Image result for sore losers democratsHouse Democrats are rallying behind a plan to make President Trump’s first speech to Congress as uncomfortable as possible by inviting guests they say will suffer under new White House policies.

The strategy means Trump will likely face a crowd including ethnic minorities, LGBT people, undocumented immigrants, the disabled and others when he addresses a joint session on Feb. 28.

It’s a shift in tactics for Democrats, some of whom skipped Trump’s inauguration last month in protest.

Democrats say there are no plans to stage a similar boycott of Trump’s speech, but they want to put him face-to-face with people who feel alienated and targeted by his controversial executive orders.

In a letter circulating on Capitol Hill, a group of liberals is urging fellow Democrats to bring guests who have made “a positive impact” on the community “despite discrimination or marginalization.”

how about have a taxpayer address congress

How bout a hardworking American citizen struggling just to survive financially, that now has to think about and listen to all this bullsh*#t every day, despite the sacrifices his ancestors gave to build the LARGEST, RICHEST, SAFEST, MOST PEACEFUL EXECUTION FREE PIECE OF REAL ESTATE IN THE WORLD, NOT TO MENTION THE LIFT WE HAVE GIVEN TO OTHER SWATHS OF HUMAN REAL ESTATE ON THIS PLANET, AS WELL AS CITIZENS OF SAID REAL ESTATE IN ALL CATEGORIES PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED

time to say...shut the f** up !!

nobody cares about these pathetic losers...with mid terms coming they are going to lose more seats

Let's " HOPE" the "CHANGE" takes them out.

This is so out of hand it isn't funny!

The Libtard/Dems have become the "Hippie" protestors of the new millenia!

When vomit face was in office, the turn coat Republicans backed him, or GAVE him, most everything that he wanted, and now they all act like asses when President Trump tries to keep our country safe and protected as it had been in years pass!

Now, the ex POS Potus ENCOURAGES anarchy, and Hitler-y does also, while priming for yet another run at the WH (!?)

What a disgrace!

We truly are on the way to being a third world nation if this nonsense doesn't stop!

Joseph,

I fully agree with you.  They are not going to stop as this was there only agenda to destroy our country.

Trump they see as a setback and will attempt to destroy him.  We are really at a disadvantage as they have been implementing there agenda over the last century. Their only concern is to get rid of us who really understand and think to take over with the useful idiots (robots).

They are organized and successful in there deceit, and we only have either traitors or cowards. The few voices we have had over this long period how been dominated by the mass volume of the other side. Than lets not forget the ones that have turned to the other side.  This is really the enemy from within. We have had so many traitors in our own party in our own so call party and others in Congress to weak to speak out.

Their assault on people who have spoken out is to discredit them and shut them down, this has been very successful.

Liberal Democrats have nothing but disdainful utter contempt and pathological hatred for President Trump.
When they speak before a crowd their favorite refrain is " The American People" but wait until they get elected and have power since the so-called, "American People" gets thrown by the wayside and forgotten quicker than you and I could say, "Half of them belong to a basket of deplorables", which has been
infamously made a household reference to, by their democrati party presidential candidate. What is disconcerting at least up until last November 8, 2016 is that majority of brothers and sisters from the black community probably out of blind party loyalty of which a great number of them have been brainwashed for decades since conceivably the 1960s if not sooner, still vote seemingly "en masse" and " en bloc"
for the Democrat party candidate despite all those years of being lied to and being deceived by/with broken promises. The election and reelection of the former POTUS is a prime example of having used and capitalized on demographic groups, such as blacks, Latinos, unions especially their leadership's, the LGBT community, etc but ONLY FOR POLITICAL GAIN.. Those who disagree would do well to explain- if POTUS #44 really and truly had the welfare of blacks on top of his priority list during his watch, then why is it that it is reported that between 45-50 million people are now recipients of doleouts, as it were, from the nanny state and why is it that in some urban cities and dense population centers, the unemployment rate for young black males is reportedly as high as 50 per cent?

