”

“I said, ‘Mario, get me out of here. I want to get out of this car,’” Trump recalled. “We went so fast. We literally — we covered four blocks in like a second.”