It is as though 8 years got wasted by virtue of the gross incompetence, lack of leadership, failure to unite or heal the political divide and trillions of US taxpayer's money was spent on one failed US administration policy after another rendering and exemplifying the utter worthlessness of this past POTUS and the ineptness of his administration. And I have not even mentioned his rape, emasculation and weakening of the US MILITARY and the byproducts of his inept and incompetent foreign policies. For those who disagree, why don't we listen to an explanation by the chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff of the US MILITARY as to why it is reported that there is not a single US carrier on post or assignment or deployed or plying any of the world's oceans. No wonder the Chinese have all but militarized those disputed islands in the South China Sea, no wonder Russia has forcibly militarily annexed the Crimean Peninsula of Ukraine by the Black Sea, no wonder North Korea continues to test longer reaching ballistic
missile s and no wonder the Islamic Republic of Iran continues to defy one UN Resolution after another by continuing its development of its nuclear weapons program under the guise of a so-called
peaceful nuclear power program. To former Secretary of State, John Kerry: Respectfully, Sir, you and POTUS #44 are both WRONG about the real intentions and hidden agenda of your Iranian counterparts at the negotiating table. They pretended to listen while letting you talk but in truth they were pointing their middle fingers in your direction under the table all the while and smiled with you for the cameras after you gave them all the concessions they wanted.
Sir, negotiators from rogue states could vary be trusted. You so have had some semblance of believability negotiating with the Mexican Drug cartel leader, " El Chapo" or probably with the departed Pablo Escobar or perhaps even AlCapone
If I may, compare the unabashed fervor and expectant hope that people feel listening to speeches by then presidential candidate and now President Donald Trump when he also references the plight of the "American People". I, for one ( and I am an independent voter ),feel inwardly uplifted when he says it despite the label by many that he is not or may not sound as articulate a speaker compared to seasoned politicians from the Washington.

When liberal Democrat politicians talk, it rings hollow after just a moment of reflection. When now President Trump speaks he is more believable as he follows his words with action. In his speech yesterday morning, Thursday, February 2nd at the National Prayer Meeting in DC, he doubled down on it by saying, " I am a man of my word" further distancing himself from the more articulate Washington establishment crowd of politicians. The other day, President Trump met with leaders from the black community at the White House. It is hoped that the Trump Administration will indeed usher in a new dawn of political reforms such that more people from the black communities will no longer blindly conform to the mantra of doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. The word, "Insanity" may yet assume a different meaning.
I edited and made corrections on some words and phrases in the above write-up that were mistyped by the spell check on this smart phone.
For instance, the corrected line ought to have been:
" Prime example of a politician using and capitalizing on demographic groups"...." And perhaps illegals and noncitizens he and his administration have allowed entry into the USA"...

" Negotiators from rogue states could not be trusted".
And the next sentence ought to have read, " Perhaps you might have had netter luck or even some semblance of believability, negotiating with the Mexican drug cartel boss, "El Chapo or the departed Pablo Escobar or Al Capone. That is, during his heyday in the Chicago underworld.

Does "Plot" mean to simply "Plan"? I guess Plot is more menacing.

Breaking — West Virginia Lawmakers Invite Persecuted Pro-Second Amendment Counties In Virginia To Join Their State

West Virginia lawmakers introduced legislation to invite persecuted pro Second Amendment Counties to join their state.

The West Virginia Senate adopted a resolution to remind Virginia residents from Frederick County that they have a standing invite — from 1862 — to become part of West Virginia.

West Virginia freedom fighters broke away from Virginia Democrat slave owners during the Civil War.

This week West Virginia has once again invited persecuted Virginia pro 2-A counties to come join their state.

Sounds like a winning plan!

Resolution 8 reads as follows:

HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 8

(By Delegates Howell, Summers, Shott, Householder, C. Martin, Hott, Graves, Cadle, Barnhart, J. Jeffries, Maynard, Phillips, Foster, Hamrick, Steele, D. Jeffries, Wilson, Waxman, Bartlett, Paynter, Linville, Sypolt, Bibby, Hill, Ellington, Higginbotham, J. Kelly, Mandt, Pack, Dean and P. Martin)

[Introduced January 14, 2020]

Providing for an election to be had, pending approval of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and a majority of qualified citizens voting upon the proposition prior to August 1, 2020, for the admission of certain counties and independent cities of the Commonwealth of Virginia to be admitted to the State of West Virginia as constituent counties, under the provisions of Article VI, Section 11 of the Constitution of West Virginia

Whereas, The Legislature of West Virginia finds that in 1863, due to longstanding perceived attitudes of neglect for the interests of the citizens of Western Virginia, and a studied failure to address the differences which had grown between the counties of Western Virginia and the government at Richmond, the Commonwealth of Virginia was irretrievably divided, and the new State of West Virginia was formed; and

Whereas, Such division occurred as the Trans-Allegheny portions of Virginia perceived that they suffered under an inequitable measure of taxation by which they bore a disproportionate share of the tax burden; and

Whereas, That this perception was further compounded by the effects of a scheme of representation by which Trans-Allegheny Virginia was not allowed to have its proper and equitable share of representation in the government at Richmond; and

Whereas, That this arrangement arguably resulted in the tax dollars of Trans-Allegheny Virginia being used to enrich the Tidewater through internal improvements which did not benefit the people of Western Virginia, while the people of the Trans-Allegheny had little to no say in how their tax dollars were allocated; and

Whereas, Though this course led to an irreconcilable division, and the subsequent formation of West Virginia, yet, the longstanding peaceful cooperation between this State and the Commonwealth of Virginia is a sign that such separation, undertaken even under the most challenging and onerous of circumstances, can, with the passage of time, yield lasting results which are beneficial to both sides; and

Whereas, In the intervening years, the same neglect for the interests of many of the remaining counties of the Commonwealth of Virginia has allegedly been evidenced by the government at Richmond; and

Whereas, Particularly, many citizens of the Southside, the Shenandoah Valley, Southwestern Virginia, and the Piedmont contend that an inequitable measure of taxation exists by which they bear a disproportionate share of the present tax burden of the Commonwealth; and

Whereas, The people of the Southside, the Shenandoah Valley, Southwestern Virginia, and the Piedmont also believe that, currently, a scheme of representation exists by which the citizens of Southside, the Shenandoah Valley, Southwestern Virginia, and the Piedmont do not have a proper share of representation in the government at Richmond; and, consequently

Whereas, The people of the Southside, the Shenandoah Valley, Southwestern Virginia, and the Piedmont believe that their tax dollars are used to enrich the Tidewater and Northern Virginia through internal improvements which do not benefit the people of these other parts of Virginia, while the people of these other parts of Virginia have little to no say in how their tax dollars are allocated; and

Whereas, In recent days, these tensions have been compounded by a perception of contempt on the part of the government at Richmond for the differences in certain fundamental political and societal principles which prevail between the varied counties and cities of that Commonwealth; and

Whereas, In the latest, and most evident, in this string of grievances, the government at Richmond now seeks to place intolerable restraints upon the rights guaranteed under the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution to the citizens of that Commonwealth; and

Whereas, The Legislative body of West Virginia believes that this latest action defies the wise counsel which has come down to us in the august words of our common Virginia Founders: as the government at Richmond now repudiates the counsel of that tribune of liberty, Patrick Henry-who stated to the Virginia Ratifying Convention in 1788 that “The great object is that every man be armed. Everyone who is able might have a gun”; and

Whereas, The government at Richmond now repudiates the counsel of a Signer of the Declaration and premier advocate of American independence, Richard Henry Lee-who stated in The Federal Farmer that “To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms”; and

Whereas, The government at Richmond now repudiates the counsel of that zealous guardian of our inherent rights, George Mason-who stated that “To disarm the people…[i]s the most effectual way to enslave them”; and

Whereas, The government at Richmond now repudiates the counsel of the declaimer of our independence and theoretician of our freedoms, Thomas Jefferson-who stated in his first draft of the Virginia Constitution, that “No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms”; and

Whereas, The Boards of Supervisors of many Virginia counties and the Councils of many Virginia cities have recognized this dangerous departure from the doctrine of the Founders on the part of the government at Richmond; and

Whereas, These Boards of Supervisors and Councils have passed resolutions refusing to countenance what they affirm are unwarranted and unconstitutional measures by that government to infringe the firearm rights of Virginians; and

Whereas, The actions of the government at Richmond undertaken since the recent general election have, regrettably, resulted in unproductive contention and escalating a lamentable state of civic tension; and

Whereas, That, as has been proven in numerous instances, such as have been observed internationally in more recent times with the peaceful dissolutions of Czechoslovakia and the Soviet Union, and the creation of South Sudan, or, earlier in Virginia’s own history, with the formation of Kentucky, the peaceful partition of neighboring peoples can occur, and, is often very beneficial to both sides in reducing tensions and improving the tenor of discourse over ongoing political and societal differences; and

Whereas, Article VI, Section 11 of The Constitution of the State of West Virginia explicitly permits additional territory to be admitted into, and become part of this state, with the consent of the Legislature and of a majority of the qualified voters of the state; and

Whereas, In a spirit of conciliation, the Legislature of West Virginia hereby extends an invitation to our fellow Virginians who wish to do so, to join us in our noble experiment of 156 years of separation from the government at Richmond; and, we extend an invitation to any constituent county or city of the Commonwealth of Virginia to be admitted to the body politic of the State of West Virginia, under the conditions set forth in our state Constitution, specifically, with the consent of a majority of the voters of such county or city voting upon such proposition; and we hereby covenant that their many grievances shall be addressed, and, we further covenant with them that their firearms rights shall be protected to the fullest extent possible under our Federal and State Constitutions; and

Whereas, Providing that the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Virginia shall give its assent to any county or independent city presently part of the Commonwealth of Virginia having the opportunity and ability to do so, therefore, be it

Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia.
